Die einzelnen Zimmer sind auf den 3 Etagen des Hauses verteilt, Wir haben auch 2 Zimmer mit 2 Doppelbetten 1,40 x 2,00 m, ansonsten mit Einzelbetten eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind mit einem TV Gerät und WLAN ausgestattet. Im Haus befindet sich ein Gäste WC und zwei Duschbäder mit Fenster. Eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden.

The luxury designer kitchen has views on the garden and a big sliding door, which leads to the lovely wooden terrace. Only 5 min to bus stop. 40 mins with train to the fair. One stop to the airport. 3 Bedrooms king size waterbed (200x220m) king size bed (180x200m) sofa bed (160x200m) single bed (90x200m) Feel invited to enjoy a lovely time in our place!

Experience Ruhrgebietsflair in a "Zechenhaus". It was built in 1912 and lovingly renovated. Old elements, such as plank flooring, wooden stairs and cassette doors are still available and offer magnificent old-build charms. Other elements, such as the roof and windows have been renovated, the walls insulated. When we are on the road, we will be happy to provide our family home. It is not an anonymous accommodation, and therefore we would like the decor to be treated with respect and care.
