Showman's Wagon

LucyRating, 5 stars1 week ago
A very peaceful stay at the wagon and ideal for attending a wedding at Waxham Barns just down the road. A beautiful spot and felt very private. Alison was also incredibly friendly and helpful when we accidentally managed to lock ourselves out(!) providing us with a spare key immediately. Highly recommend a stay for peace and quiet!

Coastal cosy dog friendly Barn, with private garden

MairiRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had a lovely 2 nights in the Annex. It was cosy, clean and smelt amazing (I would recommend buying a reed diffuser from Gemma!). Gemma was quick to respond to any queries and recommended a lot of local places to visit and places to eat. We visited Bacton beach which was stunning and not too crowded and before that we had a delicious breakfast at Watson’s cafe as recommended by Gemma. We wished we had longer and hope to return one day. Thank you Gemma and Matt!

A great stay, so cosy, with everything I needed. Stayed on a work trip and appreciated so much space to work, to take walks and very comfy bed to sleep in. Especially liked the sky light and could look at the stars before falling asleep .

Edelweiss Holiday Cottage

RaeRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Edelweiss Cottage is lovely - spacious enough for 3 adults and 3 excited small dogs without losing the lovely cosy cottage feel. We all had a great time - walks along Happisburgh beach and an afternoon snuggled up in the fleece blankets kindly provided by Tracie while we watched the rain come down outside! Very welcoming and dog friendly; milk in the fridge for us & a water bowl outside for the dogs, a secure garden and a hosepipe to wash muddy paws after a run through the farmyard! The café on the way to the beach has great bacon rolls, dogs are welcome in the garden area

Cosy barn near sandy beach

BenRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
What an absolute gem of a barn this is! Even more wonderful than photos can depict. From the moment you arrive, you feel the peace, quiet and total privacy of the environment that Jess & Stu have so thoughtfully created. The barn itself is both cosy and spacious, and has been beautifully renovated. The luxury of having a massive courtyard terrace, surrounded by gorgeous flowerbeds and even its own wildflower meadow really is the icing on the cake. Bacton beach is a stone’s throw away on foot and there is plenty more to explore on this stretch of coastline. East Ruston Old Vicarage Garden being a particular highlight. Jess & Stu are exemplary hosts. I hope to be back soon!
