what an amazing find River House was for us, fantastic accommodation and views. Katarina was a brilliant host, always willing to communicate and sorted an issue we had very speedingly and going the extra mile. River House is very well equipped, clean and well maintained. If Katarina was not available her Mum would be there bringing us homemade cakes and preserves every morning, such a treat, we felt very spoilt. I would highly recommend, if you want a peaceful break in beautiful surroundings you could do no better

It is a great location and is very picturesque. The online pictures don't do it justice. The house has everything you need and more. We met with Mario on arrival, who welcomed us and provided us with handy local information.

Lovely apartment right by the waterside. Comfortable apartment with all you need and with a lovely terrace with sea views. Standout feature is the private swimming jetty - wonderful for a swim after a day out but also a great place to just sit and watch the boats. We didn’t have a car, the Old Town and restaurants are about a 15 minute walk around the coast though with lovely views along the way. There is a small shop about 5 mins walk away but bigger stores near the Old Town. Kristina welcomed us with homemade cake and liqueur and also brought us homemade biscuits a few days later. Kristina is very friendly and lives upstairs with her mother so always on hand if you need anything. This is a great place to stay.

I cannot praise the host Tatjana and the Villa White Lady enough. Tatjana was very helpful and always responsive to our questions. The villa was stunning, set in a beautiful location. It is 15 mins from the old town, and close to some excellent restaurants and beautiful views. The villa was spotless, and exactly like the photos. The bedrooms are all a great size. Kitchen well equipped. The swimming pool was so welcome in the heat. We have had a great holiday and will certainly be back to beautiful Croatia.

We had a great experience staying at Marin’s place, he was such a great host, super friendly and always ready to help if we needed anything. The apartment was lovely and comfortable with everything you need and fantastic views. The possibility to use his bicycles was great! One of the most beautiful bike rides we’ve experienced, such gorgeous views! We’d love to come back again sometime and would really recommend staying at Vanja C!

This place is absolutely amazing. We loved every second of staying here. Very secluded, if you decided you didn’t want to see ANYONE for a few days this is the place to go. The walk to the private beach is not easy (so be cautious) but definitely worth it. Everything was very clean and we had everything we needed for cooking! The outside grill was awesome, we probably used it every night for dinner. SO BEAUTIFUL.. even better than the pictures!! 100% recommend to anyone who wants to experience Croatia in its raw form.

Amazing location! This place has all the views and privacy needed to relax and unwind. Ante was Outstanding as our host, he was very responsive and gave great recommendations for restaurants, parking, and attractions. Would definitely return and spend more time!

Amazing location!. Everything went well . The check in wirh Hedera Estates could have been better. The agency should porvide maps for guests to help them get aquainted with the Dubrovnik area...

Fantastic stay, very remote but perfect for what we wanted and around 20 mins to the old town by car! Beautiful views and great amenities! Definitely recommend for a group break away :)

Villa Vito is in a beautiful setting with views over a secluded bay, and surrounded by olive groves. The outside space is thoughtfully designed to create a really peaceful and lovely area. We were there in the penultimate week of May and were very unlucky with the weather. Rain, high winds and chilly nights, although we did have some intermittent sunshine. We used the pool and swam in the sea. Overall we felt that the villa will work really well in better weather, when the outside space will really come into its own and evenings can be spent around the table by the pool, and making use of the outside sofa area. Inside, the downstairs space is rather limited, especially when confined by the weather as it is just an open plan kitchen with a sofa area at one end. It was fine for two but we felt it might be a bit 'tight' for a group of six. Ambroz was a very responsive and helpful host, especially when we had trouble with the door and the hot water, quickly sorting things out for us.

It was a wonderful stay. The house and the view are an absolute dream. The kitchen is really well equipped. We can highly recommend it!

High ceiling. Quite spacious. Nice big TV. Quite neighborhood. Nice balcony. You can take a bus or taxi shortly to get to the old city and beaches. Little workout with stairs in and out of the unit. Easy communication with Ana.

We had a wonderful stay at this seaview apartment! The view is absolutely magnificent — waking up to the sea every morning was a dream. The apartment itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. The location is perfect, just a short walk to great restaurants and everything you might need. Gorana was very friendly and welcoming, making check-in smooth and the whole experience even better. A true piece of heaven! The room was perfect, very comfortable and thoughtful — nothing is missing. Everything is there for a memorable stay. Stay too short for us who have only done one night! Veja is an absolutely charming, welcoming and caring host with a welcome drink and delicious cake. The apartment was perfectly located to explore the Old Town on foot or by bus. There were buses within a few minutes walk of the apartment to explore the rest of the area including beaches and islands. View from the balcony was beautiful. Apartment was spotlessly clean. It was peaceful. There were places very close by for food. Would highly recommend the apartment for exploring Dubrovnik.

Loved the place from the first to the last minute. Spotless apartment with an amazing host. Could not fault a thing. Throughly recommend anyone thinking about Dubrovnik to stay here. Walk to the old city is about 25 mins or a quick uber ride

Breathtaking views and friendly locals, this is the perfect spot for an off the beaten path quiet vacation. We loved the terraced sitting spots and access to the water as well as local tour guide and boat tour.

The stay was even better than in photos and the host Bianka was amazing! Exceeded our expectations- really comfortable, homy, extremely clean, equipped with absolutely everything needed- just like at home 😍🥰 The best feeling really. It was a home, away from home.
