The kitchen is equipped for cooking, full laundry room and outdoor patio available. No smoking or pets allowed on premises. No parties. Fishing is permitted in the pond for catch-and-release. No swimming.

Unique, charming home nestled by the picturesque 3.4acre Lake Amelia. The spacious living room, dry bar, fire pit, and gazebo make it perfect for gatherings. Designed with a lot of love, every room was made with comfort in mind. Three kayaks and a rowboat included. 😊 A black cat lives here, but she will be on vacation during your stay. 🐈‍⬛ 😉
