Excellent location with great design!

Newly renovated sustainable house with ample spaces, unique local design and in an excellent location with restaurants, cafes, bars and theaters just steps away. The room has a queen bed, work desk and private bathroom. It is a hotel without reception but with a digital concierge who will be attentive to your needs at all times. However, if you are not comfortable with this feature, this may not be the best option.

A rooftop terrace features a wooden deck with several lounge chairs arranged for relaxation. A jacuzzi is positioned to one side, providing a view of the surrounding buildings and trees. The area is complemented by colorful mosaic tiles, enhancing the outdoor experience.
