Duncan Creek House

Contact me if you’d like a longer term stay and I’ll open up more dates in January, February,March & April. This is a cozy house located on Duncan Creek where you’ll hear the lovely sound of rushing water and will likely spot some eagles. It is located within walking distance of Leinie’s Lodge, Irvine Park, Olson’s Ice Cream Parlor and local hiking/bike trails. Dogs are welcome. The cancellation policy is set as “Strict”, but I’ll give full refunds if you cancel at least 14 days in advance.

Perk & Pete's Peninsula Point

Welcome to our Perk & Pete’s! Updated 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with 3800 sq ft inside & over 350' of lake frontage. This beautiful property sleeps up to 10 (absolutely no more allowed due to permit restrictions). It is located on a peninsula on Tenmile lake. The house includes a fire pit area, outdoor grill, sauna, deck, patio, 4 kayaks, paddle boat & dock to maximize your time outdoors. A full kitchen, 3 fireplaces, bar, shuffleboard table & foosball table to keep you entertained inside

You'll love this place because of the spectacular views, horses, wildlife, fishing, hiking and hot tub for relaxing, a romantic getaway or simply just girl time. This spot is perfect for couples or solo adventurers! A unique suite is attached to an elegant vintage peg barn. Space for bringing horses, snowmobiles or ATV's since we have trails. A mile away from snowmobile trails and 25 mins from a State Park. Also, perfect for snowshoeing and cross country skiing. Fire pit available as well.

Welcome to The Luxe Chalet. Romantic, tranquil, modern luxe river chalet on the Red Cedar River. Secluded sanctuary with spectacular views. Wood burning fireplace inside, 2 bonfires out. Enjoy the modern kitchen with granite counters. In-floor heat to keep you cozy & warm. Relax in the deep jacuzzi bath or outdoors in the year-round hot tub. For more sleeping privacy, there is a queen bed/futon/bath/kitchen apt above garage (see last 5 pictures) which is a one time additional $150 fee.

Our 1930 home retains the original charm—hardwood floors, brick fireplace, a porthole—but has been updated to be comfortable and modern. The outdoor space includes a yard that wraps around the house, complete with a fire pit and an outdoor eating space. Deer come to visit every day around dusk to munch on the native plants in the restored prairie. The fireflies light up the yard in June. Walk to the charming downtown, a local food co-op, a brewery, and lots of restaurants.
