Excellent stay, communication and check in super simple, really lovely place with everything needed and nice touches like beach towels, clothes rack and good tips for local eats etc. Location outstanding, close to great eats, not too far from beach but also options to get onto trails in the national park away from all the crowds closer to the main beach. Recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! The place is cozy, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The location is perfect — close to everything but still peaceful and quiet. The view from the apartment is absolutely beautiful, especially in the morning. Everything was clean and well maintained. We would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting the area. I cannot say enough great things about our stay at Sharon’s one bedroom in the city! First, Sharon was a gem of a host! She was very responsive and sent detailed instructions with pictures for check in, knowing it could be confusing to find. She was also flexible to allow us to drop off bags early, which was a huge help! The apartment was just as described, a comfy space to come back to after big days of exploring! It was very clean and had all we needed for our stay.

Spacious apartment, perfectly located in the middle of sydney, walking distance from a lot of great places to visit and restaurant. Di was quick to respond, facilitated the check-in and check out processes. Appartement was clean and nicely appointed. Will definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed our couple of nights at Julie's welcoming apartment. The furnishings were all very comfortable and good quality, excellent shower pressure and the view from the balcony was just brilliant. Easily walkable to the waterfront and to restaurants. Julie was also quickly responsive to any questions that we had. It was also lovely having a bottle of wine and some chocolate provided. Thanks Julie! We just wish we'd had more time to stay longer.

We had a great stay at Natasha's place. Instructions for check in and check out were very clear, the space was really well put together and we fell in love with their couch! Very clean, lovely space, and was accurate to the listing. We used public transport throughout our stay as it was very convenient, sitting not too far from the beach, and from the supermarkets. The neighbourhood was very quiet and peaceful. Would definitely recommend!

We had a lovely weekend in Noosa. The apartment was well equipped and incredibly clean. Great location, close to lots of restaurants and cafes. Easy walk to the IGA. Our kids had an absolute blast in the beautiful, heated pool. We cant wait for the next visit.

My partner and I had the most amazing stay here! The properties ammenities were brilliant! The property was in a perfect location to the local cafes of Duke Street, the Sunshine Beach Surf Club and the beach. Ruby was such a wonderful host, so friendly and excellent with communication. I can’t wait to stay here again!

Andrew was the perfect host - he was super helpful, responsive and offered to stay up late in case I had issues getting in, given my late arrival time. Communication was great and very open to helping where possible. The apartment itself was lovely and views were fantastic being on the top floor. You could still hear a lot of the traffic and trams however so perhaps bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper but otherwise not a big deal, just one of the things about being in an urban area. I was there for work so was a very quick stay but it was a close walk for where I needed to be which was great, thanks for having me Andrew and being a fantastic host!

My wife and I stayed here with my parents for three weeks and had a really comfortable and enjoyable stay. Aaron was an excellent host, very responsive and accommodating from start to finish. The apartment was clean, quiet, and incredibly well stocked with all the essentials you don’t want to worry about on vacation, like garbage bags, dishwasher pods, and hand soap. We also really appreciated having a washer and dryer in the unit, both of which worked great. The internet was fast and reliable the whole time we were there. The building itself was very quiet, which made for great sleep all around. And the location in Barton is fantastic! Safe and peaceful, but still within easy walking distance of Parliament House and numerous museums. There’s a small grocery store right across the street, plus plenty of cafes nearby for a morning coffee run. All in all, we’d happily stay here again. Highly recommend!

Its an apartment with a magnificent view across Melbourne, right next to the incredible Victoria Market and the thumping heart of the centre of the city. Yet it is peaceful and quiet. The pool is long and lovely and there is a gym too. Selina was wonderful and responsive. Would definitely come back if I visited Melbourne again.

This is one of the very best. Everything works, is in the right place and is spotlessly clean. I couldn't be more at home if I was at home. And, it's pet friendly. I hope I can get this place again when I return later in the year. Good job Madison superbly located, beautifully presented and honestly priced.

We had a really good 4 night stay. Great location, walking distance to everything. Check in was easy, clear pictures on where to find the keys. Good accom if you have little ones as in the cupboard there were a bucket and shovel, scooters and boogie boards provided. The only downside was there was a smell that lingered around the whole time and no hot water the morning we were checking out so could not shower.

The stay at David’s place was amazing! The flat was very clean and tidy, with abundant amenities. The view is breathtaking and exceptional, viewing the landscapes of melbourne with beautiful glass windows. David is also friendly and nice, tried his best to accommodate our needs and requests. Overall the stay has been superb!

I had a wonderful stay at Andrea’s apartment at 201 Lake Street, Cairns. The place was clean, well-furnished, and very comfortable—perfect for a relaxing visit. It had everything I needed for a great stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, laundry facilities, Wi-Fi, a comfortable bed, and a modern bathroom. The building also had a pool and secure parking, which were great bonuses. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the Esplanade, restaurants, shops, and the marina. Andrea was very easy to deal with—friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout the booking and stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cairns.

Staying on Vincent’s property is impressive. All the rooms are spotless and towels, kitchenwares, two spot parking (underneath building) are provided. The views are absolutely gorgeous both day and night time. Trust me! It looks even better in the real scenario than in the pictures. Please don’t be hesitate to reserve the place. It’s very convenient to commute. 📍 Groceries store (Coles, Asian Marts, Bottle-O, liquorland) 📍 24 hours fast-food nearby 📍 Free Tram Zone (30, 86, 96) all running to the city. (96 passing through Crown Casino and end at St.Kilda) 📍 5 mins walk to the main train station (southern cross) 📍 5 mins walk to bus station The hosts are super helpful, we literally forgot an iPad on the night and they return it to me in the next day (Thank God)

Perfect spot to explore all the great cafes and restaurants of South Brisbane/West End. Really a convenient and comfortable stay, and Jacqui was so responsive and attentive. Even left me cream in the fridge for coffee, lovely!

John and Megan - welcomed me and were so wonderful. They are really flexible and will adapt to ensure all your needs met. The place is perfect if you just need a couple of nights for an event or work or a little getaway on your own. They left chocolates in the fridge and had the best quality teabags! New mattress, an umbrella, lots of towels, Foxtel, easy access to street for food and restaurants. Quick walk to beach. In case you are like to prepare for your environment, here are some tips: - take eye mask as blind doens't reach sides of window frame- although some poeple would like the light -if staying Friday night- and need a sleep in- pop some earplugs in before dawn as the Sat morning industrial bin truck was quite a big event. LOL!

Peter was communicative from the initial reservation to final check out; from walking through the apartment door and seeing the stunning view to every part of the visit we were happy with our visit and would definitely book again - shame it’s not available for Christmas week. Thanks Peter, totally recommend
