Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Dubrovnik-Neretva County

We had the most wonderful stay at Josip's place Iin Korcula, so much so that we wanted to cancel the onward journey and extend our stay. We could not have asked for a better host and property to spend our honeymoon. Josip was so kind and considerate by always being helpful even before the check-in with amazing restaurant recommendations, a complimentary bottle of wine to celebrate our honeymoon when we arrived and a lift to the port when we were leaving. The self contained property has everything you need along with a stunning view. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner on the balcony. At night, you can also see the stars from the balcony which is always appreciated by us city dwellers. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Thank you so much for your hospitality, Josip

L'intérieur du logement me semblait un peu plus grand et la terrasse plus petite d'après les photos mais pas de déception, c'était parfait. Bon équipement cuisine (👍) et en général. L'appartement est très agréable avec des hôtes à proximité aussi gentils que discrets. Je suis restée une semaine et j'aurais volontiers prolongé.

Mirjana was and her place were amazing! Staying in Lapad is much better than staying in the old town, plus the apartment is so close to local grocery store, bakery, bus stop, etc. She was so responsive and so welcoming by greeting us personally at arrival and giving us a small gift. she answered all and any questions we had and made sure we felt comfortable for our stay. We felt much more value at her place than in a hotel. would recommend any time! The apartment is small and nice, great for a couple or 3 people. The area is nice, near the great beach and restaurants too. Our stay is memorable thanks to her.

Mirna was extremely welcoming and helpful! The Airbnb was absolutely gorgeous. My husband and I went here for our honeymoon, it felt private but at the same time you can easily walk 3 minutes to the road to be picked up by a taxi or your own car. There is a freshwater stream going through next to the apartment that you can hear from inside which gave that amazing calming sound. If we needed anything we just easily messaged Mirna and she responds very quickly. She gave us recommendations on things such as markets. There is a restaurant at the nearby hotel (where you may choose to park) and the food is great and the prices are reasonable! My husband and I truly wish we could live here forever, it was amazing. Very heartbreaking to leave. Thank you again to Mirna for the amazing experience!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Dubrovnik. Lovorka est adorable et très prévenante, nous avons été accueillis comme en famille. La vue du balcon nous a coupé le souffle et en avons profité soir et matin en admirant la vielle ville ou le coucher de soleil face à l'île de Lokrum.L'appartement est parfait, très confortable et très bien équipé. Un grand merci à Lovorka pour sa gentillesse et sa bienveillance.

Wszystko w jak najlepszym porządku. Widok z balkonu bezcenny. Jeśli ktoś nie ma wprawy w jeżdżeniu samochodem w wąskich i stromych uliczkach proponuję zamowienie taxi. Dla mnie nie było to problem i następnym razem również wynajął bym samochód. Polecam plażę Sveti Jacob , piękna plaża i darmowy parking 😊

We stayed here for a night before flying back out of Dubrovnik! Easy walk from the ferry port. Maja was very helpful and responsive if we needed anything. The terrace was absolutely huge and beautiful! Maja even set up a ride to the airport for us in the morning. Would highly recommend this apartment if staying in Dubrovnik!

What can we say. We have just spent 10 wonderful days here and we enjoyed it so much. Breakfast on the terrace, walking to old town, wonderful trip around the islands with George not to mention the lovely wine he and his son make. The apartment was lovely. Thank you all. Max and Darrell.

We spent an incredible 6 nights here. The views are out of this world. We loved the easy access to Sveta Nedilja's small but beautiful beach just below the house. The property has so many options for outside seating and lounging, and every corner is as beautiful as the next. We also loved the local restaurant, a 2 minute walk away! Marija is a wonderful, warm and kind host who made us feel so welcome. We cannot recommend this place highly enough!

Absolutely outstanding stay! We recently had the most wonderful experience staying at Sanja’s apartment in Dubrovnik. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location is perfect - just a short and easy walk to the Old Town, yet in a peaceful area that felt like a retreat from the bustle. We also found it really convenient for exploring other parts of Dubrovnik. One of the absolute highlights was the pool; it was such a lovely place to unwind after a day of sightseeing, with stunning surroundings and a calm, private atmosphere. Sanja was a truly exceptional host. She was incredibly helpful and responded to all our questions with lightning speed and genuine care. We had a wonderful stay at this charming 5-story apartment in the heart of Korčula’s Old Town! The location truly couldn’t be better—just steps from restaurants, shops, and the waterfront, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. The apartment itself is cozy, stylish, and full of character, with beautiful views from the upper floors. While there are quite a few stairs (as expected in a vertical Old Town building), it added to the authentic charm and wasn’t a problem for us. It’s great for one or two young couples looking for a unique place to stay in a historic setting. A special shoutout to our host, who greeted us right at the ferry and made us feel so welcome. He walked us to the apartment and took the time to explain everything thoroughly, which we really appreciated. Overall, a cozy, well-located gem in one of the prettiest towns in Croatia. Highly recommended!

This is a charming and quiet little neighborhood tucked away above the bustling city streets. We happily utilized the bistro table and chairs along the wall and enjoy the sites, sounds, and smells of the local residence and at the same time felt quite at home. We got some good exercise, too, and would definitely come back and stay there again. The little studio apartment was very clean and the shower was wonderful after walking for kilometers and flights of steps. Thanks so much and best to JOSKO and his family.

Beautiful, quiet and so close to the old wall. The bed was SO comfortable and it was so quiet that I had my best night of sleep of the trip. I don’t even sleep that well at home! The hosts are super helpful and accommodating!

Контакт с Альберто был очень приятным, он быстро отвечал, дал несколько полезных рекомендаций и выполнил наши дополнительные пожелания. В студии есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания, в ней уютно и тихо, а столик перед входом - идеальное место для приема пищи и отдыха после прогулок по Дубровнику. С удовольствием приедем еще раз.

Just wow, what a place to stay. Old town is a 5 minute walk away and is closer than it looks on google maps but is far enough that you can’t hear it at night time so it is a peaceful place to sleep. Absolutely stunning location with beautiful orange and lemon trees right outside your door. A lovely patio area with a sun lounger for you to chill out on. Inside the accommodation and outside was absolutely spotless. Local restaurants and things to do literally a 5 minute walk away if that. Shower pressure was really strong and the A/C was delightful. Just what you need in a hot country. Absolutely loved our time staying here and certainly would recommend to a friend or family. 5 stars

Logement parfait et conforme à la description. Emplacement idéal à proximité de petites plages tranquilles et à la fois proche de Dubrovnik. Transport en commun à proximité. Lazar est très sympathique, il nous a même aidé à monter nos bagages. Je recommande ce petit logement agréable !

Kristina’s apartment is equipped with top quality furniture and decoration. It is very spacious. The best part is the two balconies facing to the ocean, you can sit there enjoying the sunrises and sunsets. There is a little bit walk to the old town, but it’s quite pleasant walk. Kristina and Robi are excellent hosts. They greet to their guests in person and give very detailed information about Dubrovnik, and they are very responsive. It was a very pleasant stay in Kristina’s place. I highly recommend it.

We had a fantastic stay at Ivo’s apartment in Lumbarda. The location is perfect and the photos struggle to capture the beauty of view you get from the front terrace (there are two terraces!). Nothing separates you from the sea apart from the local road to the centre of town. There are a couple of very small sandy beaches in the town but 15 minutes walk to a beautiful large sandy beach. If you have a car we recommend Pupnatska Luka as our favourite beach - windy small road to get there but its worth it! Ivo and his wife were perfect hosts - lovely to deal with and very helpful. The apartment is bright open and spotless with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We would love to come back in the future.

The accommodation was excellent—very clean, tidy, spacious, and bright. It has a beautiful balcony facing the sea, offering a stunning view of the sea from both the room and the balcony. The host and their family were also incredibly warm and welcoming. We arrived earlier than the check-in time, but they greeted us warmly and kindly helped us check in early. The transportation was also convenient, as it was very close to the bus stop. I think staying here offers a much better experience than staying near the old town for us tourists.
