Michelle’s in-home, but completely separate accommodations were fantastic! From the fragrant jasmine tree at the entrance to the outdoor seating area, the lovely water view with swans swimming, to the tasteful and comfortable furnishings inside, we were delighted with our stay! The apartment has all of the essential elements, and those that other hosts often forget (full length mirror, plenty of outlets, toiletries such as toothpaste and toothbrush , etc), which really shows how considerate Michelle and Robert are. The manual was easy to follow and up to date and we greatly appreciated the ability to control the temperature in the apartment. We would happily stay in this peaceful and comfortable apartment again! Michelle was also very easy to communicate with and was very responsive. Highly recommend!

Cozy updated cottage on 20 acres with four ponds!

Nicely updated guesthouse with 2 bedrooms and plenty of property to explore. Queen bed in master bedroom, full size bed in secondary bedroom, pull-out (queen) sofa in Livingroom. Single bathroom with walk in shower. Laundry room with exterior access. Large screened porch with ample seating for relaxing and enjoying the views of the 4 ponds. Additional covered picnic/ lounge area. We live in the main house on the property, the cottage is separate the driveway is shared. Catch and release fishing.

3 bedroom energy efficient home in quiet safe neighborhood . Master has king bed and private bath . Guest bedroom has queen bed and shares bathroom with other guest bedroom which has full size bed and doubles as an office suite.There is TV in LR and master suite . Wifi.Absolutely no smoking allowed ! That includes vaping, and marijuana. Also I will not rent to people with animals . Every time I have done this I have had to pay for damage caused by destructive dogs or cats .

House was great. Very convenient to the Masters. Tons of room. Clean. Very well stocked kitchen and the outdoor area is AWESOME! Master is huge and the secondary bedrooms are good sized. Gym is great for a quick workout with dumbbells up to 90#. Owner was great and very responsive. Only issue I would "ding" this place on was that there were no shampoo or bath soap in the master bathroom so you had to get your own and the fish tanks were noisy until we unplugged them (with the owners permission!). Those are super minor in the grand scheme of things. I would still give this place 5 stars. I would definitely rent again.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was extremely responsive and hospitable — we truly felt right at home. The house was pristine, beautifully maintained, and offered plenty of space and amenities for our group. Check-in was a breeze, and we were even able to arrive a couple of hours early with no hassle. The house was beautiful and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Kendra was so helpful from the beginning. We came up to celebrate my granddaughter's high school graduation and we ended up needing to extend our reservation and she was quick to help and quick to respond. The house felt like a home and was so nice to spend time together and not just sitting in a hotel room by yourself. We could spend time with our friends that traveled with me. It was a wonderful experience and we will be keeping this location in our plans for future visitors. You will be very pleased if you stay here and it is right near horse country.

For a couple of horse girls staying in Aiken, Kendra’s place was a delightful stay. The beds were comfortable, the place was spotless, and the amenities were so thoughtful. Fresh eggs, bread, and jam were waiting for us when we arrived. The apartment is very comfortable and there are lots of books and games available. I particularly liked the coffee table books on a night I stayed in from dinner with our larger group. I got to learn about the history of Aiken, which made me appreciate my time there more. I hope to be back next year!
