Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Eden’s Beach

We rented the house to go to the next wedding and we went in 10 people, the house is very big, the space held everyone, the space was clean, organized, in the kitchen it had all the utensils, from large pans to shapes, mixer, blender, we don't need to take anything from home, very complete. The well-distributed rooms, all being suites, very quiet check in, the stay was very quiet and as everyone commented on the trip, a house that tastes like to rent, sure if we went to Guarujá again is where we will stay. we thank the hosts for responding quickly as I sent msg before leaving the house asking if I had large pot to make food for 10 people and he responded immediately, helping that part. the village were kind to leave toilet papers in the bathrooms, in the kitchen tbm had napkin, toothpick, things that in other non-existent stays, the house has an excellent security, swimming pool and barbecue was clean Anyway they can rent without fear

We come to Guarujá once a year and this was the first time that the rental of a property exceeded our expectations. The house is spectacular and well located. Clean, with clean and fragrant bedding. The outdoor space is great, with a heated pool that's warm all the time. Barbecue, of course, couldn't be missed. And what about Renata? Simply very polite, helpful to clarify all possible information and quickly. And finally, I'll say something about Neide. A wonderful and super special person, who Renata recommended to cook for us. She prepared delicious dishes, side dishes for the barbecue, cakes and breakfast, she always took great care when setting the table. My family and our little daughter are amazed by her, and her attention and affection for us. Oh, and there's also your lovely daughter, “Juju” who came to help us take care of our daughter. Super attentive and responsible. I highly recommend EVERYTHING and EVERYONE. 🤩😍

We had a great time at the house!! The house was very comfortable, with a great structure, Mr. Wagner who takes care of the pool was very nice and helped us with the needs of the house. Spacious and very comfortable rooms. The house is full of details in the decoration and a very well-kept garden, beautiful... we'll be back!

I stayed at Adriano's house for my bachelorette party and it was just perfect! The accommodation is far beyond what the photos show — spacious, cozy and with a wonderful energy. The house is a delight! We had full flexibility at check-in and check-out, which made all the difference, and the communication with the host was clear, quick and super kind. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

A Malu and Mr. Jose are amazing, super attentive, helpful and patient with my various questions. The kitchen was super equipped, I can't remember anything we needed that wasn't there, even a pizza cutter was available! Impeccable location, super close to the beach. Comfortable bed and the “mesona” in the living room for 8 people provided us with great meal times, just like Sunday lunch with the family. Malu's special attention in providing blankets, because we had a very cold weekend, was incredible, they were really warm. Just one point of opportunity, nothing that discredits, some outlets are old, we need some adapters to charge the laptop. Malu, I wish you much more success and thank you for everything! Good , first I don't even know what I liked anymore , whether it was the property or the charisma and sympathy of the hosts , I travel a lot and have never seen such a lovely host like Samir 👏 At the beginning, they made the checkin and checkout relaxed, which for us was PERFECT and always responding to us very quickly . ABOUT the HOUSE : sensational , has all the utensils in the kitchen , I did not miss absolutely Nothing , including drinking water and ice cream in the kitchen every day . The mattresses are comfortable , clean bath towels, new soaps in all suites, full bedding and excellent furniture. SECURITY : note 10 , we went to the beach and left the whole house open and we did not touch or the doors ,The super quiet condominium, we heard only the sound of the birds. We will certainly return . Gratitude❤️

I really liked the environment, it's clean, cozy and very family, the place is quiet, I liked the reception of the caretaker Lopes, super helpful and attentive, the host Alexandre always answers questions quickly. All the messages I sent were always answered quickly and kindly. The house is close to the beach, I highly recommend it

We had a fantastic weekend stay in Guarujá at this beautiful beachfront apartment overlooking Pitangueiras Beach. The view was absolutely stunning, and the apartment itself was spotless, stylishly furnished, and perfectly located. It's just steps away from great restaurants like Tahiti—which is a must-try! Kalanit & Juliana were exceptional hosts—super responsive, welcoming, and full of helpful local recommendations. They even met us at check-in to make sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Guarujá!

Alex's apartment is impeccable. everything is new, well organized, clean, the apartment is comfortable, close to the market and also the beach. Still a quiet place with no noise. The condominium is exceptional, you can use the leisure areas that were great. Alex responded to everything promptly. Our experience was excellent. I highly recommend it.

Our stay was great! The apartment is small but very comfortable and well equipped, perfect for what we needed. Excellent location, sea front and a quiet part of the beach. Facility at check in/check out and cordiality of building staff.

Although fast, it was a wonderful stay. Family trip, where everyone was able to enjoy the facilities comfortably, either in relation to the flat or the leisure of the condominium. It was not the first time, nor will it be the last. The decoration draws a lot of attention, every detail sees inspiration, what runs away and much of the pattern of any accommodation.

Nancy, was considerate described clearly how to find the location, gave tips around to meet, and always responded quickly.

Rodrigo super attentive and friendly, clean, organized and has everything you need, in question of the great condominium tbm to have leisure and walk, the beach is close and you can go on quiet walk or you car that has a parking space, everything is great and I come back more often.

The apartment is great, it is in a great location and the condominium is a dream, the pools are great, it has a gym, a spa and everything always very organized. Sidnei, always responded quickly and made clear all the check-in steps. As a suggestion for improvement, I leave a few points: - Having floor cloths (for the bathroom mainly), bed and bath linens would also be an extra cool. - Warn before about the availability of SmartTV, which was not working during our stay.

Great apartment, matches the photos, close to several beaches, well located. I missed the microwave that it was said to have in the checkout recommendations that is posted on the door. The room fan is not very good, it was not missed because it was a very mild climate. Luciano extremely kind and request, Mr. Edivan as well. Whoever is, I suggest you stay at the ilários kiosk, excellent food, good service and a fair price for the quality and size of the portions. I already recommended to friends and we intend to return soon.
