Kid-friendly holiday rentals in East Baton Rouge Parish

We were just looking for a couple of extra bedrooms for a family visit to Denham Springs. Sandra's place was perfect for that and she responded quickly to any questions we had. Unit was very clean. Area was safe and quiet.

Kellie is a fabulous host. She has thought of everything in the way she has equipped the house, and is very responsive to our questions. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this location to others visiting Bston Rouge.

This is a really cozy and comfortable house, great place to have as a home base if you have family visiting.

The stay here was incredible! Not only was it more than accommodating, the house had everything we needed. My family and I were extremely comfortable and my daughter felt right at home! This home was even better than the pictures! I absolutely enjoyed our stay!

This is the perfect place passing through LA to get a nights rest. And how many places have a yard like this amd are so friendly to having dogs? Not many. This is such a great property. On my favorites!!

Place is nice. it's just what we needed. There was a small problem, and Jonathan immediately responded and fixed the issue. Also, checkout is a BREEZE! Nothing crazy to do. We just rinsed the dishes and took out the trash. Great host. If I find myself in Baton Rouge I'll try to book this again

This is our 3rd time booking with this property and my family of 6 (two adults. an infant, young children, and a teenager) had an outstanding stay at this Airbnb! As always, from start to finish, the host was incredibly communicative, kind, and genuinely helpful—always quick to respond and eager to ensure I had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The space itself was spotless and clearly maintained with care. Every corner was clean and inviting, which made settling in so easy. I especially appreciated the on-site laundry—it was such a convenient amenity during my stay especially having so many people wearing clothes (lol). The bed was exceptionally comfortable, with soft, fresh linens that made for a great night’s sleep every night. The private backyard is cozy and quiet. Overall, this stay met my expectations in every way. I would absolutely book again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, clean, and well-managed place to stay with an amazing host!

Fantastic townhouse located within close proximity to the hospitals, stores, restaurants and freeway. It was very peaceful and quiet.

If you are going to LSU, or have an event that is around the campus, Maria’s place is absolutely perfect. Walking distance to a couple of good restaurants, a grocery store and tiger stadium. The property is also very clean and everything is in great working order.

James was an amazing host! We had some extenuating circumstances and James accommodated us with several extensions. The place was clean, had all the amenities we needed to make the place to feel like home. Definitely recommend!

I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious and comfortable this condo was—it felt more like a home than a rental. Every room was thoughtfully decorated with stylish touches that gave the space a welcoming, modern vibe. The layout made it easy to relax, and everything was spotless and well-maintained. Janay’s place was exactly what I needed. Walking distance to the Capitol building and to a coffee shop, as well as a nice restaurant or two. I’d highly recommend for a quick trip into town. While I didn’t need parking it was right as described right out front.

We were in town visiting family and Jim’s place was perfect. It was clean, all of the appliances worked well, and Jim was extremely communicative. We will definitely stay here the next time we’re in town!

I was in Baton Rouge to celebrate my daughter graduating from law school. My husband, mother, and older brother had the pleasure of staying in Brenda's beautiful condo-located really close to my daughter's apt. Upon arrival, we were met with a clean, beautifully decorated, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 level townhome with parking in front and a small, quaint, fenced backyard. Each bedroom, plus the living room had a smart tv, ceiling fans w/remotes, kitchen was stocked with little snacks to nibble on, coffee maker, and updated appliances. Brenda's home did not disappoint, it was exactly as advertised on the Airbnb site. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, she left very clear, simple instructions. My family and I, felt at home in her home!!! Thank you Brenda. Hopefully, we can book your home in the future.

The location was perfect and ideal and was a 10 min drive from the arena. Conveniently located to stores and restaurants within walking distance. It was very easy to get in and out of. Very close to LSU activities. I believe the “longest” drive took 25 mins to the Mall, but that was mainly due to traffic. The place was very neat and tidy and had everything we needed. The complex is gated, making it feel even more safe. The building itself is very sound proof. We didn’t have any issues with other tenants living on the property. The only complaint we have, that is at no fault of Tiffany, is the road the property is located on - as it has a lot of potholes.

Perfect location for us to stay while our daughter graduated from LSU. Exactly how described and perfect for the occasion. Very close to LSU and our daughter. Johanna was great, very clean and easy to get in to. Appreciated everything and had an amazing trip.
