Our city without words, this is the third time I have been to the house at Marcos and once again I was very pleased with all the care and attention that I received not only from Marcos, but also from Thiago and his mother. Without a doubt, I recommend this space to everyone, who is not going to regret it. Complete house, with everything you need. Thanks again Marcos and Thiago for once again making my family stay exceptional.

The co-host and the housekeeper were super attentive, the house was clean and organized, with sheets and towels washed, and it was just like the photos. We intend to return soon.

The stay was great! The apartment in general was completely impeccable, it matched the ad, everything was in the best condition. Communication and reception were the differential. We really liked it and we intend to return next year.

The condominium is beautiful and the employees are attentive and helpful. The accommodation has everything you need for very comfortable stays. An impeccable decoration, very clean and very beautiful, we love and certainly indicate. The hostess is very attentive too, readily willing to help us.

Wonderful Place, a beautiful view and the incredible energy, when you enter the apartment there is already a thousand cool and different things to enjoy the space, regardless of the climate outside the landscape is beautiful and the possibilities to enjoy the space are innumerable. The super helpful and attentive owners as well as the employees who were super gentle helping me with the suitcases, I'm sure to come back again and recompense to everyone!!

My Daughter (3 years), my wife and I stayed for 5 nights. It was a very pleasant stay. We are very pleased with the apartment. We found the apartment the way we had seen in the pictures. Apartamente was super well equipped and we found many useful things for the stay on the beach. The instructions given for check-in and check-out were very clear. Communication with Elicia/Erick was fast, friendly and sociable. The communication and help of Elias (Zelador) and Simone during our stay however was super convenient and pleasant. The location of the condominium - during the week - was very quiet and we felt very safe in the neighborhood.

House exactly like photo. It had towels, pillows, and bedding. The only thing that I was surprised was the housekeeper living in the residence, even if it is a separate room he has full access to the house, it didn't get in the way of anything, but I think this is missing in the description of the listing. Anyway only praise the house, to improve only the pool being heated kkkkkk but they are mere details that did not hinder our stay at all. Extremely hot and strong shower, wanted to bring him away. We will definitely come back more often. I was even afraid to be a coup, but it's real people are worth it and we are already programmed for the next one!!!

We had a fantastic weekend stay in Guarujá at this beautiful beachfront apartment overlooking Pitangueiras Beach. The view was absolutely stunning, and the apartment itself was spotless, stylishly furnished, and perfectly located. It's just steps away from great restaurants like Tahiti—which is a must-try! Kalanit & Juliana were exceptional hosts—super responsive, welcoming, and full of helpful local recommendations. They even met us at check-in to make sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Guarujá!

Best view in the area! Fully air-conditioned apartment, perfect for hot days. Two complete suites with king bed, full kitchen, perfectly functioning internet, smart TV and amenities. Very polite, proactive and flexible hosts. Check in Quick and staff of the Building very solicited and polite. A pity that the recreational areas of the building are not open to the guest, but this is warned in the listing! Important notice that the apartment has the balcony/windows locked for opening, for security, we do not care and made no difference, the air conditioning is perfect, but it can be a matter for those who care. The Fico building on the galheta hill, super close to the beach of stilts. I recommend and would come back.

Eleni is very direct and clear with the instructions. Extremely polite and kind, we felt at home and comfortable. The stay was peaceful, the place is exactly as advertised and it was the best sleep I had in days, so calm was the place. I can't wait to go back, the breakfast was delicious and fresh.

Good our experience in Renata's apartment was wonderfulaa, in the photos it is not possible to see the surreal beauty that is the view we are all enchanted, the apartment has everything, we all feel at home, the rooms are very comfortable we sleep very well, until my 6-month-old niece passed very well, because the apartment has support for the baby, the apartment has everything in the kitchen as in everything, it is very complete spacious and cozy, we spent incredible days, the condominium counts with a lot of leisure, we enjoyed the gym very much, I saw many comments that had to walk a lot, but it is not true because the elevators leave where we want to go, and even with the car of to go, I only have compliments for my stay in the AP of Renata, and Renata was an excellent polished gentleman always giving support to everything we need, the beach is very close and has all the support of the chairs and sunscreen made it very easy, the condominium has a lot of leisure, and ❤️ I'm sure to recommend it

The apartment is a real gem! Everything is very well taken care of, functional and with a delicious smell. 🌸 The location is excellent: a few steps from the sea and with everything nearby — market, pharmacy, bakery, shops and services.
