Really amazing hosts, really communicative and all the instructions were really clear would come back to his place every time in the area again

This was a great place for the price. Located so close to many restaurants and shopping as well as equidistant to UNC and Duke. A few times I could hear the upstairs neighbor walking around but it was not loud and never lasted more than a minute. Overall, a quiet, peaceful stay. Very comfortable bed, too.

The location was easily walkable to downtown Cary and we felt safe at night coming back from dinner. The property was as expected. I arrived about 30 minutes after check-in time and the dishwasher and dryer were running, which made me worry someone was inside but there was no one. Host was accommodating and responsive. Overall our experience was good and I do recommend the property to other guests.

Bridget was a lovely host, very quick in responding and super helpful. The place was awesome! Stayed here for four weeks during a business trip. Easy check-in, kitchen was well equipped, bed was very comfortable, all in all very happy with the accommodation.

This is a great spot! The location is great, quiet neighborhood feel but then a quick walk to restaurants and parks! It was very well stocked and clean but also very homey! I would definitely rent again!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. Located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, it was also super convenient—just minutes away from everything we needed: restaurants, shops, and local attractions. Very comfortable and plenty of indoor and outdoor space. Bedrooms were nicely decorated with plenty of closet space. Convenient main floor laundry. Fenced yard had nice lush grass which attracted bunnies so be careful with small dogs! Our toy poodle’s predator drive took over when he found one and chased it out of the yard through a small hole in the fence. Thankfully he couldn’t squeeze through himself but we watched carefully after that and opted for a great nearby dog park and walks in the neighborhood. An exciting and comfortable stay all around!

The house was clean, well-stocked with everything we needed, and perfectly situated in a fantastic location—easily walkable to downtown Durham and all it has to offer. It was the ideal spot for our small group, providing both comfort and convenience. Cosmo was incredibly clear and easy to work with, making the entire process seamless from start to finish. His thoughtful communication and attention to detail made us feel truly welcomed. If you're looking for a stress-free, comfortable, and well-equipped stay in Durham, this is the place to book! We really enjoyed our visit. This was our second time in a house hosted by Amy and Elizabeth and as before, they provided a great experience. The house was spacious and comfortable with everything we needed. We enjoyed hanging out in the backyard garden, which was private and has nice furniture to sit on. Trinity Park is a nice neighborhood with beautiful historic homes. We were fortunate to be able to tour several of them as we were there during the neighborhood’s annual tour of homes. It’s close to Duke East campus and a short, easy drive into downtown Durham. I would stay there on a future visit.

Loved our stay at Villa Pinea. We are MCM lovers and this home is a perfect time capsule. The design and furniture are super livable and beautiful. The space is perfect for a long stay. There are spaces for work, rest and hanging out. The kitchen has everything and the listing is well stocked with all you need for coffee or big dinner. During the day, the house is serene and peaceful with views of nature from every window. At night you will be joined by all the sounds of nature including frogs and an occasional screech owl. This is a great place for rest and relaxation and Durham/ Chapel Hill are both 10 minutes away.

We were coming to the Durham area for a wedding and loved this home being located in a quiet, private setting. We would absolutely stay here again.

The home was absolutely beautiful. My friends and I all agreed we would be overjoyed to stay there again. The deck, the kitchen, the bathrooms, the coffee availability, awesome Italian restaurant 10 minutes away! This home is phenomenal, I can’t say enough about it!

The house was great! My kids love the pool and the location was super convenient to lots of restaurants. Dalia was super responsive and friendly!

This was the perfect place for our family to stay to attend Duke graduation. Peaceful and quiet with plenty of room. All was as Lois said it would be and she was very responsive before and during our stay. The master bedroom and bath were particularly wonderful and the view of the lake and bird life made this a peaceful oasis. Thank you, Lois!

The place was great, only problem was the listing had said sleeps 6 with 2 pull out couches. It has 2 queens and a non pull out. They offered an air mattress immediately and said they thought they had fixed that error. Plenty of linens, clean and only 10 min to chapel hill hospital. Firm beds

Ann's place was quite lovely and comfortable, and the courtyard is peaceful and beautiful. I only wish I was staying longer so that I could enjoy the place a bit more.

Very nice place to stay. kitchen was well stocked, everything was clean and instructions were clear. I found the bed VERY comfortable. everything we needed was already there for us. It felt almost like a second home the moment we walked in. 20min (without traffic) from just about everything. absolutely lovely stay.

Amazing stay for the weekend. Helpful and even had a piece of paper in room with everything close by. Will definitely come back in the future!!!!
