Mary is a first class host. She is friendly and efficient with her communication. Her house is beautiful and ideal for a break for two. The house is spotlessly clean, very well-equipped and very homely. The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac and is extremely quiet - we could even hear the owls hooting at night! It has a lovely sunny garden and dedicated parking. Highly recommended.

We stayed for one night while attending a family party nearby. Gerry responded quickly to any enquiries and was very helpful. The studio was easy to find and was clean and comfortable. We would definitely like to explore the area further, so hopefully will be able to return in the future. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely studio.

Wow what an amazing stay! Our family had the most luxurious stay here. Beautiful surroundings, pristine house and the most maintained beautiful pool we’ve ever been in. The water was perfect temperature and the layout of the house was fantastic with open doors from the lounge out onto the pool side. We definitely will be staying here again for some family time together. Highly recommend

Beautiful, secluded weekend getaway! Saw lots of wildlife within the fields and the accommodation was lovely. Outside bath was extra special.

We had a lovely stay at this cottage. Our hosts made us welcome and provided us with many more supplies than expected. They communicated with us well and we were very comfortable. The cottage was in the perfect location for all the Jane Austen activities we wanted to do. The Jane Austen museum and Chawton house were within walking distance as well as a nice pub and cafe. The cottage garden was a particularly lovely place to sit and have a cuppa after our long days out.

We had a lovely few days at Denise’s. The surroundings are stunning & it was a perfect base for a sister getaway. Hopefully will return with hubby & fur baby next time

We booked Pete's place for 8 days and enjoyed our stay there. Set amid great countryside the place is just nice for 2. Probably my only complaint is that due to the trees around the property it can be a bit dark, but that said I would highly recommend it. Thanks Pete for always being helpful and at the same time leaving us alone.

We had a lovely stay at Eden Cottage. The cottage had everything we needed with some thoughtful little extras in the kitchen and bathroom. Our little Frenchies sniffed their way around the enormous secure grounds and the pool was a real treat too! We checked out and drove just 30mins down to the coast and had a great walk in the sunshine watching all the kite surfers at Hayling Island followed by a giant ice cream! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will hopefully return. Our hosts were a delight and exceptionally helpful and friendly.. The location is amazing. We were watching red kites in flight and even heard a cuckoo. Lots of walking trails nearby too. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Wendy was away for our stay but Glen and their son Luke were very helpful and attentive. The flat although small was immaculate, spotlessly clean and well equipped - perfect for our short stay visiting family nearby.

Exceeded expectations. I was expecting a small place but it was not! Very comfortable and some nice treats on arrival that were most appreicated. Its a quiet suburban area, a good base for exploring Arundel etc.

We had a lovely stay in Johan’s AirBnB. The space was beautifully kept with stunning views. There weren’t a huge deal of amenities close by but we didn’t mind going for a walk (even in the rain!). Would absolutely come back to explore the local walking routes. Thanks Johan!

A wonderfully warm welcome and briefing from Richard. The flat was small but perfectly-formed, with its own garden area. It was very well-equipped, comfortable and attractively furnished and decorated. The attention to detail was impressive, with thoughtful touches like flowers and basic supplies. The free permit-parking was convenient, and the city centre within easy walking distance. Even during a heat-wave, the flat remained cool, and the busy street was, as advertised, peaceful at night. We will certainly return if we’re back in the area. Thank you to Richard and Kate.

The studio was great, exactly as pictured, and super clean! Charlotte was incredibly responsive and friendly. Would highly recommend staying at the barn if you’re in the area!

The house and the host were fabulous. A lovely home from home, comfortable beds, made up exactly as requested. Generously stocked kitchen and extra treats! David was in touch before our stay with lots of very useful information and again on check in day to see how our journey was going. We had a great stay and look forward to our next visit. Highly recommended.

Words can’t describe how grateful I am to Jo for allowing me to stay for 6-weeks. I had a lovely time in this apartment! The location is amazing, Winchester is amazing, and you have everything you need within 5 minute walking distance. Jo is an amazing host and I would recommend this apartment to anyone! Very sweet little cottage, beautifully decorated with everything you would need inside of it. Great location, with a nice pub down the road. We would definitely stay here again and recommend for all. The only downside is that it is situated on a busy road so at night you can sometimes hear the cars, but we didn’t mind.

The description of “harbour view / sea view” is a little misleading as the apartment isn’t high enough to offer that and instead looks over the bus/ train station and shopping centre . However , we’d worked that out from the pictures ! That said the location couldn’t be more central . It’s literally across the road to a fantastic shopping centre and the harbour . For the views of the yacht race we booked tickets for the spinnaker tower. The host was extremely helpful and responsive and I would recommend this accommodation and would love to stay there again.

The Hideaway is a perfect little spot to run away to. it's in an incredibly beautiful spot and super quiet. it's a lovely little walk to the village of Graffham (Cheryl gave us excellent instructions) there is a cute little village shop that does coffees and sells all that you could need. The Forrester's Arms is a lovely pub but we ate at the Woodcote which was excellent. The space is large and comfortable. The sofas are perfect for a nap as they are massive. The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable. The shower was lush as were the faith in nature smelly bits. would completely recommend

Fionas place was a wonderful find. Perfect for a couple, roomy and in a perfect location. On street, unrestricted parking. Will certainly be back.
