No complaints- everything we wanted and needed for our stay.

I had a lovely stay. This was the perfect size for me and had a nice location.

I wish it were possible to put more than 5 stars because this place exceeded my expectations on so many levels! I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs before, but never been with a host that has gone as above and beyond for their guests as Kim and Van have. They anticipated my needs time and time again, but didn’t have to say a thing as they had everything labeled with helpful notes. I can’t wait to take a trip here again so I can stay at this Airbnb. The environment is so warm and welcoming, that I didn’t feel as though I was an intruding on someone’s home but rather in my home. 100000/10 would stay again and encourage you to stay as well!!

Luis place was amazing ! He was super nice and replied very fast. Felt very safe and well taken care of. Will be returning in the future.

Elyse’s place was in a great location in highland park and very peaceful. I loved sitting in the chairs outside in the afternoon. Also good wifi for working and comfortable workspace.

I absolutely loved my stay at this Airbnb! The large space was perfect for our group, providing plenty of room to relax and enjoy our time together. The mattress was incredibly comfortable, ensuring we all had a great night's sleep. Parking was a breeze, with enough space for two cars without any extra fees, which was a huge plus. One of the standout features for us was that they allowed my small Pomeranian to stay without any additional charge. It made our trip much more enjoyable to have our furry friend with us. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful, making it a perfect retreat. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a spacious and pet-friendly accommodation!

Good value for the price. We were 2 singles and a couple so everyone had their own room. Nice to be able to cook up any food we had / purchased. Keurig available and the coffee is in the tray attached (which we didn’t discover until the last day). Great water pressure in the shower! Nice patio to hang out with our group and parking is on site. Local for what we needed but add extra time if you are headed into LA (as always). Thanks

Came for a two day festival but stayed 5 days. Location was great for Pasadena area and had easy access to metro. Walking distance to great cafes and restaurants with a happening high street. Felt like a safe area.

Dan’s place is perfectly located in the heart of the city. I didn’t feel like a tourist in a hotel I felt like a resident in an apartment. It was very clean and also had a great view. Dan was very responsive and gave us suggestions on where to park. I would recommend this stay to anyone.

The house was pristine clean, comfortable and luxurious. HUGE washer and dryer, fridge, shower was impeccable, and the bathtub was very large and deep. I would definitely stay here again.

Misty’s place was perfect for our weekend trip. Close proximity to a concert we attended at the Rosebowl. Quiet and exactly what we needed.

We had a great stay in this Airbnb. Perfect for our family of four with two bedrooms and bathrooms. Having laundry was useful. We really liked the location. It was walkable to close restaurants and supermarkets. 20 minute walk to a Target and a bit further to options in Pasadena. We ended up taking the bus to downtown LA a few times - the bus stop was an easy 5 minute walk from the house. Overall, the house was very quiet. A few neighbourhood noises (yard work etc) woke us up a couple of days, but nothing too concerning. We stayed for 8 nights and the host had left extra towels. Kitchen had everything we needed. Highly recommend for the amount of space and location. Comfy beds and hot showers.

We love staying in this building for its location--so close to all links for public transport, and easy walk to coffee places and restaurants. Brandon was very responsive to our questions. All the basics are topnotch--good hot water, comfortable mattress, great HVAC, etc. The kitchen has basic cooking stuff. Be aware that it is on the third floor and on weekday mornings the garbage truck comes early to the alley just outside the window; it wasn't a problem for us but if you need to sleep late, keep that mind. We would definitely come back on a future visit!

This is my second time booking this air bnb and it was just as good as the first time. Location was perfect and still relatively close to LA and other areas.

This was one of the best AirBnb's I have stayed at. Jan was friendly and left several extra ammenities inside the home. The location was in a safe and walkable location. The outside seating areas were inviting and relaxing. My stay was very enjoyable and I will be returning when I am in the area again.

The place was very clean. The location was beyond perfect with very cool attractions and restaurants in walking distance. The host had great communication, hospitality, responsive throughout and more than accommodating if I needed anything. This would be my place of choice for next time too!

Place is as described and photos. The view at night is amazing!! Holly was very responsive and helpful. I loved the decor and the simplicity of the space. Building is very safe and secure despite being downtown. I would definitely stay here again!

I loved this space and would definitely stay again! Everything was very clean and comfortable with great natural light and the building is situated in such a vibrant and walkable area. Communication was excellent and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Downtown LA!
