This home is the perfect place when visiting Tampa FL. The pool was amazing for the kids and myself as well. Highly recommended!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Dayanna’s place— the space was absolutely perfect for our family of five, including three energetic kids (one of whom is a teen!). The decor had a fun (some may say "girly") flair and the covered pool and the huge selection of family games always provided something to do. The location was super convenient, with shops just a short drive away. We also made a day trip to Clearwater Beach, which was an easy 45-minute ride and totally worth it.

We had a great and relaxing week at this home. The pool was used day and night. Our dogs loved the yard. It was all clean and had everything we would need for the stay.

Great Airbnb if you’re looking to be nearby Busch Gardens. It did take us closer to 30 min to get there but I’m assuming traffic fluctuates. Otherwise, amazing home and pool!! Loved the backyard. We grilled out and swam and felt super cozy.

Dean was the perfect host and the house was clean and comfortable. The pool area was so enjoyable for my family and friends and the couch was so comfy and the perfect place to wind down. The open kitchen made it easy to cook and talk to those in the living room so we never felt left out of the conversation. Would highly recommend staying.

Great Space, Great Aesthetic, Great Vibe. Inside the House: 10/10 Pool Area need some love, but other than that I was able to find everything my family needed to feel like we travel with our own house. Pots, Pans, Coffee, Vinegar, Boardgames, Shampoo, Smart TVs, Hangers, Serving Plates, Cooking Oil, and Everything else you have back at home was in-stock and available at this place. Matthew's home was beautiful, clean and exactly how it was described in the listing. Matthew answered all of my questions very quickly and was kind and friendly. The neighborhood was very nice and upscale, it was peaceful and I felt very safe staying there. The pool was such a nice treat and clean with lots of seating. I would definitely recommend staying here if you need a place in Tampa, so close to the airport, Steinbrenner Field and the football stadium, so convenient! Thank you Matthew!!

LOVE!! I took my daughter and her friend on a senior’s trip and we all loved the home. The inside is beautiful, comfortable, up to date appliances, appearance and has more than everything you need on a vacation. It is surrounded by all the to do activities. I will definitely book again possibly with out my daughter and friend. Don’t hesitate, book while bookable you won’t regret it!!

This was the third time my co-workers and I have stayed in this location and it remains at the top of my list for AirBnbs in Tampa. The space is always immaculate and has none of the slightly worn feel of so many other AirBnbs. The amenities are great and the location is perfect - close to a grocery store, Armature Works, the river walk, Michelin star restaurants and more. We travel a a lot and stay in a lot of AirBnbs and this location is at the top of the list. Highly recommend!

It was a quick getaway for us, and we loved the place. It was a cozy, clean, and private place. Eduardo was very responsive and helpful.

This really was a perfect place to stay for an event at Bucks Stadium. It's a bit of a walk, but so is any reasonably priced parking in the area. The place was clean and comfortable. Parking was easy. It was nice to have the mini kitchen. I would definitely stay there again.

I recently stayed at this Airbnb and had a fantastic experience. The home was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and perfect for our vacation. There were six of us, and we each had our own bedroom and bathroom, which was a huge plus. The property is fully equipped with all the amenities and kitchen utensils you might need to feel right at home. It’s located in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood and is conveniently close to Epperson Lagoon. I truly enjoyed my stay and would absolutely love to return in the future. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free getaway.

The bungalow is spacious, clean, beautifully furnished, and has everything you need for a short and a longer stay. Judy communicates quickly and reliably and check-in was easy. The house was as shown in the pictures with even some additional furniture for added convenience. The kitchen is well equipped and the fridge even came partially stacked. The location is quiet, but very close to restaurants and shops. The area is absolutely walkable, which great. Downtown Tampa and Ybor are just 15 minutes away by car. Five stars. I would certainly love to stay at the Erehwon Retreat again!
