Marijana is a warm and likeable host. The place was very clean, the location simply fantastic! From the beautiful balcony direct sea view, on foot the sea can be reached in 3 minutes. Very quiet location!

Outstanding small villa for great value, the location is peaceful and private with the enterance on the ocean. We loved our stay and the nice walks alone the coast. Daniel was very helpful, we asked for a recommendation for local olive oil, he hand delivered a bottle from a friend of his, which was of excellent quality. I highly recommend staying in this tranquil place!

A great apartment with a beautiful view of the sea, which you can reach in 1 minute on foot. It's also great that you can rent a stand-up paddle. Communication was friendly and warm. It was a pity that we only learned on the day of departure that we had to pay a surcharge for the dogs. When we booked, there was no information about it.

We were allowed to spend four days in this beautiful accommodation and felt incredibly comfortable. The location is somewhat remote and wonderfully quiet - yet you are only half an hour from Zadar, surrounded by fantastic olive groves. The terrace with the large grill gives the evenings that certain something. The accommodation is spacious and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant, even longer stay. Goran and his family have done a great job - you rarely experience such friendly and helpful hosts. We were looking for something special, and Goran used all his connections to find it. On the day of departure, he surprised us completely unexpectedly - and ended our search. 😊 Wow... We were speechless and thrilled by the whole family's dedication! ❤️ A wonderful place to enjoy evenings at the grill, go shopping near Zadar or take walks through the olive groves. We'd come back in a heartbeat! THX

It's a great place, it actually looks better than it does in the photos. The house is located on the beach, with a beautiful view of the sea. It's incredibly clean and well-maintained; there are 3 bedrooms with an extra living room and a spacious kitchen and a large patio. A home with literally everything you can think of. The neighborhood and the town are beautiful - you can drink delicious coffee, eat crazy ice cream, or have a great dinner at every step. There are also markets with "normal" prices. We recommend shopping at the local bakery - breads and pastries revelation! We were in May and we sincerely recommend a visit during this period - the beach is completely empty, few people and the weather was beautiful (23-25°). The price of the property during this period is also very attractive :) We recommend 100%, we will definitely come back here again. Sincerely, Darija :)

It is a wonderful place to stay.

I must say that we are two architects... and that we initially thought the photos of the house were RENDERED... But Sanel had assured us that the house was really like this.... Well... I have to say that Sanel was wrong....the house is much more beautiful than the Photos.... It is a Fantastic house.... Curated in every aspect...Furnished with taste and functional in every aspect. Pool that will make you want to stay there all day. Relaxation area for children with soccer, billiards, darts...I have to tell you that if you want to be in full relaxation and dream of a life as a Hollywood actor you have to come and try this house. Bathrooms for every room ... Magnificent King size beds.... And since I travel a lot for work, I have to tell you that I also found the pillows Magnificent. And for the kitchen? well so beautiful that your wife will look like a chef... for her happiness in cooking you. If you want to feel good, this is the dream home in Vir... Believe me, the words are not enough to express its BEAUTY.

The place was great. The beach was fantastic, the pool was good, but unfortunately the lady who is probably responsible for the bar there was very rude. Children were not allowed to play in the pool, also communication with the lady who monitored the whole thing was not possible because she didn't understand a word of English. The only language that understands the fun brake is coratic. I correct you master the word no in english. Other visitors felt the same way. Otherwise, you can definitely recommend the accommodation.

Matija was an exemplary host. Everything was superb from start to finish. We loved the quiet location but with such easy access to old Zadar. The pool was perfect, beautiful villa, super clean, everything provided. Sad to leave. Highly recommended

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this stunning villa. The property is finished to a very high specification, with every detail carefully thought out to ensure maximum comfort and style. The pool was a definite highlight—beautifully maintained and perfect for relaxing in the sun. Everything was spotlessly clean, which made settling in effortless. The hosts were incredibly helpful and welcoming, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Had a great stay at Lidija's! She was incredibly helpful, responded super quickly to any questions, and asked regularly if everything was okay – really an excellent host service. The house itself was perfectly equipped: a fully equipped kitchen, bikes, a shuttlecock set, a pool and even a hot tub – we didn't miss anything. A small downside: The wifi on the upper floor was a bit weak. On the ground floor and outside, on the other hand, it ran flawlessly with up to 250 Mbps – so absolutely sufficient. Overall a completely successful stay. Thank you Lidija!

The hosts were very nice and accommodating. The place was great. Upon arrival, we had a very tasty cold cuts platter in the refrigerator, which made us very happy. The hosts are very dog-friendly. The grounds are huge and enclosed and our dog was allowed to walk around everywhere. The pool was definitely a highlight. We will be happy to come back.

Everything was top-notch! The house was just a 20-minute drive from Zadar, making it super convenient to visit the city while still enjoying peace and privacy. Communication with the host was very easy and smooth. The host was incredibly kind – she even brought us cake and really cared about making our stay great. Our stay in this idyllic location was absolutely wonderful. The villa was pristine and the breathtaking views really made this trip unforgettable. On top of everything else Danijela was a lovely, welcoming and responsive host. We really appreciated all her efforts to make our stay as easy as possible. I would recommend this place to anyone. We had a wonderful stay in the villa as a family of 4. The pool was clean and heated. The house was well equipped. There was a great grill available, but we didn't use it. The contact with our hosts was always friendly and accommodating. Thanks for the great time and attention on the day of arrival. Highly recommended from our side.

It's a dream come true! The accommodation at Sanja's was perfect – very high quality, sparkling clean and with a fantastic view. The jacuzzi and the entire wellness area were well maintained and invited you to relax every day. Even outside on the terrace, we could enjoy the peace and the beautiful view wonderfully. If you are looking for relaxation away from the hustle and bustle, you are in the right place. Absolute recommendation!

Beautifully located vacation home, as a semi-detached house. Right on the beach, accessible via the road. Very nice, modern furnishings. Comfortable beds. Everything very clean. Kitchen very well equipped. Beautiful bathrooms, one on each floor. Washing machine available. Igor as a host is very friendly and reliable. All in all highly recommended.

Great stay in Sali. Beautiful house with wonderful courtyard. Very close to the marina, shops and restaurants. Short walk to the very nice swimming areas of Sali. We really enjoyed our stay😊

We had a lovely stay in Tina’s apartment. After just a day we felt ‘at home’. It was the little things that made a difference. We asked Tina where we could buy some local honey and the next thing we know there’s a beautiful little jar waiting for us from a local supplier:) We were able to shop locally and make some if our own meals. The kitchen is small but has enough equipment. The view was lovely across the harbour. We didn’t hire a car but found lots to do from Sali - walking, cycling, kayaking and swimming. A perfect base for a few days. And we really appreciated Tina’s flexibility on our last day due to the late departure of our ferry.

Dream location and cabin - we couldn’t have wished for anything better to rest, resource, and discover this beautiful region

Everything was just as expected. A traditional Dalmation cottage but with all the modern amenities. Good shower with plenty of hot water. Lovely huge bedroom with TV and much needed air conditioning. Very firm but comfortable bed. Julija and her husband were very responsive and very friendly. We were made to feel extremely welcome. Nice touches provided like wine and home made liqueur with some snacks. We loved the area and travelled to some other villages in close proximity. We would particularly recommend a trip to Nin! On our last evening there was a festival in Sukosan square with traditional music and food. We would wholeheartedly recommend Julija’s house and we would definitely wish to stay there if travelling to Croatia again!

This was the most tranquil holiday we have ever been on. With just the sound of the sea, and away from the world, it was a brilliant place to unwind. Stunning scenery, clear blue sea, fantastic night skies. A couple of things to note (for useful info): - take your own drinking water, the house is plumbed in with the water. Safe for general use and when boiled. - to use the boat you need a licence, but even without it the mainland is within reach by kayak for exploring. - if driving across to Dugi Otok then you will need the ferry to Brbinj, whereas by foot the ferry to Sali is better. It is worth considering the ferry times in your planning. Neven was friendly and responsive. He was extremely helpful when our check in ended up being later than we hoped. He provided transport to and from the island. He made great local recommendations. He even put us in touch with Jerko, a local taxi man who picked us up by boat for a trip to the supermarket. Great stay. Would highly recommend.
