Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Eau Claire

A beautiful property with stunning views of Lake Pepin / the Mississippi River -- this was a wonderful home base for a weekend visiting studios during the annual Fresh Art Tour, and exploring nearby Maiden Rock, Stockholm and Pepin. We had a great time and would have loved to stay longer if we could. Thanks for sharing your home with us

We loved our stay! This is such a great location - just steps the beach, coffee/ice cream shop, other restaurants, and more! Beds were comfortable. Appreciated the small touches - propane fireplace outside, wagon with beach toys/chairs/floaties, extra blankets all around the house, a pack n play, and an air mattress. You will hear the train at odd hours all day, but we so appreciated the fans and sound machines in each room. Great stay!

The Sedge Wood Farmhouse/Stacy’s place is so welcoming, peaceful, well equipped and very clean. Stacy is very responsive and easy to communicate with. A friend and I stayed for two nights while hiking the Ice Age Trail and it was a perfect place to come “home” to. We got to meet Ashly who shared interesting information with us about the farm and farming practices that they use. This is a great location for people hiking the Ice Age Trail in Chippewa and Taylor Counties. Would definitely stay again when in the area!

This place was absolutely perfect for our large family! Everything that was described as the resort having was available to us. Kayaks, paddle boards, boat tubes, lots of toys for children, outdoor play area for kids, great pool platform, and dock. We loved the location. It was peaceful and quiet, but so many things to do. A wonderful outdoor fire pit with wood available for burning and roasting sticks. The kitchen was fully stocked with all appliances and cooking utensils that we needed. We literally would not have needed to bring anything. We also brought our own boat up and the access to put in and get to the B&B was simple and easy and it worked out perfect for us. The only possible thing I could think of is if you are wanting to get to the big side of the lake versus the smaller peaceful one be aware of the size of your boat, as it may not fit under the train bridge. This place was absolutely PERFECT for our large family. You will not be disappointed with this place! HIGHLY RECOMM

This place was PERFECT for meeting up with our old friends. It was spacious with plenty of beds and seating, provided any basic necessities needed (and then some) and was extremely comfortable and chic! The bed was so comfortable, I slept great! She responded very quickly and regularly checked in on us before and during our stay. I would definitely come back here to stay if we end up in the Durand area again! Thanks for a fantastic weekend, Kate! I only wish we could have stayed longer!

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was beautifully decorated, clean, and had everything we needed. Loved the plants! We hope to stay again.

My friends and I stayed here for my bachelorette weekend and it was everything I’d hoped for and more! We were looking for somewhere quiet outside of the cities and this place definitely delivered. The hot tub was a hit, we fished off the dock (and actually caught something!) and the house itself was gorgeous. There were plenty of beds for 8 of us to buddy up and they were VERY comfortable. The kitchen and dining area were perfect for our large group and made it easy to socialize while preparing meals. Though it did rain most of our stay, the size of the space allowed us to enjoy each other’s company without feeling cramped. The separate apartment was a great bonus as well and offered some additional privacy, plus the one-time extra fee is very reasonable for what you get. Overall, I have no complaints about the location and our host was very responsive anytime we had a question that needed addressing. 10/10 experience and I hope to stay here again in the future!

Very nice place

My son and I stayed with Ken and Sharon while receiving services at Mayo Clinic - and their place was ideal for our needs! Close enough to walk or a quick 7 minute drive. The location was central to great restaurants, stores, and parks. We really appreciated having more space to live in than a hotel offers. The apartment had everything we needed, was sparkling clean, and well appointed. Sharon responded to messages quickly, positively and accomodated a couple of requests we had. Highly recommended! We would definitely stay there again. PS: gorgeous yard and landscaping!

We had a great stay! The location is excellent—just a short and easy walk to the Mayo Clinic, which made everything very convenient. Terri and Brett were great communicators and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend for anyone needing close access to the Clinic.

Bob & Lisa’s home was very beautiful & we felt right at home! Bob came out & greeted us soon as we got there, showed us around, & we’re always willing to help if needed! They are such wonderful hosts! We’ll definitely be back in the future!(:

Location, location, location. Quick, easy walk to the Mississippi River's edge and to Slippery's, a nice place to eat right on the river.

Great visit to a great little City. Pool was open and clean - which the kids loved. Felt nice and clean and newly remodeled.

Great stay! Everything was clean and the building was very quiet. Wabasha and the surrounding area was really fun to explore also!

We have been to Lake City several times as we have family there and we’re in town for a funeral. Great River Flats is relatively new so everything was clean and updated. Had all the supplies you would need. The only thing we found odd was that they provided paper towels and toilet paper but no tissues. Not a huge inconvenience but strange. You cannot go wrong staying here.

The apartment is clean and comfortable. The bed is comfortable and the linen is of good quality. It is in the back of the building, facing the parking lot and away from street noise. Most importantly, it is about five minutes walk from the Mayo clinic and downtown restaurants. On the minus side: The kitchen sink is minuscule, equipped with a bathroom type faucet that makes it difficult to wash even dishes, let alone pans; the shared washer and dryer are often busy, because the cleaning crew uses them as well. That said, it was a good value overall.

I had a great stay with Raspberry Rentals. I had a concern right when I got to the place, and the hosts got back to me right away and fixed the concern. I was very impressed!

We had a great stay with Jackie. We had easy walk to mayo clinic as well as many wonderful shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this place and anyone staying here to check out the Old Rooster antique shop as well as Midwest vintage toys and the arcade all of which are basically right across the street.
