This is a private, clean, comfortable apartment with New pillow top mattress for 1 person with separate entrance in our new home. You will have the space to yourself. We are a mile from downtown near the bike path, the mill river, and Smith college. Private bathroom with a shower; kitchen basics: fridge, microwave, toaster, teapot, pour over coffee. Wifi and smart tv. Sunny with central air in the summer warm and cozy in the winter. Walk or ride a bike to town. We’re located in Village Hill.

Open floor plan duplex with beautiful back yard that has a patio, dog run, chickens, grill, fire pit, and fruit trees! One block from the corner store and the Pie Bar. If you enjoy cycling the bike path abuts the back of the property! Quiet neighborhood, pet and kid friendly one block from downtown Florence. Look Park is a mile down the bike path. Plenty to do if the weather is not cooperating. Fully appointed kitchen to make cookies, home made ice cream, plenty of games and records.

i have stayed here many times and i would recommend this to anyone. great location, good beds, kitchen well equipped and many little thoughtful details. Carolina who manages this property does outstanding job. Only complaint i have is that wifi is not strong enough for uninterrupted streaming.

I stayed at Kaitlyn’s magical home with two friends during our Smith College reunion weekend. The house is historic, charming, cozy, and comfortable. The beds are comfortable and we rested well. The sounds of birds chirping and the many thoughtful details throughout the house made us feel welcome and at home. I hope to return!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The furnishings, how they’re arranged are all very thoughtfully chosen and placed. Kitchen is small but functional and has exactly what you need to prepare simple meals. Bathroom is unusual, spacious and simply detailed, featuring a large copper soaking tub. The hosts- we mostly saw Jim- were helpful yet respectful of privacy. We would happily stay here again!

We fit right into the eclectic location and were electrified by the neighborhood. So many amazing options nearby. Took advantage of music at the Iron Horse before wandering the grounds of Smith College, taking in the amazing arboretum. Bright and Modern Condo in Downtown Northampton

We stayed for a quick overnight while catching up with friends in town. The apartment was clean and comfortable with a spacious layout. Beds were very comfortable, too. There was some street noise in the evening, if you're sensitive to that, but it was fun to be right in the heart of downtown. We had great access to shops and restaurants and Smith College was not even 5 minutes up the hill. We would definitely stay again. Thanks also for the coffee, tea and creamers -- that's always such a nice touch when you're staying for just a night or two!
