Zur Entspannung ist eine Infrarot-Dampfkabine und ein Hottub zur kostenfreien Nutzung vorhanden. Das Haus ist klimafreundlich mit PV-Anlage, Batteriespeicher und Luftwärmepumpe.

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Doctors and the shopping mall are 500 m away. Edeka, Aldi and Lidl can be reached in about 700 m. Otherwise, you can also enjoy the great location in the garden. My accomodation is close to public transportation (city railroad to the airport of Munich or to the Center of Munich) as well as restaurants in our marketplace. You will live in our completely new renovated attic flat you may reach via our together used stairwell. You will love my accomodation because of the quiet surroundings and the cosiness. My accomodation suits well for unaccompanied adventurers, business travellers, fair visitors, pairs and families with children.
