Samuel was a great host, communicative and quick to respond to any messages. Gave top tips for places to visit and was very helpful also, can’t find a fault! Plus being a 5 minute walk from the station its an ideal commute to the city centre.

A cosy stay with our dog. This room enabled us to enjoy an excellent week long stay and explore the island from our base. Judith was easily contactable and there was a small grass area (overlooking the sea) for doggie just at the bottom of the long driveway. Also there’s a footpath there too to get to the seafront. Judith provides some extra touches too thanks

we had an amazing 2 night stay at Melanie & Steves Air B&B. It is just as it is described, your own little studio apartment with lots of extras (washing machine was brilliant as we had been in Kent for 6 days so we're able to take home lovely clean clothes). The garden was beautiful and we had our own little area with table & chairs, but could also use rest of garden if we wanted. There was space for us to park our car on the drive but also roadside parking if needed. Would definitely recommend this location it is ideal for a couple.

The property is located in Reading town centre within proximity to public transposed interchange. Very convenient to travel. The flat is clean and tidy. The only issue is instability of Wifi. But most of the time is okay.

A fantastic little spot – spacious with everything you could need, and it's just a short stroll away from the beach, cute cafes and several bars. We walked down to the beach in the mornings to see the sunrise, then later went for a quick dip before using the sauna that's next to the Salt Kiosk. Ideal. Great communication from Max and Jade at GuestNest, and we'd definitely stay again if we visit the area. Thanks!

Very convenient location, close to Caversham centre. The place is quite small, as advertised, so would recommend only if you are by yourself. Also as advertised, the parking entrance is extremely narrow, so if you have a car, you might want to park elsewhere. The host is very responsive and helpful.

We stayed at the Grange for 5 nights during half term. The house was beautifully decorated with lots of character and a couple of quirks that you’d expect from an older property. My children loved the terrapins in the duck pond opposite. Bonchurch is beautiful and feels unique to other parts of the island that we saw. There is a lovely seafront walk into Ventnor accessible from the house (very hilly so tricky to navigate if you have accessibility issues but otherwise very nice). Everywhere is reachable by car in a fairly short drive which is a real plus. When we arrived, Carl came over to welcome us and make sure we had everything we needed which was a lovely touch. We asked for a couple of things during the stay and he was very quick to respond/pop over. I injured my hip early in the holiday and so asked if there was a chance of a later check-out which he kindly agreed to. Only mention is that parking is very tight for two cars. All in, a wonderful place to stay with a great host

Candida was responsive to all our queries before our stay and as we had elderly parents over Christmas she had the heating going full blast and the stove primed - we were very warm and cosy! Bedrooms are very comfy, excellent WiFi and there’s plenty of hot water. We had a couple of minor issues that were sorted immediately and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. If guests come with dogs they should be aware of the family shoot infrastructure nearby so between September and January your pooch need to be kept under control- especially my rather wild dachshund! All in all a lovely place to stay - very rustic but everything works. Many thanks Candida for letting us spend Christmas in your lovely cottage

Great stay with me and my Mrs, would absolutely recommend. Dilpreet was a great host who made us feel at home from day 1, easy commute to Heathrow, and a short walk from local lakes. Great, peaceful place to stay in Portsmouth. Close to bars and restaurants, and longer walking distance to other sites in town, including the best maritime museum we have been to anywhere in the world (and we have been to many all over the world). By far the most stocked kitchen we have experienced -- and we stay in many Airbnbs worldwide. The "provided breakfast" included anything you would want to eat and more, and we were there for a week and there was enough for the entire week! There was other food also which we supplemented from a grocery store because we cook most of our own meals (the reason we stay in Airbnbs). The outdoor area is amazing and we used it when weather permitted. The outdoor bathroom is only useable in nicer weather than we had, at least for us. The only drawback was that the loft is much smaller than it seems in the pictures; the ceiling is very low and you can't stand up (and we are very small people). It might be okay for some but not usable for us.

Ryan’s place was just what we were looking for. Apartment is very clean & modern, with a lift & private parking, would definitely recommend Ryan’s apartment if you’re in the area.
