Bungalow holiday rentals in Eastern states of Australia

Cobb cottage is a beautiful place to stay. It is spotlessly clean, artfully decorated but comfortable at the same time. My daughter’s favourite activity was feeding the birds and mine was looking up at the stars at night. It’s also walkable to dog friendly off leash areas and beautiful picnic spots. We also enjoyed the food at Swordfish brewery and Island Sushi.

A lovely stay at Geoff’s house. Great location, across from the beach, and super peaceful. A lovely front verandah to hang out on with the dogs, rocking in the hammock. The only downside was that the second bedroom didn’t have any blinds or curtains so next door’s light kept the kids awake until late. This definitely needs seeing to as nobody wants tired kids at the end of a weekend away. Overall, a lovely weekend break.

K'Gari is the perfect orchid beach holiday home. High up in the trees with beautiful views watching whales over orchid beach and Waddy Point. The house is set out well, the flow and views from the kitchen, large couches and big dining table are wonderful. A separate toilet to bathroom is excellent when you have 1 bathroom. Use the foot wash before going up the back deck, wipe your feet and you will have very minimal sand in the house. The front deck with views captures the morning sun and is positioned well to capture shade and breeze for your afternoon drinks. We've been to Fraser many times (camping and houses) and my favourite is Orchid beach. A trip to Wathumba creek is a must do. The walk to Platypus Bay is breathtaking (and I live in the Whitsunday's).

Gorgeous home that has everything you could need, surrounded by lovely gardens that attract birdlife. Quiet, peaceful location with views to Westernport Bay. Ian could not have been more accommodating or helpful. Highly recommended.

Just a perfect coastal getaway location

We enjoyed a very nice stay and it is very close to the beach. It is a nice area and it was very relaxing. It is an open loft, so you take care of each other that you are not too loud.

We just finished a 4 night stay at this place and it was lovely. There is a simplicity to low tech and low overhead living which is what this is about. Leave the windows open and live among the space. This is a summer haven. Close to the beach and countryside. The beach is a 2 mins drive up the drivewayt and across the road. The town is 10 mins away. That distance is perfect because the town is nuts. There are people everywhere. Each time I got back to the property I felt releived to be away from the crowds again. Gudrun and her partner are absolutely lovely people and impeccable hosts. They were super helpful and you can see that this place will just keep getting better. Thx

We had a wonderful stay at the Coastal Bungalow in Wollongong. The location was great – central to everything we needed, which made getting around super easy and convenient. You will need a car to get around. The home itself was spacious and comfortable. All the bedrooms were a great size, offering plenty of space to relax and unwind. The three bathrooms were modern, clean, and generously sized – a real bonus for a group stay. We also really appreciated the thoughtful touches, like having essential fridge and pantry items already stocked for us – milk, sugar, coffee, eggs, and condiments were all provided, which made settling in so much easier. Overall, this was a perfect base for our time in Wollongong. We’d definitely recommend it and would happily stay again! Thanks Rae for letting us stay.

The Pineapple cottage was the perfect place for our Easter long wknd with our daughter.. we loved the location and how we could walk into town or to the beaches very easily, and then come back to the lovely little cottage which is very private and surrounded by luscious greenery! There were some issues with the pool and it not heating but Melissa was very responsive and insured this got fixed as soon as was possible for them. We would definitely return! Thanks again.

Cute bungalow with a pretty complete kitchen. Very quiet location and the property is beautiful. Loved the fire - made the evenings toasty warm. Please note that the location is about 40-45mins from Myrtleford, and 55mins to Bright so a bit further than in description. But we still loved our stay.

A lovely homely place to stay, very accommodating for our dogs to have a fun morning and night before bed in the dog trailer. Very helpful and responsive hosts

Gus and Feng Feng’s accommodation was wonderful. We loved everything about our stay. They had everything we needed. The beds and linen were super comfy and we slept like babies. The whole neighborhood was walkable, easy to find what we needed and lots of great restaurants close by. I would definitely stay there again. Well done Gus and Feng! Beautiful place

Fran's place is perfect for a quiet getaway. The cabin is well equipped and has everything you could need. Our dog enjoyed roaming around the paddocks and the space is very pet friendly. The cabin is very tranquil but still only a short drive from all the amenities you need. Fran is also an amazing host and was a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely be back!

A beautiful stay! Ian and Denise were so very helpful and lovely to communicate with! Super comfy bed and a wonderfully cosy stay! The hosts included a lovely light breakfast and even made us some afternoon tea upon arrival! We will definitely be back!!
