Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Egypt Lake-Leto

My son and I had a great stay here during our trip to Tampa! The place was clean, unique, and surrounded by lots of beautiful plants in the yard — which I absolutely loved. It was easy to get to most places in the city by car, and having a private parking space was a huge plus. Just a heads-up: make sure to read the entry instructions carefully since the entrance is around the back of the main house. La Shawn was super helpful and even gave us great local recommendations. Highly recommend this spot if you're visiting Tampa!

Great place! Extremely clean and quiet neighborhood. It was easy to navigate the city and close to mostly everything. Room AC was great also! Highly recommend this location!

Awesome place to stay. We came to stay for the metallica concert and I was surprised how close the bnb was to the stadium. This city had amazing restaurants (i reccommend izayaka tori- i wish that was by my home lol,) and there was a starbucks right by the entrance to the neighborhood. It was fun exploring the city a bit and chilling at the bnb. The shower was really nice and i appreciate the microwave and fridge. Also the bathroom had the softest toilet paper ive ever used in my life. If i had to come back to this area for any reason, id try to come back to madis boutique!

Yeleiny’s place was exactly what I needed for the time I needed it. Clean, accommodating, and small thoughtful things that the host added which were a great touch. The bed was extremely comfortable (I slept really well). Worth it and highly recommend!

We absolutely LOVED our stay!!! Peaceful, beautiful view and in tuned with our nature side. Private road felt like I was entering a ranch somewhere and the host were very dependable and responsive. Thank you for allowing us to experience such joy, we look forward to another stay soon!

Stayed here when working for Metallica in Tampa over the weekend I was there. Overall the location was decent with a lot of things close by. You definitely will need a car or Uber around but was overall a good experience. The Ac unit in the room did leak water the first day I was there but the host handled it very quickly and got it situated.

GOOD VIBES!! This condo is amazing! Waterfront, had a bar and food, spots to lay out and tan, heated pool. Chris was an amazing host, let us check in early, super clean, smelt good inside, super responsive , accommodating and helpful. Will book again in the future. thank you!!! 5 stars:)

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Tampa! The location was perfect—tucked away in a quiet area but still super convenient to everything we wanted to do. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Would absolutely stay here again!

The condo/apartment was nice. It was clean. It match the description. The other residents were friendly. It was not very noisy from local traffic. Mark was very responsive. We didn't need the local lady for anything.

It was a very clean place and a great location. We were there to attend an event at Raymond James which was only a short drive, and close enough to the beach to enjoy that as well. The balcony was nice and private. We loved being able to just sit and enjoy the peaceful water view!

Rosana was an excellent host- very responsive, kind, and accommodating. Fun location on the bay with a great view, pool with towel service, and bar/grill with great burgers. Fire pit on the little beach at night with great view of sunset. The unit is in a quiet location within the complex with a view of the beach and bay. The trade-off is that the unit is a bit far from the elevator (though close to stairs). Great experience overall.
