This very cozy condo is the ideal place to return to after a day of enjoying the many activities and attractions in Durango. It is located in town, also just across from Fort Lewis campus and Hillcrest Golf Course. Gorgeous hiking and biking trails out the front door. This lovely property offers amenities including a seasonal heated pool and a year round hot tub. The trolley stops in front of the complex for easy access to downtown. Perfectly located home base for Durango's many activities!

Patio overlooks the golf course which makes it a great place to watch the wild turkeys in summer or winter. 1 bedroom with King bed, 1 Queen sofa sleeper, 1 full bathroom with walk-in shower, full kitchen, stacked washer/dryer. 2 SmartTVs with access to most streaming apps for you to log into.

Situated just north of Durango, Unit 340 is only a couple of minutes from world class skiing at Purgatory Ski resort and is also right at the start of the breathtaking drive to Silverton. This cozy studio style unit has a queen sized bed, double recliner couch, and roll-away twin bed. Upon arrival, our guests will be welcomed with a fully stocked kitchen, a bathroom with a jetted jacuzzi-style bathtub, and a wood burning fireplace. Enjoy your stay in our mountaintop condo.
