Three large windows give a nice view over the Roomolenstraat. The size of the luxurious studio is 26m² including private kitchen, shower and toilet. Private roof terrace of 10m² at the backside enclosed by the neighbor buildings. The place is very warm and personal, perfectly suited for a single traveler or couple to retreat as well as to discover Amsterdam.

The huge sliding windows which can be fully openend on warm days and built in shades to give you a great view and privacy.

This home is a beauty. Sits right on the river. Close proximity to so many walkable restaurants and cafes. The view from the window stunning and the sunshine and soft breeze divine. Someone met us and warmly invited us in and welcomed us with treats, The home is immaculate with inviting. Comfortable, clean linens, pillows and bed you melt into after a long day of exploring and walking. Have already told my US friends, this is the place you want to stay. Von is the best host I’ve ever met! She was so helpful from the moment I made reservations. Excellent instructions to get to the flat, food recommendations, always responsive and help with my luggage when I had a late evening transport. The flat was beautiful,comfortable, and had all the amenities. You can tell Von takes great pride in caring for the unit. It smelled so fresh and clean! I loved the street front first floor location, perfect for me (it’s a lively street but I slept great and Von provided earplugs just in case I needed them). I would 100% come back to stay at Avon’s place. It’s worth about trip across the Atlantic.

Jantine was helpful at every stage of our trip. She gave us so many recommendations and was flexible with check in and check out. Her space was just as beautiful as the pictures, and in an area that was both quiet yet lively. Can’t recommend this stay enough!!!
