Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Eastern Antioquia

George was very communicative and helpful getting us onboarded and setting up logistics. With that said, his Property Manager Christian is one of the most impressive young men we’ve ever met. He was extraordinarily kind and helpful to our young family. All in all the ownership team went over and above for us during our stay. And now to the stay. The only other place we visited that rivals this scenic beauty was in Leissigen/Interlaken Switzerland, if that gives anyone a glimpse of how breathtakingly beautiful this part of the world is high in the mountains on a Coffee Farm. Our kids saw peacocks, exotic birds, and farm animals. It was a unique experience that we’ll never forget. Thank you George and Christian for opening up your world to us. I suggest if you travel with a young family that you arrange with them on transportation to make it all go smoothly as the prices are extremely fair for transit and they of course make everything go with ease as you travel to the Finca Naya Estate.

The place is a private area and excellent for a rest and peaceful relaxation! The surrounding nature is a guarantee of tranquility! Cristian is an excellent person and host! Friendly and affectionate dogs. Very close to La Ceja and easy access. Comfortable spaces and everything you need for a good stay! Highly recommended!

The place is great, just to rest and disconnect. The attention of the staff is very good and especially that of Mrs. Nohelia and her daughter, they were always very attentive to what we could need, a special thank you for them.

Beautiful house with stunning views perfect for a family getaway. Only downside is the security cameras around the place making you feel watched while you’re there, but other than that everything was just as described by Orlando: well equipped kitchen, sauna, pool, jacuzzi and spacious house ready to accommodate a big crowd.

Juan Guillermo's house is a wonderful place… very spacious and with very nice designs. The weather was perfect, Juan Guillermo's hospitality was very good. It's an absolutely recommended place to take a break and spend a few days.

The estate meets expectations of rest and comfort. Good toilet and the services of Internet, water, gas and electricity were fine. As a suggestion for the pets, it would be good to delimit the crop area with a fence, as it is difficult to have to be aware of the pet all the time so that it does not enter that area.

The stay was better than expected. They were very responsive. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. We loved the jacuzzi. For a very small fee, they drained, cleaned, and put fresh water in the jacuzzi every day. Of course, when I arrived the jacuzzi was clean and ready. The jacuzzi has an excellent filtration system but it was nice to have it fresh and clean every day as well. There’s a big television and fire pit next to the jacuzzi. The beds are comfortable, there’s plenty of room. I had a wonderful stay. The building is very secure, they have a facial recognition system that is very impressive.

This apartment has 2 balconies with stunning views and the interior is nice and neat. The bathrooms are clean and the bed was comfortable. It was also nice to have a tv that was easy to use. I like the remote that controls the AC unit that is really convenient. This is also walking distance from Provenza and Parque Lleras or 5 min uber ride if you’re looking for night life during your stay. 10/10. Bonus points for the staff at the friend desk being super kind

I recommend Claudia’s place for it’s comfortable and clean atmosphere. Very good location, close to most attractions and in a very safe neighborhood. Claudia is very proactive and easy to reach. As 3 women traveling alone we felt very comfortable and safe.

I had a very relaxing stay here. If you wanted to do something more the opportunities are endless. Maria helped give me many suggestions on activities and nightlife and for dining. The apartment was perfect with everything I could need available. The pool was clean and the views spectacular. The bar restaurant in the lobby area was very good. The staff was friendly and the food options were great. I highly recommend Maria and her apartment.

Lovely and clean place with great view; close to all the great restaurants and nightlife without the unwanted noise. Quick 6 minutes ride from the heart of Provenza. Lovely building with nice staff. We had a lovely stay. The apartment was clean and we really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. The restaurant on site was convenient and the front desk folks were friendly and responsive. The location is great. One note though, if you're looking for a peaceful, quiet stay this is not the property for you. You can hear the noise from other units traveling through the ventilation ducts and especially on weekends, people stay up very late partying listening to music. Other than that, we had a perfect stay and everything in the apartment worked as it should.

Perfect spot! Cozy apartment, clean and comfortable. Very close to Provenza and other places, restaurants and rooftops. Second time in Medellin and I can say it was better than the first time. The apartment complex has a cafe in the lobby that offers breakfast buffet everyday for a really good price. Very convenient!!

A very friendly and helpful host. The building is a series of suites designed and built with the digital nomad in mind, then very international the subject. Very well the co-working area and the gym very well equipped with high quality machines, including a power tower, a multi-apartment and a commercial grade paddle. The only thing I saw in the suite (which has to do with the design) is that the kitchenette is tiny (inside a closet) and it's a little awkward cooking. The card in particular is very small for washing. As for the furniture, everything was very good. I think the only thing missing from the room was a reading chair.
