Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Durham

This place was one of the nicest Airbnbs I've stayed at! Very cute decor, exceptionally clean, lots of extras, and the beds were super-comfortable. We especially enjoyed the large front porch. Beth was a also a pleasure to work with and had helpful information about the area. We didn't need to move our car the entire weekend, as the house is right in Carrboro, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. I would highly recommend this Airbnb and will book again when I'm in the area.

Peidi’s place was perfect for us. It was well furnished and had everything one could need in the kitchen and bathrooms for a very comfortable stay. The king size beds were very comfortable. The condo was adjacent to the Greenway which provided great walks around a beautiful lake and was close to an array of excellent stores, including Harris Teeter. We will definitely be coming back!!

Alva’s place was perfect for our time in Durham. Walking distance to the Durham Bulls stadium, a market, and so many excellent restaurants. Our host recommended a few spots and they delivered! The keyless entry is slick and so convenient. Well lit parking right across the street was both convenient and super cheap. All in all - great! And you can’t beat the brick street right out front!

Emily’s home was bright, comfortable, and set in a beautiful, leafy neighborhood filled with trees and gardens. The setting was peaceful and quiet, yet just a pleasant 15-minute walk from downtown Durham’s vibrant mix of restaurants, cafés, and bars. A perfect introduction to Durham’s relaxed and welcoming vibe.

I highly recommend Lucy's property if you are in town for a DPAC or Bulls Stadium event. Both are short walks away from her location. There are also plenty of bars, restaurants, and things to do nearby. She also has a zero gravity massage chair that is great! Do not waste money on a hotel...stay here!

Haley and Sam were solicitous, responded quickly to all my messages, and even thoughtfully offered a late check-out, which I greatly appreciated. Their place was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. If you're looking for a convenient spot with easy walking access to Duke University, this is definitely the place to stay! I recommend their place and would absolutely return.

This place was as described, clean, spacious, and had everything I needed and more! I'd warn that if you're a light sleeper like me, you might want to look elsewhere. It's surely out of the owner's control - but know that it is in the heart of downtown and so a bit noisier than other parts of Durham I've previously stayed.

A great two bedroom apartment for the value. Very central to Durham. I really appreciated the proactive and open communication as we needed a drain unclogged and they fixed it same day!

This was a perfect place for me and my 2 kitties in Durham for two months. Kay was responsive when we had some wifi troubles, and otherwide let us be (which works great for me). Plenty of room, well stocked, decent desk for my workspace, two comfy beds, nice yard. It's not a great neighborhood, but the immediate space around the house, the block we were on, was perfectly save. Adorable home, obviously a place where people have lived.

Pavel’s place was super chill—peaceful, spacious, and really cozy. I had a great time there. The whole vibe was like a modern cabin, with a projector for movies, which was awesome. The bathroom had a cool design, and the bookshelves were a great touch. If you're into quiet spots and nature, this place is perfect. Pavel was also helpful and responsive as well.

The house was clean, immaculate, had all amenities that were needed. Kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms were all great/comfortable. Gazebo in back was a very nice touch on a Spring day. Host was friendly and very responsive. Came into Durham with family members and all enjoyed.

As a traveling blues band (Piper & The Hard Times), we stay in AirBnB locations around the country, and Joseph's place was one of the best! It was clean with comfy beds, quiet surroundings, and the front porch is wonderful! It made for a relaxing hang out after our show that night. Highly recommended!

Gayathri’s place was absolutely perfect for our group of 8 during commencement weekend. I cannot say enough good things about her and the space she has created. The family room easily accommodated our group to gather and enjoy time together, and we loved that each bedroom had a king size bed. The location is perfect for quick and easy access to campus and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Gayathri quickly responded to any messages and was such a joy to communicate with. She also left some breakfast items for us which was much appreciated the morning after we arrived. It was so nice to not have to run to the store the moment we arrived. The coffee she provided was also much appreciated! If you have a group visiting Durham and this home is available, do not hesitate to book!

Very comfortable, clean, bright, and airy. Had everything we needed and more - fans, basic kitchen and pantry items, cleaning items, soaps, towels, etc. All the hand soaps and toiletries smelled amazing. Very easy to access and we felt right at home. This place is gorgeous. It’s new construction with high ceilings, and was styled with care from the fixtures to the decor all while maintaining comfort. I traveled with 4 older folks and my young child. Low couches and steep stairs were difficult for the older family members. This was about them and not this location, but be sure you’re comfortable with stairs. If this is an issue, you can come and go by the front door with only a few steps to manage and there’s one main floor bedroom. All the rooms have gorgeous transom windows - this is not the place for you if you sleep in total darkness. You’re near railroad tracks, a busy road, etc. Inside is quiet enough if you’re used to city noise, but if not, bring ear plugs or stay elsewhere.

Very comfortable. Unexpected amenities include a massage chair and a clothing steamer. Great bathrooms.

The home was beautiful and had a lot of space. It was just two of us, but we could have easily split it with at least two more people. We especially loved the lake view patio. We enjoyed our morning coffee out there every morning as well as a few night caps. It was so peaceful. Jim was very easy and quick to communicate with. We would definitely stay there again.

Pearl Mill is a unique place with a great pool and gardens. The people there are super friendly, I felt so welcome. Easy parking, feels very safe. The condo is as described and very comfortable, perfect for one or two people. The outdoor environment, the inner courtyard, is beautiful and full of things to do. Very walkable to great restaurants, the Ellerbee trail, and the farmer's market on Saturday. Robert and the Trianglebnb folks were super responsive when my flight was delayed and I needed to stay an extra night. I'd definitely stay again. Thanks Robert!
