O espaço está muito bem localizado com diferentes restaurantes e de fácil acesso para bancos, mercados, farmácias e outras facilidades. É possível fazer tudo a pé a partir do lugar. Um destaque é que o lugar é bem seguro e acessível. O Simon responde super rápido e com muita gentiliza, ajudando sempre a encontrar a melhor solução para os problemas. Com certeza voltaria para esta hospedagem minha avaliação é 10 de 10.

Amy was a fantastic host. We had a long term stay (a couple of weeks) and the place always felt like home. She went above and beyond to attend to our needs and make us feel comfortable. Her friendliness and responsiveness stood out and we couldn't have asked for a better host. The unit is private and the security guards are on top of their game. The location is prime and in proximity to essential services. All amenities listed were present and as described. We would definitely recommend Amy and look forward to our next stay with her.

The place was great! The rooftop offers immaculate views, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the cityscape. The interior of the apartment is beautifully designed, modern, and comfortable. Plus, its location is very convenient—just a short distance from Sandton City Mall. Would definitely recommend!

Très bonne adresse à recommander. Logement neuf confort propre et très bien équipé. Jardin magnifique. Par ailleurs, Corinne offre un atelier de fabrication de Kokedama que nous n'avons pas pu faire par faute de temps.

Les trois nuits passées chez Emilienne auront été le point fort de notre séjour au Rwanda. Dès l'arrivée, nous nous sommes sentis accueillis comme à la maison. Emilienne nous a partagé son quotidien, ses récits, son travail, dans cette maison chargée d'histoire. Les alentours sont magnifiques, les villageois accueillants et si en plus vous avez la chance d'y séjourner lors d'une activité proposée aux enfants, vous serez encore plus conquis ! Merci encore Emilienne (ainsi qu'à Marthe et Innocent), je ne sais pas si nous reviendrons un jour mais nous n'oublierons jamais Mushubati et ces trois jours passés chez toi !!

The Villa was a gem that we absolutely loved. It’s so spacious and has everything you need. It was the perfect place for our group getaway.

Evelyn’s place was spotless clean, peaceful neighbourhood and very chilled out. She communicated well everytime with proper insights. Iwould love to stay at her place again when i visit Dar es Salaam. Highly recommend.

The house is pretty and has all the amenities you need. The neighborhood is quiet and private. The location of the property is good as it takes only 45 minutes to an hour to get to any sight on the island in any direction. The grocery stores and malls nearby are between 8 to 20 minutes away by car. The host is very responsive, and his parents, who manage the property, are helpful. I recommend staying at this property if you want to stay in this area.

Located close to the Airport. In a quiet and private neighborhood. The home is clean and super organized. I enjoyed my time here with a great night's sleep right after my flight was delayed. Thank you for keeping a very neat place. The caretaker was great and super helpful.

Logement impeccable et très bien équipé (home-cinéma immersif, électroménager, lave-linge, mac, ...). Beaucoup d'attentions envers les clients (accueil, produits disponibles, mini-bar gratuit) qui en fait un logement de grande qualité pour le prix proposé. Nous avons eu la sensation d'être logé dans un hôtel coûteux avec pour autant le calme d'un appartement en résidence. Le parking privé est un plus et les hôtes sont accueillants et réactifs. ☺️👌🏻

Yann nous a réservé un excellent accueil et son appartement est très cosy et très calme. La literie est confortable. La terrasse sans vis-à-vis est spacieuse et agréable. Nous recommandons fortement ce logement !
