Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Edam-Volendam

Great location; great host. Being in Noord Amsterdam worked really well for us because central Amsterdam is super busy! An enjoyable walk west takes you to Noord Metro which is a mere 1 stop to Centraal Station and 2 stops from easier to get around Rokin. And going East you have the wonderful Landmarkt supermarket and brilliant cycle routes into the countryside. Duco was attentive and super helpful and he and his family have a wonderful home. Couldn’t fault it - 5 stars!!!!!

Serge is a great host. We were warmly welcomed and had a wonderful stay in his apartment. Serge was available around the clock, gave us great tips for activities and showed us his farm. We were also able to get to know the horses there up close. The apartment was just like in the pictures, beautifully decorated, and very clean. We felt very comfortable and will certainly come back on our next visit to Holland.

Martin always responded very quickly – it was a wonderful stay. The room was spotlessly clean, and he even left us some food. It has air conditioning and a private bathroom. The room never feels stuffy, and there’s also an air purifier. In terms of location, it’s about 20 minutes to the city center by bus

We loved our stay in Hoorn, the apartment was incredibly good value. It was the perfect size for me, my husband & teenage son. Very cosy & stylish, we loved the spiral staircase, the fairy lights in the garden balcony & the bedrooms in the eaves. Very cosy to listen to the rain on the skylights. We cooked a couple of meals - the kitchen was modern & great. Fantastic location. Had originally planned to stay in Amsterdam but Hoorn much better value & cheaper parking. Day trips to Amsterdam could not have been easier with the railway station just a few minutes walk away. In fact we ended up taking the 314 bus from right outside Hoorn station to Amsterdam central station - takes a little bit longer but much cheaper than the train. We had not heard of Hoorn before & were amazed by the history & beauty of the town. We also took day trips to De Haar Castle & the Airborne Museum near Arnhem, both highly recommended. Pascal & Nico were great hosts, very responsive to questions. A great stay!

Lovely location, short bike ride into the city centre.

This home is a great place to base yourself in Amsterdam. The apartment is peaceful, and walkable to most places in city area, or only 2 bus stops away from Amsterdam Centraal train station. Winnie the cat is super sweet! If you love cat, this is a bonus. Lorella is very thoughtful and responsive, always there when we needed her. Thank you Lorella for a comfortable stay!

We had a great time at Lisa’s. It was convenient to what we wanted to do and she left recommendations that helped us explore more. Flexible check-in was great after a long flight. We also liked having Sem as an added bonus.

Beautiful and atmospheric apartment in a very interesting location, it is close to the center where you can get by ferry comfortably and quickly, the contact with Michiel was great, the host is very friendly and hospitable :) thank you for your stay and we recommend!

Lovely stay in a beautiful location with easy access to Amsterdam using public transport. Very helpful hosts with frequent communication answering any questions and even booking dinner on our behalf. Highly recommended!

Jan and Inga's place was a great place to stay. it was clean and comfortable. The shower was great! It was also within easy walking distance to the center of town. Jan recommended the Restaurant de Hoofdtoren to us for dinner and it was fantastic. We went every night! Hoorn is such a cute town to stay in also. I would recommend this Airbnb.

The airbnb is beautiful there is everything you will need and it is very accessible by transport. They're responding very quickly. One of the best trips of my life, a big thank you to Isa!

We had a great stay at Michelle’s. She is a very friendly host and answers questions quickly. The place is exactly as described and shown on the pictures. The surroundings are quiet and beautiful, and the commute to the city is easy.

It was very nice in Anne's apartment. Surrounded by nature, horses, chickens and cats, very wide view of the green meadows, private terrace. In the morning, you can admire the sunrise. The apartment is spacious and equipped with everything you need. Anne and her husband are very nice and open and always approachable with questions. It was great and we'd love to come back!!!

Great house in a lovely location in the centre of Hoorn. Unusually large for properties in Hoorn, space for all the family.

The stay with Barbara and Paul was wonderful. The B&B was spacious, modern, clean, tidy and well maintained. Equipped with all conveniences and comforts, except for a hob, the kitchen is complete. The garden is quiet and private, you have sun and shade all day long, wonderful by the water. You can park at the residence. The location is in the middle of Noord Holland, with half an hour you are both on the IJsselmeer and the North Sea. Within a radius of 30 km, you can go in all directions. And Barbara is a very nice and friendly lady. Pleasant to communicate with. We will certainly keep this location in mind when we have all kinds of plans in Noord Holland.

Yafit and Jerry’s apartment was everything we wanted and more! Such a beautiful spot and well equipped. Me and my friend stayed for 3 nights and we thoroughly enjoyed chilling on the outdoor seating area after a long day of sight seeing in Amsterdam. On our first day we explored Zaandam on foot and on the bikes provided at the apartment. We visited nearby Zaanse Schans which was great! The other two days we spent sightseeing in Amsterdam which was easy to reach on the train. We loved our trip and we would happily stay here again!

We had a particular reason to visit Amsterdam and selected carefully from the available options. We also needed to be well placed in relation to museums and concert hall. Anthony’s accommodation was perfect and stood out as being one of the most spacious, well designed, generously supplied, and carefully finished. Everything was notably clean and ‘hi-spec’ and the modern facilities covered every need. The bed was large and comfortable, and we particularly liked the wallpaper pattern of the dancing red-capped cranes that surrounded it. As ‘newbies’ to the delights of the latest tech, we very much enjoyed that the washing machine sang Schubert’s ‘Die Forelle’ to us to let us know it had reached the end of the cycle! We appreciated the provision of coffee, tea, and basic supplies. We were well informed, we felt secure, and very hospitably provided for. Anthony was friendly and responsive to every message prior to and during our stay. Being there was a pleasure. Highly recommended.

Jessica and her partner were very proactive and we were greeted the minute we parked the car. They live right next door. The apartment was immaculate and the views are stunning. Also good recommendations for nearby restaurants. Thanks for the hospitality.

Outstanding stay at Huis Roomolen! Henri & Mel were terrific, kind, and very responsive hosts ~ they assisted us with bike rentals nearby, loads of dining options, and a fully stocked studio for our brief time in Amsterdam. The studio itself is in a beautiful, quaint, and very safe area of the city, just blocks from many canals. The studio was impeccably clean, the terrace is lovely, as are the fish and greenery; and the bonus breakfast goodies made for such a relaxing morning before touring around. We highly recommend and would absolutely return! Thank you again, Mel & Henri, for a fabulous stay!

Our stay with MorningStar in Amsterdam was absolutely exceptional. The home was pristine, beautifully designed, and full of luxurious touches that made our three-night stay unforgettable. We arrived to find thoughtful treats like fresh fruit and chocolate waiting for us—such a warm welcome! The location was perfect: central, quiet, and incredibly walkable, which made it easy for our family of four to explore the city. Every detail exceeded our expectations. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again—highly recommend!

The host filled the fridge with an unexpected treat of drinks and wine, which pleasantly surprised us. There was a lot of space in the apartment, it was generally nice. I was a little cold at night, but on hot days it will be great. You could hear the footsteps of the people living above us and how someone was using the water, because the house was built a long time ago. It's definitely a very nice garden. Very kind and helpful Host.

A pleasure to stay here. Much better than a hotel. Felt like home from home. As a result of a great stay, will come back again with my wife. So close to the centre but also perfectly set a little away. Great restaurants, bakery and bars nearby. A great place for taking a run each day and of course, pick up a bike and take a ride.
