Holiday rentals with a patio in Eagle Rock, Los Angeles

I LOVED Phill's place! It was exactly as described, safe and walkable neighborhood with gorgeous views. Super quiet for the most part, you can hear the birds and wind chimes when sitting outside on the patio. The indoor space was clean and well maintained. I was very comfortable here. The garden is also lovely, I was able to try some of the fruit and veggies fresh from the source (so good!). I would absolutely stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay. The apartment was clean and had a wonderful breeze with the windows open. There are two very cute dogs on the property, they're very friendly. The view was incredible. There is a fantastic bagel shop within walking distance. Very centrally located for things to do in silverlake. I would definitely stay here again.

My partner and I were in LA/Glendale for our anniversary trip and this was such a nice quiet oasis for us. It’s a very simple unit but that’s all we needed. It was obviously well kept, safe, had plenty of basics stocked. We loved the area and would absolutely stay again given the chance!

Johnny's place was great, just like the pics. The rooftop pool was awesome and provided great sunset views. Johnny was very responsive, and would recommend his place to stay.

Daisy’s Yeehaw Suite was the perfect spot for my weekend away! I was traveling alone and felt very safe. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the kitchen came in handy for my stay. I walked down to Atwater Village every day to get coffee and food and walk the shops. The Farmers Market on Sunday was a cute bonus to staying in the area. Daisy was very responsive when we communicated and incredibly nice. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in LA!

Quiet, lovely space. Hot tub, kitchen, grill, washer & dryer were fabulous. (Kitchen well equipped.) The shower, while clean, is quite small. (Keep this in mind for anyone 6’ and above.) Street parking was simple and Nicole’s recommendations for establishments were appreciated. We felt right at home. Would absolutely stay here again.

We had a pleasant stay. Ashlon's place had everything we needed, including coffee and cream, filtered water, bathroom essentials, extra towels and blankets, etc.

Everything was perfect! I had my proposal on the patio there and the view was gorgeous. Jeffery was a fantastic host and answered all my questions in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this place!

We had an awesome stay with our toddler. This is a charming, well-decorated 2BR, 1.5BA with easy parking and an outdoor front garden with seating. It’s in a quiet neighborhood that is close to Highland Park, Frogtown, Glassell Park, and Griffith Park. Both bedrooms and the main room had air conditioning units that worked well. Master bedroom had black-out shades. Big table for group dinners and small kitchen nook for quick eats. No issues with water heater like other reviewer. Neighborhood is safe and residential. There’s a McDonald’s and a small shopping center and bus stop nearby, but better to have a car here. Owners have many beautiful plants and want the shades to be open during day, but we didn’t have privacy concerns. Hallway bathroom seems to be getting minor aesthetic improvements, but totally usable with no issues. Ask for extra towels. Bring your own coffee and coffee filters for the machine. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Our stay was amazing! The host were very accommodating and friendly! Everything was as described and the home was beautiful had so many essentials which made our stay comfortable! Home is super cozy we can’t wait to stay again soon!

We had such a wonderful stay! The home was clean, cozy, and the perfect spot to spend time with my East Coast family. The multi-level deck was a highlight, fun to explore during the day and the ideal place to unwind in the evenings. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, and the views were incredible. The host was thoughtful and super responsive, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The kids loved playing outside, and my toddler was obsessed with the toy car—huge bonus! Bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and comfortable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience for me and my family. We’re so happy we chose this place and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a great spot to stay in LA.

Before we even booked, I reached out to Kelly to ask about a venue location that we were also using. She responded very quickly and accurately. There were more areas in the house for reading or quiet time and our family surely enjoyed them. We were there for a family wedding and were gone most of our stay. Dynamite view, extremely comfortable, and worth the price. Thank you.

The Fig and York bungalow is a good value, walkable to a street with restaurants, easy for Uber to find! Comfortable bed, with extra blankets, pillows and towels. Private and quiet, it was a great place for me to stay while visiting family. Tess was responsive to queries, provided clear instructions. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at the Bohemian Echo Park Getaway! We were looking for a spot close to Dodger Stadium, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient. The home was clean, well-kept, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. One of our favorite features was the cozy den upstairs—complete with a record player and a great vibe for relaxing after the game. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy LA with a bit of charm and comfort. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay! Ate dinner at Din Tai Fung which is within walking distance. Free parking on site. Really fit our six people well. We also used the workout faculty and pool. It was great!!

Peter was the best host! Not only were the check in instructions great with photo examples to aid a smooth process but he was willing to work with me on checkout time. I came for work and left my belongings at the apartment thinking I would be back in time before checkout and Peter was not only helpful but very understanding. Being able to check in very late after a long flight with front desk security made it really easy and comfortable. It was so quiet! Which is surprising for the area. The space was more spacious and beautiful in person. Can’t wait to book this for visiting friends

Loved our stay here! We were instantly comfortable and had everything we needed. Easy instructions to get in. Felt safe and private. Typical city noise which is to be expected, but nothing bad at all, and the windows block out the noise perfectly so we slept great! No complaints and hope to come back next time we're in town for a concert! Thank you so much Christina!

John and Vincent were perfect hosts. Went out of their way to make the check in smooth, and be responsive. Their bnb is in a fantastic location, we walked everywhere , access to the beach was super easy and we were surrounded by great restaurants. My family had a wonderful break, we would go back in a heartbeat.

Great location. Safe and gated parking. The property was nice, very spacious and well equipped.

We had a great time staying at this Airbnb, it was a beautiful and very clean. It was also very nearby to a handful of restaurants and shopping stores. All hosts were very responsive and friendly. Our only complaint was the check out time, the 10am check out time felt very early, earlier than hotel rooms and most Airbnb’s I have previously stayed in. Aside from that everything else was great and we enjoyed our stay.

I had a great stay! The apartment itself is beautiful and spacious, with a large balcony and two bathrooms—perfect for relaxing and feeling at home. The location is fantastic, in a safe neighborhood with plenty of great restaurants just a short walk away. Having access to a parking garage was a huge plus—finding parking in LA can be tough, but this made it super easy. The host was very responsive, understanding, and genuinely nice and cool. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!
