Holiday rentals with an EV charger in East Wittering Beach

Great place, cosy, clean, bright, it really feels like home. Pebblestone had everything we needed, supplies, furniture, appliances... all was perfect. The location is awesome, just right in the village centre and 5 mins on foot from amazing restaurants and cafés and from East Wittering beach. Not to mention in 15 mins by car (or bus) you are in Chichester and in 5 mins by car or bus you can reach the famous West Wittering beach. An unmissable place to stay!

The Coach Barn is small but perfectly formed! We stayed there while visiting family in the area, and enjoyed the peace and tranquility. The place was spotless, and had everything you might need. With four of us staying, the sofa bed was pre-made up when we arrived (avoiding a post-travel argument with the other half about how to get the bed out!). It was very warm, but as an upstairs flat in a mini heatwave, that was expected! We flung all the windows open, and the gated rural location allowed us some security to have them open all night for ventilation. It's a great little place, and we would be happy to visit again.

Have stayed at Ali's properties before and always have a great stay. Spotless, spacious, stylish. Will stay at Ali's properties whenever in the area if available. Highly recommended.

What a lovely place and lovely hosts. The bed was so comfortable we slept more than usual, unless it was the lovely relaxing hot tub that tired us. The welcome food and treats and wine was very generous and very welcome. It was a very quiet and relaxing area. We stayed for 6 nights and would highly recommended

The studio was great, exactly as pictured, and super clean! Charlotte was incredibly responsive and friendly. Would highly recommend staying at the barn if you’re in the area!

The Nab House is a wonderful Victorian conversion. It’s beautifully decorated with an abundance of space. Justine gives you all the information you could possibly need and more, to make your stay super easy. The location is perfect for beach walks, access to the village and general Island living.

Had a really lovely stay, the caravan was well kept and spotless! Very clean bedrooms and bathroom and a lovely balcony area. Warm & cosy and the parking was ideal. Clear instructions on how to check in and find the caravan. I would definitely like to stay again when I'm next in the area!

A well designed and beautifully decorated studio flat which was even better than it looked in the photos. Great location- just a 10 minute walk to the beach and less than that to the pub (which has a great restaurant). The wine, milk, jams, cereal etc were a lovely touch and very much appreciated. We hope to return!

It was a perfect long weekend for our little family. It was exactly what we needed to spend some time together as a family and enjoy the beautiful surroundings!! The fire place makes it even better in the evening. What a lovely time we had there. We would definitely love to come back.

We enjoyed our stay at Andy & Rosie's thanks to the great location and beautiful surroundings. We used it as a base for Goodwood, which was a short drive away. The local golf club being so close was also a bonus. The accommodation itself was well furnished and spacious and check in was made simple with the clear instructions and Andy's welcoming greeting on arrival.

Another wonderful stay at this perfectly located, cosy and incredibly family friendly seaside retreat. This time the weather was better so the children could enjoy the garden as well. We will certainly be back.

Wonderful location, super friendly hosts. Easy to get in, lots of ameneties nearby. Was clean, and beautifully decorated. The fire on the Saturday night whilst having dinner was a real treat. 4 humans and one little dog loved it and will definitely be going back!

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful cottage in a wonderful private garden setting. The cottage has been fitted out and decorated to an extremely high standard with everything working perfectly. The shower was so powerful and even the crockery and glasses were good quality. The location is very quiet and peaceful with some good walks directly from the cottage and there are interesting places to visit within easy driving distance. We didn't use the games room or tennis court but it was nice to have access to them. Natalie was the perfect host - unobtrusive but very helpful if required. Would strongly recommend.

Beautiful house in a perfect location (as long as you don’t mind a bit of noise from passing traffic and pub next door). The view of the sea is stunning and the house was spotlessly clean and fresh. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We booked the Rook Retreat for my sisters hen do and had a great time! The view was stunning and we loved the quirky decor of the house, the bedrooms were all spacious and had all the amenities we needed. We booked a cocktail class from Butlers With Bums and Terry from PerfectChef4U for our activities which were both perfect - the cocktail class was really fun and the private meal was delicious. My sister had an amazing time at the Rook Retreat, we highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic stay from start to finish! Spotlessly clean cottage with everything we needed for our stay. What really stood out was the complete LACK of dog smell! Being that it’s dog friendly, I’m sure many dog owners out there have experienced the smell of other pets that linger… Clean and fresh throughout the cottage. A lovely treat of a pint of milk and some sweet and savoury snacks waiting for us in the kitchen was a very kind touch. Hot tub was wonderful. Extremely easy to use, and a very helpful demonstration from Daniel at check-in. Overall a fantastic stay within quiet peaceful surroundings in beautiful, clean accommodation. We had an excellent stay at Debbie and Andrew's. Can't fault anything at all. The place was accurately described and utterly spotless. They couldn't have been better hosts. The breakfasts items and wine were a lovely touch and very welcoming. Thank you for a lovely stay, we hope to be back there soon!

The apartment was absolutely amazing, very homely and the view and location to the beach is fantastic. It’s at the end of a private road so hardly any traffic, it was very quiet. The Beach restaurant is a 5 minute walk away and did lovely food, there’s a coffee shop and co-op the same distance away. East Wittering is a 10-15 walk and has a couple of restaurants and pubs with very friendly locals. I would highly recommend this apartment, we stayed for a week and didn’t want to leave !

Wonderful place to stay and explore Portsmouth and the surrounding areas. The apartment is clean, well thought out and more than comfortable for a family. Book it now, you will not be disappointment.

We loved the apartment - it was spotless, spacious, and in the most gorgeous seafront location. Hosts had fab communication too. We love the area and will definitely visit again in the future ☺️

Having lived in Portsmouth previously, we wanted a nice home near the sea front. The apartment was spacious, well equipped and easily accessible. The parking and the garden are an extra bonus for dog owners and people travelling by car. Jane was super easy to reach before and during the stay. Overall, we had a great time!

The flat was perfect, modern, clean and with everything you needed including USB ports. Easy checkin and so close to Goodwood and walking distance to Old Stables (Vintage Inn). We had long days so being close was important as was local place to eat. We only had one issue and that was that the bed was too soft, and we preferred a firmer bed. But the only issue for us. Ella was lovely.

Had a great couple of days in this wonderful flat. Perfect for a nice walk into the City and for the reason we visited Goodwood races. Marek has a wonderful flat and wouldn't hesitate in booking again. Worth every penny. The only negative we had to leave to come home when would have loved to stay longer. Thanks again. Great location. You can't get more central to Chichester The most perfect view of the cathedral. The kitchen was stocked with milk, tea and coffee. The parking was a 5 minute short walk away - you can drop off your luggage via the loading bay - this was hard to find at night [clearer direction helpful have been helpful].
