This is such a beautiful place. Really is a slice of heaven. You have to experience it to see the real magic. Beautiful private beach, sunrises, beach bonfire, private deck spaces and the living areas are the cleanest rooms I have experienced. The hosts are so responsive to anything you need. Listen to their recommendations of places to visit or dine and you will have the best experience.

My partner and I’s stay at Jeffrey and Holly’s suite was outstanding. The space felt incredibly homely, with cozy decor and thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. It was spotless and well-equipped with snacks, coffee, beach amenities, you name it - and we loved using their kayaks for exploring Silver Lake. They were friendly and provided smooth check-in instructions. The price for the area far beats any hotel we could have booked considering how comfortable, clean, and private the unit was. As other reviews said, mechanical noises and footsteps can be heard, but this did not bother us at all. We loved this unit so much, we will probably check the availability for our next trip to TC. This was hands down the best AirBNB we’ve ever stayed at. Highly recommend!

So fun for our family of 4. We enjoyed the lake and cozy accommodations. Can hear people walking and talking upstairs, which were used to and felt right at home. Thoughtful instructions made everything clear. All was spotless and clean. A real treasure!

We had a wonderful time at Daphne’s! The place was welcoming, cozy and very comfortable. Walt and Daphne were very responsive and provided all the little extras that make traveling an ease! The area and home are very peaceful and relaxing. We really enjoyed kayaking on the lake and our teenage boys loved the fishing! I highly recommend this place!

We enjoyed our stay in Troy's beautiful apartment located just west of downtown. There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance, and the waterfront is only a couple of blocks away.

We are so happy that we stayed at TC Rock Shop! The place iself is so cute—very cozy!—and the location was minutes to downtown shops and restaurants, with the bay literally across the street! We spent a lot of time walking around the cute neighborhood, and enjoying the sunsets on the water. We went to an art fair and Sleder's Tavern (my parents' old fave in the 70s) right down the street! The apartment was the cleanest AirBNB I think we've ever been in, which was hugely appreciated. It was quiet at night, the bed was super comfy, and the towels smelled wonderful! We really appreciated the snacks, tea, and bottle of local Crisp wine (yummy!) they kindly left out for us. Although we didn't make use of them, we noticed a number of amenities that would be appreciated by other guests — umbrellas, cooler, beach gear, a pack and play, etc. We really loved this place and will hopefully stay here again on a future trip to TC!

Fantastic home! We loved everything about this place. Lots of space for our family of six. House was clean, stocked with lots of amenities. Linens, towels, board games, books, kitchen supplies.. We loved the beautiful view, deck, fire pit, dock, paddle board and kayak. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back!

Loved this place! Nice open layout for us all to be together even if doing different things. Great space with all you need to have a good time.

Place was exactly as described. Perfect location for our needs and the ability to bring our dogs was a huge plus. House was spacious and well kept. Would stay here again

Beautiful lakefront property. The host is very kind and always responsive. The host includes so many amenities letting you make the most of the ease of access to the lake. Plenty of space for a big family trip. The location is very close to Trevor City. Yuu are a little close to the road but that isn't too bad. I would definitely love to book again closer to summer. It was a little cold for water activites during our trip. the rooms are bigger than they look in the pictures which is really nice. I would definitely stay again.

Had a great stay with our two kids (3.5 and 6 yrs old). They were able to share the second downstairs bedroom and had their own bathroom. The place was just like the pictures, very beautiful. Had tons of fun exploring the area, our favorite places were the Grass River Natural area down the street, downtown Bellaire for the brewery and candy store and ice cream store, King Orchard further north was great for the kids, and finally we spent two days at Antrim Beach to play in the sand and look for rocks. Cooked a lot in the kitchen and made smores on the firepit a few times. The only negative is that the house is near a road so although it is very quiet and peaceful, there are occasional cars going by which you can't see but only hear.

What a beautiful cabin! Sometimes the pictures look nice and you get there and it is not like that, NOT HERE! So wonderful and very clean! I give this a 20 out of ten. The host is very nice and Accommodating. I would definitely stay here again, to be honest I didn’t want to leave because it was so peaceful and comfortable there.

Not even sure where to begin! We booked this for my friends low-key bachelorette party and it was the most perfect place for us to relax and unplug! Shana was an amazing host, always communicating via the app in a very timely manner. The house was pristine and SO cute! It was clean and stocked with everything you could need (paddle board, kayaks, life jackets, wood, spare tooth brushes, ample towels, kitchen items, coffee were some of our favorites). The ONLY complaint - which is to no fault of the host - is that the mosquitos were thick at all hours of the day so be mindful of that :) have already reccomended this place to many friends and hoping I can back here soon too. 10/10 recommend!

You cannot beat the location of this place if you’re wanting to experience downtown traverse city. My husband and I were able to run out for a quick coffee, walk to the water, visit a restaurant or bar and stop back to change/whatever without worrying about it. The place was clean and Jaime was very responsive with any question we had. He also had simple check out instructions. There’s a free parking spot included which was also wonderful. Def recommend!

Fabulous place to call home for a few days for a conference being held at the Grand Traverse Resort and Spa. Holly was the consummate host, communicative and helpful with questions. If you are a golfer, you can't find a better spot.

Great location. You are right in the woods with the crickets and squirrels, out the back and restaurants and shopping across the parking area out the front. Laura was super responsive for a couple of small questions we had. It's a very special location and very well tended.

We will definitely book this place again if we need to be close to the Grand Traverse Resort again. Its very clean, very comfortable, and the the views are really nice. It's just far away enough from downtown to be quiet and peaceful.

Kara’s place was perfect! My wife and I celebrated our 25th anniversary and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. Very comfortable and clean place, had everything that we needed. From the views and close to everything that we wanted to see. Definitely hope to be back soon!

In our experience, it's always rare to find a place that lives up to the hype of the description, however in this case, The Nest exceeded the already great expectations as described. Sure, the photos do the best they can to capture the view that is afforded to guests, but walking into the living room and seeing the view is breathtaking. You'll quickly find yourself trying to decide between taking the time to explore the town of Frankfort (which is great), or spending all your time on the balcony taking in the views. It truly was a welcoming accommodation, and we felt at home immediately. Everything you need is available, and we were very surprised by how large the bedroom was. it was our first time to Northern Michigan, and we cannot wait to return. Charlie and Suzy's location will be the first place we check for availability when we do!

We stayed here for the Iceman bike race. It was a great location for our needs. Mike was proactive and gave us all instructions needed for check-in well in advance. Place was as described and had everything we needed. Would recommend!

Great spot! Walkable to all of the best places downtown Traverse and the bay have to offer.
