House holiday rentals in East Wittering Beach

We had a great family break at Lance's. So convenient to get to the beaches in the area and having a pool on site made the lazy days fun. Lance was very helpful and responsive when we needed him. We had everything we needed for our stay. A great staycation!

First time visiting Lakeview Holiday park and it was every bit as charming as we expected it to be. Our host was super friendly and helpful. The home was kitted out with every comfort away from home including some slippers and robes which were a lovely touch. The kids loved the pool and sweet duck families waddling around the park homes. A shame about the weather while we were there but plenty of other activities to fill your time with. We’ll definitely be back!

Wakeham House is an amazing property in a fantastic location. Although the weather was mixed, we were lucky enough to have 2 afternoons by the pool, a lot of tennis and some quite brutal games of croquet. The mornings were spent exploring the local area. Harold provided great tips on where to go, was flexible with our arrival/departure times and quick to answer any questions. He couldn’t have been more helpful. The house is just as described, a home, a lot of family history, and not a hotel. We would definitely book another stay in the future. Family of 5, 3 grandparents and a dog.

We had a great stay at Crystal’s accommodation. It was as described—clean, well-equipped, and located on a large, well-maintained caravan site. There was plenty to keep the kids entertained, but it was also peaceful and relaxing for the adults. The onsite facilities were easy to access, and the short walk to a beautiful, quiet sandy beach was a real highlight. It’s also just a short drive to many local attractions, making it a perfect base for exploring the area. Crystal was a responsive and helpful host throughout.

Really loved our stay. The lodge was immaculate and exactly as described. Pet friendly especially the enclosed veranda wrapping round the lodge. Wendy was lovely, greeting us upon arrival to ensure all was well and answer any questions. Well equipped in all rooms and extremely comfortable with lots of storage. We would definitely not hesitate to recommend or return. Thank you for a lovely stay x

Our time in Rosie’s caravan was truly enjoyable. The space was spotless and well-organized, making it feel immediately welcoming. The shower had excellent pressure and consistently hot water, which was a real treat. We had no issues with the TV reception, and everything worked smoothly. The king-size bed was incredibly comfortable, complemented by soft, supportive pillows. The kitchen was impressively well-equipped—everything we needed was right at our fingertips. Rosie herself was a fantastic host—warm, quick to respond, and full of helpful local tips that really enhanced our trip. We will come back again!

We had a lovely holiday… a lots of things to do and our kids really enjoyed it. Fiona was very helpful and taken all my worries away. A lovely caravan with all amenities. Would love to come back at some time…

Thank you Carolyn for a lovely break at your lodge. It was an ideal location for my Dad's 86th birthday being 15 minutes from the coast and close to the sorts of places he enjoys (West Dean Gardens, Amberley Heritage Museum). We enjoyed our evenings in the Lodge overlooking the Lake. It wasn't quite warm enough to sit out but I imagine it would be lovely in the summer. The space was warm, welcoming, comfortable and we all slept well in this very well-kept and nicely furnished home. Would we return? Most definitely. Thank you. My Dad is looking forward to a return visit.

Stayed here last weekend for a family birthday. We could not have chosen a more perfect location or property. The amenities were perfect for a leisurely get away, loads of space inside & out. Exactly as described in the advert or reviews. All communication made for an easy arrival/check in/out and a very generous welcome hamper We were extremely lucky with the weather and sat the first evening eating & drinking outside watching red kites, hawks and the finale being a barn owl feeding in the next door field. What a treat to watch. The hot tub and electric BBQ made for an easy and fun evening. We did not explore as much as we would have liked but it was the perfect location for our weekend at Goodwood just 15 mins away. I cannot recommend highly enough if anyone needs a large space to entertain or just enjoy. I will definitely return to explore the wonderful attractions and scenery on another occasion. I have stayed in many Airbnb properties over the years, but this surpasses them all! The location on the beach, with facilities which lacked nothing, would top anyone's expectations. The décor was bright and fresh, suiting the house perfectly. This property is of the highest standard.

This house is in an amazing location less than 5 minutes away from West Wittering beach. The living/dining/kitchen area is a great communal space and there were lots of different bedroom configuration to suit everyone. Just a shame the weather wasn’t better so we could enjoy the garden.

We absolutely love everything about South View and we all had a wonderful family weekend - it is such a joy to be able to walk straight out onto the beach. Thank you so much and we hope to return before too long : )

Beautiful place with views of the beach, all felt very new and clean. Right next to a lively pub only thing was slightly overwhelming check out rules (hard to have done the dishwasher and emptied it all by 10am before checking out, and expecting guests who’ve paid £500+ to strip all the beds and put all bedding and towels in a laundry bag felt a bit OTT).

The location was perfect .. Closer to the Village yet still walkable to the beach .. house was ultra modern .. beautifully furnished , high quality crockery , glasses etc . Beds were super comfy and beautiful high quality bed linen . The outdoor space was perfect for the dog , would have loved a hot tub rather than a sauna ..( just saying 🤣) Great bathrooms huge showers .. will definitely re book

Really lovely house and lived up to all the very positive reviews I had read previously prior to booking. House had everything we wanted - really liked the large open plan kitchen, dining room and living room making it very sociable. The hot tub was brilliant of course and the house spotless. Location wise - brilliant. 5-10 mins walk into town where you have all the shops you need (Tescos/co-op/ various butchers, sweet shop(!) and shop to get stuff for the beach. 5 mins in the car to wear wittering beach too which is really handy. We will be booking again next year for sure!

The house met all the needs for our family. With plenty of room for the children and a brilliant safe garden for them to run around. We loved watching them explore and after going out we all loved coming back to the ‘holiday’ house. The house is a very sociable space and the big dining table was great for us. A very light bright space for all of us, a great find and we hope to return.

We had a lovely time in Bracklesham bay. The property was beautiful and homely. Excellent amenities and space for a group of families. Very comfortable beds and lovely sociable living area, with separate play room/snug. Would recommend to family and friends wanting a quiet place to stay, with great access to the beach.

Lovely spot right next to the beach. Quiet peaceful days spent relaxing in the garden and on the beach. Friendly places around to eat and drink and only a short drive to bigger shops and supermarkets.

Ideal for a large family gathering, plenty of space indoors and outside. Perfect garden for children, and/or for adults to relax. We had three babies, a toddler, six adults and a dog, yet we didn't feel cramped. Easy walk to East Wittering beach, and cafes, pubs, and shops. 5 minute drive to West Wittering beach. Other places and attractions within a 30 min drive

Had a great week. The house is stylishly decorated and spotlessly clean. Beds were really comfy. The house has everything you need. Louise was wonderfully responsive to any request, getting back to us in minutes with advice and help. The location is great for the beach, with pubs , restaurants and cafes nearby. We particularly enjoyed our meal at Drifters. We went to nearby Chichester, which is lovely and enjoyed the Naval museums in Portsmouth on our wetter days. Did a recommended walk around Bosham as well which was very pretty. All in all : very good.

We had a wonderful few days at Culver House! It might just be the perfect holiday home, we loved it.

We had a great stay at Holly’s place! Location is lovely and peaceful with walks onto the beach straight from the door but walking distance into town and a short drive from lots of lovely nearby towns too. Holly was very responsive and helpful as we had to change dates late notice which was very much appreciated.

Last minute weekend stay with our dogs- the house is modern clean and comfortable with an enclosed garden and walkable to the beach . Everything you needed was I. Place and host is very helpful and easy to communicate with. The location is very quiet too no traffic noise and close to beaches and Chichester.
