Our guest suite is in a quiet residential area in Balerno; a village at the foot of the scenic Pentland Hills. A beautiful spot for walkers and nature lovers. To visit the city take a 25 minute car drive or the 44 Lothian bus at the end of the road for a 45 min bus ride to Edinburgh City Centre. Complimentary milk, coffee, tea and sugar plus cereal for your first breakfast. Shops, restaurants, bars, cafe & takeaways within a short walk. A parking spot on the drive is available on request.

The Green sits within Ratho Park Steading: a stunning Scottish courtyard stable (built 1826; converted 2021). It borders Ratho Park Golf club (area of outstanding beauty), a walk from the heart of Ratho village, 8miles from Edinburgh centre. Rooms are stylishly furnished (with wifi), and proudly eco-friendly (ground source heated). It is also an ideal space for those planning on leisure time, or meeting friends/family, but who also need to spend some time working. The bright, airy and tranquil setting, with a table, comfortable sofa and ultrafast Wi-Fi will suit their needs perfectly.

Edinburgh city break made easy! Relax in peace in the quiet residential area of Duddingston. This recently renovated space offers a comfortable double bed, a private en suite with a shower, and all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. Eat, explore, enjoy! Walk to the vibrant seaside area of Portobello, passing through Figgate Park nature reserve, or visit Holyrood Park and Arthur’s Seat. There are regular buses to Princes Street, making this an ideal location to enjoy Edinburgh!

Beautifully furnished one-bedroom guest suite in a central, but quiet, location and within walking distance of most tourist attractions - also a good bus service is nearby. The guest suite is a real home from home - comfortable for up to three people. It is part of my home but is a private space. As I live in the same building, I am available if you need help or advice. PARKING: you MUST let me know if you plan to bring a car BEFORE booking. The available parking won't suit everyone.

The accommodation has a king-size bed, TV, beautiful en-suite shower room and a private sitting room, with smart TV, dining space and basic catering facilities. (no kitchen).

Our beautiful Annex is your own private space, attached to our family home. Set in the heart of Edinburgh's historic Corstorphine; to the West of the city centre. With incredible bus links to the city centre, Edinburgh Zoo, Murrayfield Stadium, and Edinburgh Airport. The Annex is peaceful, despite being close to all the amenities Corstorphine has to offer (think lovely independent cafes, restaurants and shops!). A fantastic base to explore Edinburgh and beyond.

Our elegant room is the perfect place to stay when visiting Edinburgh. There is a comfy double bed and a beautiful en-suite, secluded from the main house; with a small peaceful garden area and a private entrance. Based in the quiet suburb of Blackhall, we are only a couple of miles from the city centre - with dozens of express buses on a few minutes walk from the house; whilst at the same time ideally situated for journeys to and from the airport.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space in leafy Morningside. A recently converted annexe, we have created a private hideaway at the bottom of our garden. You have your own entrance via a gated driveway onto secluded paved area and detached studio where you have everything you need to provide the perfect tranquil haven from which to explore Edinburgh. Ideal for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers.
