The condominium was as described, very clean, nicely furnished and well stocked. Megan was wonderful always quick to respond to all my questions . I would definitely like to return in the future.

This is a wonderful stay and it includes the pool which is located at the beach only a short walk away, and there is free shuttle service if you dont want to walk.Nice restaurant and bar at the pool serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Great restaurants in the area a short drive away. I highly recommend Jeanine's vacation condo in Panama City beach Florida . She was friendly and is an excellent host.

We will definitely be staying here from here on out! The location is perfect and the covered parking garage was a major plus!

Great host, the apartment was perfect for us - comfortable, fabulous views from all rooms, and everything we needed with amenities. The condo building itself is clean and well maintained, as is the beach. Super impressed all around!!

KC was an amazing host who went above and beyond. I had a setback in my vacation plans that required for me to check in early. KC allowed the early check-in and the place was ready and clean. KC was very friendly, understanding, proactive and responsive. The unit had everything listed in the description and was very cozy and right across the street from the beach.

Carla’s space is pristine! The view of the gulf absolutely stunning! We had everything we needed, a well stocked kitchen for all my cooking needs, and a beautiful setting to relax and unwind. We would definitely come back!

We had an absolute blast! I honestly cannot say enough about how sweet and responsive the hosts are. The place is awesome. Location is as perfect as you can get. 12 out of 10 I would recommend to anyone and we will definitely be booking with them again!!!

Let me first say how amazing Yana was with communication, instructions, local hot spot knowledge, she knows her stuff when it comes to this area. We stayed for 5 nights at her place and it was everything we wanted in a condo. The condo is GORGEOUS, the scenery was so beautiful, and the quiet piece of town it is in, is perfect! I love the HOA rules, it keeps riff-raff out and you don’t have to listen to loud music, parties, or any other annoying distractions. We enjoyed our stay here, more than any other place! So this trip was for my 19 yr old son and his friend for their Sr trip ... several spots wouldnt rent to us. Damion did ... I booked the place and everything was great ... the unit is right next to the pool and super close to everything else. I would recommend thos place to anyone!

Jeff was a fabulous host and very communicative! We were getting in early to the area and found his beautiful space last minute and were able to book without any issue! We traveled with our 2 pups and they loved the space as well! The specific dog area on the property was very helpful and the “dog beach” in Panama City was within walking distance for our pups to enjoy the sand as well! Thank you so much for having us and we would definitely stay here again!

We had a marvelous stay! The location was right in the center of all the hot spots, and the amenities were fantastic! We loved riding around in the golf cart! For our first stay in Rosemary beach, the guidebook was fantastic at directing us to everything we needed to know! We will definitely be back!

Great place with very easy access to beach, which was particularly nice when we came in for lunch and to dodge the thunderstorm. Beautiful view from condo. Very clean and comfortable. AC unit was a bit loud when it kicked on at night, but not a big problem. We stayed when there was ongoing construction on the building but the only time it mattered was on the morning when we were leaving, as the workers were in the entry way between the elevator and parking lot. Definitely would go back.

We loved Carrie’s place. It was squeaky clean from the moment we came in. She provided so many things that we did not expect! The walk to the beach is 2 minutes and is right there. Beautiful beach and private! We also loved that we could bring our pug. Carrie was kind and responsive to our needs. We will be back and would recommend this to any family!

Stephanie’s place is perfectly located in a resort community with beach access, restaurants, and other fun attractions. It is a clean, well decorated, comfortable home. I highly recommend this home and Stephanie as a host!

This was the perfect booking for my family of 3! Everything from the view, the amenities, and the beach access were perfect. Definitely one of our favorite PCB bookings so far. We felt right at home and had all that we needed for our stay.

We stayed for six nights, and i didnt want to leave! This place is great! The amenities are fantastic The condo was perfect, very large and well maintained. The grounds were peaceful and serene! I will definitely book here again!! Highly recommended!!

Clean and nice beach condo. Owner and Air B&B were very responsive to an issue that was out of their control. Issue was addressed and our stay was pleasant.

I’ve had only a few abb experiences and this will set the standard going forward! The host availability, communication and response time was perfect pre trip to help me prepare and while here. I love being so close to the clear beautiful water with easy access to the white clean sand! All gates have codes providing a very safe and private feel. Having reserved chairs daily is a definite bonus here! The chair guy checked on us regularly. Pool looked nice and fun- never used. The restaurant on site has good food and beverages. A convenience store right on sight has it all. Spacious clean rooms and balcony. I used the kitchen daily! Garbage shoot was close by:) The temperature was always comfortable as I don’t like to be hot inside. Shower water was good! We preordered our groceries from Walmart no problem with delivery! This area/beach was family friendly, peaceful and much more laid back then further in towards town but everything I need was only 15/20 min away🤩 I would recommend!!

This was our second stay here, so my husband and I felt right at home! It is a great location, beautiful view, and a comfortable bed, just to name a few of the features. It was also nice to have 2 bathrooms (women need their counter space!😄). We took advantage of the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella, and that was a BIG advantage not having to drag all that stuff to the beach! The beach attendant, Adam, was very nice and really attentive. We had a wonderful vacation and didn’t want to leave!❤️❤️❤️

This is a beautiful studio it is very spacious and a great use of space. Very kid friendly! The golf cart was a wonderful bonus to cruise around the beautiful complex and get to the beach access. Parking is conveniently located next to the complex. The furniture was clean and comfortable. The hostess was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any messages that I sent. We immensely enjoyed our stay and will be back!

We’ve been coming to PCB for over 10 years, and this condo was our favorite! It’s by far the cleanest we’ve been in. The location, cleanliness, staff, pools, and beach were fabulous! Some of the bigger condos are usually overcrowded and elevators function poorly—this is not the case for Edgewater! There was plenty of beach access without being over populated with chair rentals that aren’t being used. There was ample chair access in all pool areas. We don’t have anything negative to say about our stay! Thank you!
