Dune Villa is located on the west end of 30-A. Our stand alone guest house has a private entrance with guest parking, full kitchen, laundry, queen size bed, bathroom and outdoor shower. Beach chairs/umbrella, beach towels, cooler, and two bicycles are provided. Just around the corner from Stinky’s Fish Camp, Santa Rosa Golf Club, Topsail State Park, Coastal Dune Lakes and Gulf Place Town Center. The perfect vacation rental for quick trips to the beach, business trips, or an extended vacation.

Kaia's Beach Kastle

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Imagine a place that deer and tall wading birds looking at turtles sunning on a log while listening to the Gulf of Mexico as the waves roll in. The sun starts to set, and you walk down to see the sunset over the beach. Time for some music and entertainment then a walk around Gulf Place for dinner then a short stroll back home and sit on the screened in front porch enjoying the sounds of the gentle rolling Gulf of Mexico.

See the beach flag from the house. 4 outdoor security cameras overlooking: One driveway/garage, one side entrance of the street, one doorbell camera and one pool camera. Small in stature but grand in design, this 30A beach house will wow you. Access to neighborhood pool, gym, & the beautiful white sand beaches a few blocks away. Small Waves is set in the Blue Mountain Beach area, which is well-known for its charm, its restaurants, & its famous ice cream shop. We have an EV car charger for electric cars (no extra fee) plus access to an electric golf cart (extra fee). Bedroom has a king size bed & twin bed & there are also 2 twin beds upstairs.
