Holiday rentals with breakfast in East Hampshire

The Studio was perfect; so well thought out and designed. West Meon is gorgeous, and we followed recommendations for local meals and walks. In addition to being lovely, the room was extremely comfortable with everything you could need. Connie and Michael were thoughtful and welcoming hosts who really went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.

We had a delightful one night stay at The Nest on our way to the south coast. After a long day of travel, arriving at The Nest was a welcome embrace. Spotlessly clean and so cozy, it is clear that Sally and Steven have put much care and effort into making this lovely space an oasis. We slept well and were appreciative of the optional breakfast. Steven's culinary skills provided us with a hearty start to the day and we enjoyed the opportunity of chatting with Sally and learning more about the area. Our only regret is that this was a one night stay. If ever in the area, we would certainly stay again. While we did not visit on this trip, we highly recommend nearby Petworth--both the town and the National Trust property are within easy reach.

We enjoyed our stay at Andy & Rosie's thanks to the great location and beautiful surroundings. We used it as a base for Goodwood, which was a short drive away. The local golf club being so close was also a bonus. The accommodation itself was well furnished and spacious and check in was made simple with the clear instructions and Andy's welcoming greeting on arrival.

We stayed at Julia's while house hunting. Really enjoyed our stay, particularly the view from the lounge of the deer and assorted wildlife. The provision of a stocked fridge and a welcome cake were much appreciated.

We had a lovely few days at Denise’s. The surroundings are stunning & it was a perfect base for a sister getaway. Hopefully will return with hubby & fur baby next time

I had a wonderful stay, Siriol was a wonderful host. A lovely location to stay, and the bread, eggs, milk etc were lovely touch. Highly recommend

Keith’s place is a really sweet with a large comfortable bed, sofa and kitchenette, and an immaculate bathroom. There are chairs and tables indoors and out on the patio area - the latter with lovely views up to the downs and across the fields. There are lots of walks around the area and it is really peaceful. Keith was charming and everything was perfect for a lovely night away.

What a wonderful place to stay! Location The location is amazing. Peaceful and tranquil but only a short walk along the beautiful woodland & watercress beds/ river to the town which has an amazing play park, soft play, cafes, shops and restaurants. Lovely country pub the Titchborne Arms just a short drive away. Sleep/ bedrooms So peaceful and tranquil. Very high quality mattresses and linen. Had a wonderful sleep. Amenities/ added extra We felt they were very generous for the price point. Nice welcome items milk, coffee pods, good salt, tea, granola etc. loads of shower gel, shampoo. Great to have a coffee machine and smart TV. Also Hosts were very warm & approachable but not intrusive. The barn was very clean and parking was really easy. It has a shower and bath, very soft towels. All in all a great stay!

We had stayed here before, two years. Ago. The place is just as good, even better with some upgrading, notably aircon (doubles as heater when cold) which was fantastic given the hot & sunny weather this year. Had a great meal at the Magpie, overlooking the river.

The space was super clean and comfortable. It’s in a very convenient location, with a lot of pubs, restaurants, and shops just around the corner.

We had a wonderful stay at Joanne’s. She was responsive to our questions and promptly met us when we arrived. Directions were great. A friendly lady who showed us the flat and kindly left us to explore. Wonderful location and easy to walk to Hampton Court Palace for a concert. Would definitely stay again. We had a lovely stay at Diana’s and would definitely stay again. Nothing was too much trouble, Hythe village is walkable and the apartment was lovely - extremely well appointed and even better than the photos.

Katie’s apartment was stunning! Extremely clean and tastefully renovated. The bed was amazing and loved the luxury of a small tv at the foot of the bed. There is nothing I could fault about this accommodation and would not hesitate to recommend it to everyone. You won’t be disappointed.

Stayed for work nearby in Portsmouth city centre. The flat was a thirty second walk to the beach nearby, round the corner from a co-op and very near to some really nice Southsea shops, cafes and restaurants. The flat itself was very comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen and cosy living space. Having a balcony with seating was lovely to use in the sunshine and see the sea! It was a quiet area and we had a very comfortable stay.

We felt like coming home. We enjoyed the beautiful garden and the wonderful equipped living- room and dining area. The breakfast was great and the tips for Restaurants etc. very helpful. Our dog was welcome, too. We definitely recommand These wonderful quiet place.

This stay was really outstanding for the beautiful English garden, so well maintained, so peaceful. Kate and Mark are friendly, welcoming and super helpful. Their historical home has been well maintained and updated. Very cozy and comfortable. For Jane Austen fans, the location cannot be better, one really walks in her footsteps. Highly recommended!

Lucy was extremely hospitable & thoughtful ! The fridge in my room has crumpets inside !! Cute ! A bowl of little varied chocolates, one of fruit & cutlery , a breakfast bowl , kettle : tea , coffee , hot chocolate and more , she thought of everything , and even had some toiletries incl shampoo & conditioner.. my room has its own showroom / toilet 👍🏼 Very communicative , friendly , helpful and happy for you to enjoy her garden and home ! Will def stay again if I return ! Plus Sassy her fluffy grey cat is a bonus ! Thanks L! 🪷

Hot tub was amazing along with bbq and fire pit and there was nothing you wouldn’t do for us honestly, you were both so kind with every thing you done for us the last 2 nights, so unexpected but amazing! Just wanted to say how amazing Sophie has been from start to finish. We booked this one year in advance and Sophie was always on hand with any questions. Probably one of the best service we had ever. The place Sophie has is beautiful. The photos do not do this place justice. We thank you for such an amazing safe space to visit.
