Beachfront holiday rentals in Dune Allen Beach

Beautiful house and location was great for biking to beach and the Big Chill. Honestly, everything was fabulous. We needed cookie sheets and they were delivered ASAP. My only recommendation would be a binder with all of the checkin in and out information, bike rental, restaurants, etc. We biked to the Walton Dunes access. You can ride you bike, park it and the beach is right there. If you go to the State Park, you have quite the walk. We didn't use the pools but they looked great. I was traveling with two teens and the pool population was mostly the younger kids. No biggie.

Wonderful place right on the beach. You can walk to great restaurants and shops. Super helpful host and quick to respond to any question. We will definitely visit again!!

This was an incredibly amazing home and location. What more could you ask for than being a few steps away from a quiet white sand beach and turquoise waters? Perfect for pet owners with the fenced in back yard. The house was spotlessly clean and availed with everything one would need, including the backyard grill which we used endlessly thus saving us lots of money not having to eat at restaurants. If we decide to return to that location we will rent this house again.

The place was in a perfect location for access to the beach and surroundings. Townhome was stocked with everything we needed. Enjoyed the golf cart and all the beach extras in the garage. No complaints, just great memories!

Gorgeous property just steps from the beach! Very responsive host who allowed us to stay last minute and check in early. All the beach accessories you could need! The lovely deck overlooking the ocean was fabulous. Wish we would’ve booked this place sooner!

Host is very responsive. Home is within walking distance to the beach and it’s a short little walk.

This place was amazing. It was decorated perfectly. Every floor had a refrigerator so you didn’t have to go to the top floor for cold drinks. Ashley responded immediately when we had a question. We brought our own beach chairs, but the ones she had were great. We will definitely be booking with her again!

we truly enjoyed our stay! so close to the beach. nice size rooms. the golf cart was so handy. we loved the rooftop. Very helpful and responsive hosts. would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was great! The location is wonderful- very peaceful but close enough to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. The space was exactly as described and we were provided with all of the basics that we would need. Will definitely book this unit again for our next destin trip!

This was an excellent place to stay. We had plenty of room for our family of 6. The beach access was fantastic. We used a local company to rent chairs and umbrellas and they were set up for us right near the Airbnb. Every question we had was answered super quickly and Awnna was proactive with sharing information as well. The kids loved feeding the turtles and fish in the lake out back. The kitchen was stocked enough to cook for a family of 6. When we return to Destin we fully plan to rent the same place.

Mitzi helped me out in a big way after I had lost our babies blanket. She was able to find it through the homeowners association and is shipping it to me. Very thankful for this. super responsive host.

We had an awesome stay! The unit was spotless and beautiful. It was well stocked and an added bonus was the chairs and wagon we could borrow for beach time. The location is awesome and within walking distance to several great restaurants. Stanton checked in multiple times to make sure it was a great experience, which it was! We would highly recommend!

Extremely clean rental with great, close beach access. Perfect for two adults. The only negative I would say is that the area is very noisy in the mornings...trash trucks, traffic, lawn maint. etc starts very early so plan for that if you are thinking of sleeping in at all. The location to the beach and being walkable to food and drinks is a definite plus though.

Lee’s rental is absolutely beautiful, clean, cozy and roomy! There was also 2 beach chairs and an umbrella. I loved it so much and will happily rent it again when I return. Lee was also easy accessible, kind, informative and patient as I had a lot of questions. The location is great - right across the street from the beach walkway and Santa Rosa is charming and quaint. I absolutely loved it and will rent Lee’s rental whenever I’m there!!

We were extremely satisfied with this property. It looks exactly like the pictures. Fantastic views. The location is steps from the restaurants and shops but it still felt like a hideaway retreat.

What a dream this place is! Super clean, right on the gulf, peaceful, very comfortable. Loved the area, great bakery nearby and a couple other restaurants. We enjoyed all that 30A has to offer! Great hosts! Thank you!

My husband and I along with our 4 young children and my parents spent a week at this property. The owner was overly communicative leading up to the trip and throughout. They were always quick to respond to questions. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. Of course the view and the beach were the best that 30 A has to offer. We will definitely be coming back again.

This place was really spectacular overall. The home layout is great. It is super clean. It is in a perfect location on Santa Rosa Beach...a really hard to beat location. Being able to access Publix or Wal-Mart is super easy. Out of all of our travels, this home may have had the best food prep equipment we have seen. The owners obviously value cooking meals and having all the necessary cookware and accessories. This is sometimes hard to find with rentals. There is a whole cabinet of games for the family and kids to search through as well. We would certainly rent here again.

Lisa, the office manager was very kind and helpful. We even had to change our dates at the last minute and it was no problem. The place is located very close to the walkway to the beach, which was so convenient. It was very clean and looked exactly as the pictures. We would definitely go back.
