Welcome to our historical home! The villa was build as a representative domicile for a pharmacist. Nowadays the spacious house offers space for three flats. The holiday home is situated in its souterrain with a direct access to the garden. The residential area is completely private as well as the kitchen. You can reach the private bathroom through a shared corridor. Inside the residential area there is a king-size bed for sleeping for two and a studio couch, that can be used also by up to two.

The two-room apartment (50 sqm) - a living room, bedroom, fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom with a fan, and a balcony with a table for two. Fast internet access is included. Smoking - only on the balcony. No parties allowed. The location of the apartment is ideal for business travellers and tourists: on foot to the Old Town (Altstadt) and Königsallee - 15-20 min, Japanese district - 15 min. Quick connections to airport - 15 min (S-Bahn), and trade fair (die Messe) - 25 min (U-bahn or bus).

Unser Terrassen-Apartment befindet sich in der ersten Etage eines renovierten Jugenstilhauses aus dem Jahr 1906. 
Dir stehen zwei Zimmer - ein Schlafzimmer und eine Wohnküche - mit insgesamt 70 qm, sowie eine Terrasse mit 45 qm zur Verfügung. Die Fenster der Wohnküche haben Blick auf einen ruhigen Innenhof, auf die Terrasse und in den Garten. Du wird dich gleich wohlfühlen, wenn du ein grosszügiges renoviertes Altbau-Ambiente im eklektischen Stil mit viel Kunst an den Wänden schätzt.

Feel welcome! Extra bed 200 x 80 (a good one!) or cribs are also available.

I am renting my bright, centrally located 1-room apartment in Düsseldorf in the district of Derendorf. There is a balcony, an elevator and within a radius of 200 meters restaurants & snack bars en masse. A supermarket is also just a few meters away and the S-Bahn [suburban train], bus and U-Bahn [subway] are also quickly accessible.
