Townhome holiday rentals in Eastern Scheldt

Wir (Familie mit 2 Kindern) hatten einen schönen Urlaub hier! Die Ferienwohnung liegt ausserhalb von Oostburg, aber mit dem Auto ist man schnell überall. Es ist sehr ruhig dort und für Kinder gibt es einen schöne Spielbereich vor der Tür. Sehr schön!

Die Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet, sauber und gemütlich. Es hat uns sehr viel Spass gemacht und die Gastgeber waren sehr hilfsbereits bei Fragen.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus in perfekter Lage für Familien mit Kindern. Gegenüber befindet sich ein großer, sicher erreichbarer Spielplatz mit vielen kostenlosen Attraktionen. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer Ferienanlage mit vielen Kinderaktivitäten, die jedoch für Privatgäste kostenpflichtig sind und teuer ausfallen. Zahlung erfolgt per Karte oder bar (ohne Wechselgeld). Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, auch wenn Freizeitangebote außerhalb der Anlage begrenzt und nur mit längerer Anfahrt erreichbar sind.

Très belle maison de ville à une quinzaine de minutes à pied de la gare et une vingtaine de minutes du centre-ville de Bruges. Idéale, donc, pour découvrir cette belle ville.

Anne-Sophie ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Das Haus ist mit Vintage Möbeln eingerichtet und sehr charmant. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und man erreicht alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und die Altstadt in ein paar Minuten. Es war sauber, die Betten bequem und Anne-Sophie hat uns noch Tipps zu Märkten in der Umgebung gegeben. Da das Haus mehrere Etagen hat, sollte man gut Treppensteigen können 😊 von uns eine klare Empfehlung

Echt een unieke locatie: het uitzicht is zó bijzonder, dichtbij de bezienswaardigheden en restaurants en toch heerlijk rustig. We kunnen dit van harte aanbevelen!

Very polite and helpful host, with a score of 10 out of 10 for the perfect location. If I could change anything, it would be additional furniture in the sitting area. Again, this is easily rectified for nice property in a perfect location.

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt in toller zentraler Lage, sehr freundliche Begrüßung, maximal liebevoll und geschmackvolle Gestaltung von Haus und Garten und ganz herzliche Gastgeber. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Yvette nous a chaleureusement accueillis à notre arrivée et nous a fait découvrir son logement, décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Nous avons également apprécié le petit jardin. Le logement était impeccable et conforme à l’annonce. Une délicate attention nous attendait sur le plan de travail de la cuisine : un petit mot de bienvenue accompagné d’un paquet de stroopwafels… un régal, merci Yvette ! L’emplacement du logement est idéal pour cela, la plupart des sites à découvrir étant accessibles en moins d’une heure de route. Le centre-ville se trouve à deux pas et un supermarché est à moins de 5 minutes à pied, très pratique. La communication avec Yvette a été irréprochable. Toujours disponible, elle a répondu à toutes nos questions et nous a même transmis une liste de restaurants qu’elle recommande. Petit plus très apprécié : elle a eu la gentillesse de régler notre stationnement lorsque c’était nécessaire. Seul léger inconvénient : l’escalier assez raide pour accéder à l'étage.

A huge 3 storey house stocked with all the necessities. There was a welcome beer and Belgium chocolates on arrival. Located close to the town and easy walking and a large supermarket 5 mins walk away. We were very comfortable and slept well and would choose this house again should we return.

Francis is a great host. The flexible hours he offered for our luggage during check-in and check-out and the fact that everything was thought of for us provided great comfort. If we go again, it will be our first choice. 🩵

Stayed for a week at Sharona's beautiful townhouse. Loved the decor and appliances. Sharona was so quick to respond to questions. Check-in and out was super easy, parking outside was close to the entrance for easy packing and unloading the car. We were 4 adults and liked the dishwasher for easy clean-up after cooking. Good selection of cleaning products provided, very clean facilities. Linens smelled fresh. Big bathroom with cabinets to store and organize toiletries between the 4 of us, taking a hot bath was delightful. One thing that could be improved are dressers to store clothing. Like other reviewers noted we also lived out of our suitcases for the duration. My mother adored the space and her room, she said she'd consider airbnbs in the future to hotels for the cost and space convenience. Grocery store 2 min walk from the townhouse. We were approached by the neighbors who demanded to know who we were and why we were here. He said we seemed suspicious and asked our intentions.

Nice place to stay, everything went very smoothly. The appartment is small but very fonctionnal. The possibility to use the bikes is a great addition to the stay. Overall a very good experience

Lovely home, nice and quiet away from the busy tourist area. Only a 10 minute easy walk into town and also close to nice restaurants and a good supermarket. The kitchen is very well fitted out so great to be able to cook some meals at home. Yes the stairs are steep but as a group of 60 and 70 year olds we managed fine. Hosts were very responsive at all times.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr sehr hübsch, sie liegt in sehr zentraler Lage. Sie ist sehr liebevoll und mit allen Details eingerichtet., hat eine schöne Terrasse, von der aus man die vielen umliegenden Storchennester beobachten konnte . Von der Wohnung aus kann man Brügge sogar mit dem Boot erreichen, ansonsten sind es mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad gerade einmal 6 km am Kanal entlang. Uns hat es hier sehr gut gefallen und wir können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Très bel appartement,très propre ,bien équipé, proche du quartier historique, calme.Seul bémol ,escalier du second dangereux, nécessite une rampe. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour.

We had a lovely stay at Marijes place, it was a cute and calm apartment which was equipped with everything you need to spend a relaxing weekend close to the sea. The communication was always super easy and Marije even got us a small welcome gift - always happy to come back! 😊

We had a wonderful stay at Pieter's gorgeous house! The design and layout were impressive, with thoughtful touches that made the space both beautiful and functional. It was a perfect fit for our family, including our toddler. The house was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and we appreciated the child-friendly features that made it safe and enjoyable for our little one. The spacious living areas and the well-appointed kitchen allowed us to relax and cook meals easily while our toddler was having a blast in the play area between the kitchen and the living room. The lush garden was the cherry on top of the cake. Pieter was incredibly responsive and provided great recommendations for local attractions and family-friendly activities. Heel centraal en in een rustig straatje gelegen, op loopafstand van restaurants en bezienswaardigheden van de mooie stad Middelburg. Contact met Talitha verliep prima, reageerde snel en had goeie tips en adviezen. Heel sfeervol huisje, van alle gemakken voorzien en heerlijk schoon en fris. Mede dankzij deze accommodatie hebben we kunnen genieten van een lang Pinksterweekend. Ook leuk: een lekker flesje bubbels en een knabbeltje lagen bij aankomst klaar om meteen feestelijk te beginnen! Heel erg bedankt Talitha voor alles!

Das Reihenhaus befindet sich in zentraler Lage, aber trotzdem in einer sehr ruhigen Nebenstraße. Alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Haus ist in einem guten und gepflegten Zustand. Es verfügt über eine vollständig eingerichtete Küche und reichlich Schlafzimmern. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos und Cathy hatte immer schnelle und hilfreiche Antworten parat!

We (two couples) spent five nights at Blossom and Bloom and it filled every need we had for visiting the area. Beds were comfortable, two full bathrooms and a half bath on the main floor. Coming from Canada we appreciated the bug screens on two of the bedroom windows so we could have them open all day and night since there is no AC. The kitchen area is well equipped and we enjoyed sitting in the private garden. It was a 14 minute walk to the train station for our day trips, 15 minutes to two large grocery stores and 10 minutes to the laundromat. The information package we received from Lander before our arrival was very helpful. It was a very easy 15 minute walk to Old Town as well. We also ate at two restaurants in the neighbourhood and enjoyed the food.

Heel fijn verblijf gehad in de mooie, ruime woning van Nils. De woning is van alle gemakken voorzien en Nils is een vriendelijke host die snel (en proactief) reageert, hij geeft duidelijke instructies en bruikbare tips. Mooie, rustige omgeving in de buurt van het centrum (10 minuten fietsen). Kortom, zeker een aanrader!

We hebben allemaal een geweldig verblijf bij Karen Mae gehad. De woning was precies zoals omschreven. Karen Mae is echt de beste host ooit. Ze kwamen, vanwege de warmte, nog een extra ventilator brengen (na overleg met ons). Verder was alles in de woning wat we nodig hadden. De airco was met de warmte ook erg prettig! Overal is aan gedacht. De woning is praktisch ingedeeld en biedt genoeg ruimte voor iedereen. We kregen leuke tips om in de omgeving te doen met kinderen. Kortom: een topverblijf en wanneer we weer in Antwerpen zijn, zouden we dit zeker weer boeken!
