Holiday rentals with a patio in East Austin

Super cute home away from home! I found the unit very comfortable, the location was great, close to all my needs, and Danielle was a terrific host, very friendly and responsive. I will stay again, in fact I’ve already booked my next visit.

Angello’s place was wonderful! Felt just like home! Very responsive and friendly! Very clean and always smelled fresh when coming into the apartment. I definitely recommend if I could give 10 stars I would! I totally forgot to take my garbage out! As I was rushing but it was very clear instructions on how to get to the unit and how to get to the pool. It was a lot to do and I would definitely love to stay again! I felt right at home especially since Austin is my go to for my solo trips it’s always great coming back home to Texas.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay. Apartment was exactly as described. The place was easy to find, great dedicated parking, good AC, and very accessible to many different areas of Austin. My must was the proximity to the airport! Thanks for hosting us!

Great stay for a week. A little tight squeeze with 2 people and a dog but we made it work. Kitchen is nearly impossible to cook in if you’re looking to stay for longer periods of time and not eat out so much…except for easy meals like frozen pizza or chicken fingers. Location is amazing, walkable to east 6th street, restaurants, bars, shops, lady bird lake, etc. Price is unbeatable for location, vibes, etc. Would absolutely stay again!

Sonia’s place was absolutely amazing, honestly, even more beautiful in person. The moment you walk in, it smells great and feels so cozy, perfect for two people. Everything was super clean and well taken care of. Sonia was incredibly kind and let my mom and I check in early, plus she was super responsive and friendly throughout our stay. The location was perfect, such a beautiful area and super close to everything. Our Ubers to downtown were only $5–$7! Definitely planning to stay here again next time we’re in Austin. 100/100, thank you for such a wonderful stay! 🥰

Super cute spot, beautiful view of downtown. Was able to plug in my Tesla at night. Ryan was also very kind and provided coffee beans and even made me a cold brew one morning. Only complaint would be the AC unit didn’t cool down the room enough, especially in the afternoon I had to take a nap with some ice packs. (June and it was like 96 outside 🥵)

Bryan was a great host who responded quickly to my messages and I also really appreciated the detailed instructions on how to get into the building. The apartment was clean had almost everything we needed too. My favorite part though was the location as there are a lot of nice restaurants and shops that are only minutes away. Overall I really enjoyed my stay here.

Good location for getting to from COTA. Property felt well managed and garage parking was a nice bonus

We truly loved our stay at David's exquisite home!!!The space is gorgeous, unique, and thoughtfully, artfully appointed. David was a wonderful and warm host, responsive and flexible. The beds and bedding were lovely and comfortable, the bathrooms are spacious and fabulous, the kitchen was stocked with absolutely everything one might need, all living and dining areas are just beautiful. We also really loved the well-landscaped outdoor spaces, and had a blast swimming in the pool and playing ping-pong. We could not have asked for a better home in Austin. Everything was truly perfect, we look forward to returning!!! Thank you!!!

My stay at The Overlook was very relaxing and peaceful. The house is stocked with all the amenities needed to feel like a home away from home. I loved the gourmet kitchen. The appliances and gadgets are all top quality. I loved the fancy coffee maker and there is also a beautiful espresso maker if you’re into that. The hosts made it easy by providing ground coffee in the fridge as well as creamer! The upstairs bathroom has a beautiful shower and is fully equipped with everything you need. The bed I slept in was comfortable and the linens spotless. The decor is tasteful with a fun Austin/Texas theme. The yard is fenced and private. This house is the perfect place to stay if you want to be near all that Austin has to offer but also want to have a comfortable home-base to come back to and recharge your batteries!

We loved this cute little house in Austin! It was so comfortable and cozy. The location is great and central to everything and even though it’s close to the highway we barely heard any traffic noise. Jennifer is a fantastic host and was so responsive to any question that I had. She went above and beyond to fix an AC issue and make sure we were comfortable. Absolutely would stay again!

The place was great, it looked just like the photos and it was so nice and clean! Everything went smoothly upon arrival and it was easy to get to. Candace was so responsive our entire stay, she was a wonderful host and was very attentive. I would definitely stay there again!!

Great located and due to Austins possibilities of different transportation suppliers easy to access the huge variety of coffee shops, restaurants and night life. The house was clean and easy to find and safe too. The style is something different but in a good way. Hosts quickly responded every time. I would check that out first if I'd visit Austin again.

We had a fantastic stay at Nils’ luxury apartment in Austin. The listing was exactly as described from the photos and descriptions. Nils and Liya were proactive, helpful, and very responsive, making everything smooth from check-in to check-out. The apartment was spotless, with clean sheets, a HUGE bathroom, and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Our favorite feature was the rooftop pool which offers a stunning city skyline/lake view and the perfect sunset spot. While this unit doesn't overlook the skyline, it does not take away from the experience. We saved compared to other listings and could still enjoy the views from the rooftop. Plus, catching the sunrise from the lanai each morning was a beautiful way to start the day. Parking was pricey, but we learned that’s typical for Austin. The location was ideal—close to paddle boarding, parks, and great restaurants. We truly felt at home and would absolutely recommend this place. Well worth the price. We’d love to stay again!

The photos don’t do the apartment justice. It’s so much bigger. Ayanna is a great host. Always there to answer any question or provide assistance. The location of the apartment is amazing too. Literally steps away from Rainey Street. Lady Bird Lake is also right there. The overall experience exceeded expectations. The apartment was perfect in every way. The gym was fully equipped and the pool on the roof was the perfect way to spend a few hours soaking up the sun after a day exploring the city. I would highly recommend this apartment and will definitely be back

I went on a solo trip and this place was beautiful and within walking distance to everything you need. It's right next to the lake with a hiking trail, and there are some bars, restaurants, and food trucks about a block away. If you need to travel somewhere further it is very easy to get on a scooter or get a ride share right outside of the building. The condo is exactly as described and shown in the pictures. The host was also great. They would check in to make sure there were no issues. They also responded to my questions quickly and did their best to help me with anything I needed. This condo was worth the price and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.
