We really loved the place, it felt homey. I was a little bit cold and they gave us extra blankets to use. The house was beautiful 2 balconies we could sit aroung and relaxe. The host is kind she allowed our baggage to sit by a little bit later theyre giwndly 100% recommended?

The apartment's location is very good, it's an area with many restaurants, markets and easy to get to. From the beginning it was easy to communicate with Santiago and he was always looking out for us, the apartment was very clean, organized, and comfortable; I would definitely come back!

We were very happy to have chosen the place, where we found what we were looking for: peace and having a good time with friends. The place was very comfortable and just as it looked in the photos. The staff was very attentive, and upon leaving the house, we had everything around us: places to eat, ATMs, billiard halls, and casinos, as well as many nearby stores. I recommend the place 100%. Very quiet but still a very short uber ride to attraction sites. Very responsive and helpful host. Responded almost immediately with every question I had. Beautiful scene of the whole city from the apartment. Hot running water which doesn’t turn cold providing nice warm showers. Each room equipped with AC to keep you cool on hot days. Nice spacious 2nd floor outdoor/ indoor Restuarant and also a 1st floor Store in building which gives you almost no reason to leave as most necessities are purchasable there onsite. Gym with Olympic barbell and racks for those serious athletes. Treadmill etc. All in all, as experienced traveler to Colombia, this will now always be my first choice apt in Medellin. You won’t be disappointed!

This place was beautiful. The host in particular was also responsive and helped with all requests in a timely fashion. Highly recommend staying here. I will be back !

Amazing place in walking distance of anything you need. The host is awesome and responsive, the apartment was perfect (loved relaxing on the balcony - hours of entertainment) and the security staff was great too. Highly recommended.

The apartment was very clean and felt like home. The area and the surroundings were very peaceful and you felt like you were in nature even though you were walking distance from cafes, restaurants, and a large mall. Was very happy with the place.

Urban Studios is also a great option for families. The environment is calm, welcoming, and kid-friendly, which made a big difference for us. Yeison was a great host. He gave us not only a very cozy and safe place to be, but also clear instructions about the stay. The place is great for a stay alone or with the family, very safe, great weather if you like the cold and the warmth of the mornings, near the village and shopping centers.

Everything was great and easy and comfortable. My only comment would be to maybe have paper towels in the kitchen. Maybe I missed it, but I didn't see anything to dry anything and I didn't want to use the regular towels. Just a recommendation from me, but a very small point. Overall the place was perfect

Beautiful and unique high floor apartment. About a 15-20 minute walk from el Tesoro (large shopping center.) Apartment decoration is really unique and one off. Julissa was a wonderful and considerate host. Always responding within minutes! The value is very well worth it. You won’t find much better without paying a fairly significant amount more.

Beautiful apartment, clean and spacious, the apartment is actually bigger than I thought. from the check-in to the check-out everything was great. the building is beautiful, safe, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Fantastic, bright, and spacious apartment just 2 minutes from the metro station. The flat is in a really quiet building and a family-oriented area. We spent a month here and everything was superb. Sergio is very kind, attentive, and super helpful at all times—always super quick to respond. We had a couple of minor issues with the lights and the boiler, and Sergio dealt with them brilliantly, making sure everything was resolved as quickly as possible. We work from home and the internet speed was excellent—we never had any issues with it. You can easily get an Uber from here, and do your grocery shopping online and get it delivered straight to your door.. If you need anything else, there’s a small supermarket just a 2-minute walk from the flat (plus several food stalls nearby where you can buy local dishes and handmade juices). If you’re looking for a quiet and well-located place that is the perfect place to choose. Thank you!
