Holiday rentals with lake access in East Baton Rouge Parish

Home was nice and had everything we needed. Master bedroom was spacious and plenty of bathroom space. Other bedrooms were good too. We didn’t use the backyard but if we did it would have been a great place for a hang out space.

We stayed here for our son’s graduation from LSU. The property was beautiful and the house big enough for all 8 of us to gather. James was great to work with and offered us a flexible check in. We would definitely stay here again.

This home is beautiful inside and out. Super quiet neighborhood and in a great location. Everything was super clean and included all of the amazing amenities as described. The beds are very comfortable and it definitely is one of the best locations I have stayed at. Will definitely book here again if in the area.

Nat was an excellent host and the home was perfect for attending graduation and having family stay together. The great room was perfect size for enjoying time together and the kitchen was not only great looking, it was perfectly positioned for people in both the kitchen and great room to interact together and spread out at the same time. The location to LSU was amazing (short walk). My family and I were very happy with this space, highly recommend and will likely use again during football season!! Thanks for being a great host Nat!

We were in town for a National Bowling tournament and didnt want to stay in the recommended hotel so we rented this beautiful, spacious, clean and convenient arbnb. The hosts were extremely responsive. I would 100% recommended this home especially as someone who has rented my home on arbnb in the past. If we are ever in town again I would book this home as well as recommend to any folks I know traveling to the area. we managed to get some site seeing in as well as attending an LSU regional softball game. Loved that the location was very close to LSU.

James really went above and beyond for us, as we were scheduled to fly out, the place booked was not available to us as the person staying there could not go back home to Florida due to the storms. This sent me into a spiral as we were coming in on Parents weekend along with 9,400+ others and I feared we had nowhere to stay or even finding a place to stay. James went out of his way to get 2 of his non furnished studios furnished and ready in the mere hours of our traveling to make sure we had a place to stay once we arrived! He really went out of his way to make things happen and I could not be more appreciative of him. My daughter is a freshman and I would say we will be using James again in the future!

Thank you so much James for this super clean and quiet place to celebrate the holidays . This place was everything and more !

The place is exactly like the photos. Bed is comfy. No nosy neighbors even though there are kids nearby. It felt like home

Overall everything was great. Really nice place actually. My ONLY complaint are the beds. My god are they absolutely awful, I cldnt hardly sleep bc the beds are so hard and firm. Toss and turned both nights. Even my younger son cldnt sleep bc they are so hard. They def are not comfortable if you ask me. My cousin who stayed with us woke up with back aches as well. I highly recommend you change these mattresses to something softer for a better rest. Other than that the place is very well kept. Plenty of towels, nice kitchen. The only other thing I wld say is to navigate the tv was pretty difficult. There was a tv guide and remote but no one cld figure out how to use Cox Tv and instructions on how to get to use it. So instructions wld have been helpful. All in all is was a nice place. Thanks

This was a lovely home, very clean and host provided all the essentials for our stay. It was a bit different to find the unit so be sure to pay attention to the host’s directions. I had to call her back a few times because we got a bit lost. This was one of the most lovely and inviting places I have stayed at so far. It is very close to LSU if you are in town visiting students. The area is lovely!

This place is very cute with all the amenities you need! Nice hot shower with great water pressure. Right next to the marina bar that serves good food and drinks. Would definitely recommend.

Laura was very pleasant and responded quickly to all of my questions. She went to check out the rental before we arrived to make sure everything was in order. Enjoyed communicating with her.

John's place was super comfortable and cozy and within walking distance to LSU campus - which was the purpose of our trip. The house is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood and has all the amenities to make you feel at home. The sun room is also a perfect working space if needed. Kitchen has all the appliances you need, including coffee pods! Overall a very pleasant experience.

Was working in the area and this place checked all of our boxes for our long term stay. Beautiful place on the lake with plenty of space.

Perfect place for a weekend trip. Home was very clean and well stocked. Large deck was great for enjoying False River! Host was very accommodating and communicative.

It was absolutely the BEST! We've never stayed at an Air BnB but I'm so glad this was our first. Everyone else has a high standard to meet. This was easy to find, exactly has described/pictured. The views were beautiful, it was peaceful. I was on a work trip that we turned into a family trip with our fur babies and even though we didn't use it they even had a dog bowl & blanket. I was thoroughly impressed with all the things they provided from everything you need in the kitchen to bug spray and games/toys for kids. This place was AMAZING and I'm hoping to return.
