Das Haus liegt 100m von einem See und Spielplatz entfernt. In dem Einfamilienhaus befindet sich ein sanierter Ziegenstall mit separatem Eingang, wo ihr unterkommen würdet. Es ist ein Raum mit Küche , Essgelegenheit und halbhohem Bett . Mit dem Rad benötigt man 15 bis zum Hauptbahnhof und 10min bis zum Supermarkt. Zur Ostsee/Fähre nach Dänemark sind es nur 20min und zur Autobahn 10min. Gerne könnt ihr unser SUP nutzen . Auch eine kleine Sitzecke im Garten steht euch zur Verfügung

Charming Tree House on the Stork's Nest

For rent is a lovingly, simply furnished tree house, which can accommodate two people. It is on our property together with 3 other apartments in an adjoining vacation home. In the tree house there is no toilet and no shower (outdoor shower). You can use your own toilet in the neighboring vacation home. You can use all the amenities there, such as trampoline, cozy sitting area, library, table soccer. Barbecuing is allowed on the property

Shopping & bus stop are within walking distance in about 5 minutes. The apartment is perfect for those who want to spend just a couple of days or even a few weeks in the city.

Rural 1-room apartment near Rostock

This small apartment with a bedroom, hallway and bathroom is located in the house where we live and work. About 16 km from Rostock, it is a good starting point for exploring the surroundings, by car, bike or on foot, for the beach 26 km away or simply to relax in the tranquility of the small village in the countryside. Of course, a longer stay, e.g. for professional or training reasons, is possible by arrangement.

"Yellow Salon" in the post-socialist manor house 2-4

The "yellow salon" is a spacious, stately 2-room apartment (about 80 sqm) for 2 - 4 people with marod charm and is located on the first floor of the left-hand hallway. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country. In the meantime, there are 4 apartments of different sizes, for up to 12 guests, in the house.
