Scots place was beautiful. Lots to do inside and outside. Kids had lot of fun as there were toys scooter and bike. There was colouring books and pens card games kids did not get enough time as we only booked for one night. Scott was kind and he extended our check out. Kids made the most out of it. Not far away from Edinburgh castle which was our holiday plans to explore Edinburgh city. Clean kitchen and toilet and shower. We had everything we needed in the caravan. Great and clean house approximately 40 min. away from the city center. We were with the 4 of us and 2 of us had to sleep in the living room, but if you're not home that much that is not a problem at all. The neighbourhood was nice and quiet, and despite it not being close by any of the main tourist attractions of the city, the public transport to and from the city was relatively fast. The hosts were nice and easy to communicate with. Overall, a great place to stay! Would definitely recommend :)

We had a great trip staying at Ken’s place, the location was easy to access city centre via bus, bus stop right outside. Accommodation had all the ammenities, really good water pressure. Ken kindly provided complimentary juice, milk and croissants for breakfast. Easy parking and nice clean rooms. Ken was a great host, would highly recommended to others.

Cindy's place was absolutely perfect for my stay in Edinburgh. She was extremely helpful and communicative, and she provided very helpful advice/tips for exploring the city and surrounding area. Transportation was super easy without a rental car as the bus stop was right at the end of the Cul de sac, and the bus system in Edinburgh is extremely cheap, safe and efficient. The cottage was very clean and cozy, and it is located in a very nice area. Would highly recommend!

Me and my friends visited this property, and this is one of the best properties we stayed. It was so beautiful and homey. Norrane is very lovely lady. She also guide us with all nearby places and afcourse, if we are coming back to Edinburgh then definitely would like to stay here again...

Nice house near Edinburgh

The Garden Cottage was everything we hoped for and more. The location was very convenient to Stockbridge and all of its restaurants and shops. There are numerous bus stops within 10-20 mins walk to grab a quick bus up the hill into New Town, across Princes Gardens into Old Town, or even for easy day trips like to Rosslyn Chapel or Portobello. Victoria was a very accommodating host and easy to work with. The cottage had plenty of space, was very well equipped for self-catering, and was stocked with all the basics you need (e.g., coffee, tea, sugar, etc.). Having a washer and dryer (as well as a drying rack) was a luxury we’ve rarely seen in the UK or Europe.

We love Levi & Joanne's place in Edinburgh. It's located at such a luxurious neighborhood, just 15-20 mins drive away from city centre. The surrounding is quiet, safe and peaceful. The house itself is clean, spacious, beauiful, cutleries are complete that we cook almost everyday. There's also washer and dryer, so we wash our clothes every other day as well. Levi and Joanne reads messages instantly and reply very quickly too. We will definitely return to Levi and Joanne's place whenever we visit our youngest sister who just enrolled in Heriott Watt Uni this year. Thank you for such a comfortable and luxurious stay 🌸

We had a great stay at Flures place! The location is perfect and very walkable to big sites as well as bars and restaurants. The house itself was beautiful with plenty of space for two couples. Flure was very responsive throughout the process, check in and check out were very smooth. We would definitely recommend for a stay in Edinburgh!

Amazing porters lodge, beautiful attention to detail, very comfortable. Hot tub was an absolute treat. All the facilities to cook during your stay. Perfect place to escape for a relaxing weekend with some lovely walks on the doorstep. Will absolutely be back one day!

This Airbnb stay was excellent! The entire house was clean, cozy, and warm, making it a very comfortable place to stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, with even the condiments fully stocked—perfect for cooking. The bathroom was spotless, with plenty of toilet paper provided, which was a thoughtful touch. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience! Tod's house is perfect for four people, spotless clean and cozy, location is excellent - all the main attractions are within walking area and plenty of places for good dining in the proximity, yet the house is in a peaceful, quite spot. Everything was what we wished for and even more. Tod is a perfect host, very thoughtful and caring. Can't recommend enough to whoever is considering to choose this house for an Edinburgh visit.
