Holiday rentals with a patio in Dubrovačko Primorje

The hosts gave us a very warm welcome. The accommodation was well-furnished, had a beautiful view, and had everything we needed. We highly recommend it.

We stayed two weeks at Jere's with our 2 years twins and we truly enjoyed it. Jere made everything possible to make our stay perfect. The appartement is very well located, we didn't have a car but still we mznged to shop and go to the beach within 10 minutes walking. The place is quiet, extremely tidy and comfy. We will definitely come back. We warmly recommend it!

This was by far the best vacation we’ve ever had! The location is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views both from the windows and the private beach. The beach itself is beautifully maintained and fully equipped — you’ll find everything you need, including comfortable sun loungers. The apartment was spotlessly clean and tastefully arranged, creating a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. What truly made this stay special was the direct access to the beach, which gave us an incredible sense of privacy and peace. It’s the perfect place for anyone looking to unwind and clear their mind. On top of that, the host was incredibly kind and helpful — always available and ready to assist with anything we needed. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

Martina’s place was in beautiful Mali Ston which is much quieter than Ston and the most active residents are the cats. Darijo let us in and we later found him at his cafe, Wine Bar Cardo, which was also excellent!!! We walked the wall, which was easier from Mali Ston then the way back. We tried some great restaurants and parking was included which was a bonus. Very comfortable and convenient to tour the peninsula. Darijo also gave us some great recommendations for local places to tour.

A nice place to stay close to the beach. The owner was easy to reach and really helpful.

Beautiful, freshly renowated house in a quiet, peaceful, small fishermen's town. Three storey house, air conditioning on all floors, two bathrooms and fully furnished kitchen, charming patio. All one minute away from the shore. Friendly and welcoming hosts. I highly recommend this place.

What a beautiful, magical place. The waterfront villa was exactly what we wanted…direct access to the sea meant plenty of jumping, diving, snorkelling and swimming right from the villa waterfront edge. The views and sunsets are spectacular..I was so sorry to leave. Yes, it’s a drive to anywhere, (shops, bars, restaurants ) but the tranquility of this villla is absolutely worth it. As a family the villa worked brilliantly..for sleeping, our 3 teenage boys were upstairs and we were downstairs but configurations can vary… It was well equipped for outdoor dining. Many different balconies, areas to sit. I could sit for hours and watch the boats go past. We even had a boat pick us up from the waterfront for a days exploration of the islands…a memory we will never forget, The hosts were amazingly attentive, best ever, nothing was too much trouble.… I highly recommend this villa…it holds a special place in our hearts.. So glad I have photos to remind me of that view Amazing.

Beautiful spot tucked away by the sea. The swimming and snorkelling at the property was as good as anywhere we visited on the trip. Easy to get in to Dubrovnik and the pretty village of Slano is nearby with a shop, restaurants and activities such as boat hire. The kitchen facilities are excellent and we also made use of the barbecue and outdoor dining area, which are great. Comfortable air conditioned bedrooms. Overall it was a lovely relaxing stay and I would highly recommend it and our host Ivana.

Our host Louise and caretaker were helpful and gracious. Louise met with our group 2 months before our visit on an internet zoom gladly answering our multitude of questions about the area and clarified our accommodations and needs. The air conditioning was so pleasing after a hot walk to the Slano center stores and beach areas. We got to use to the heat and wore the hats and water shoes left at the villa for clients by our host , and we used the thermal coolers to carry items from the store to our Villa. We preferred to walk and exercise to Slano center- 20 minutes-walking the narrow road took a little time to get use to, the Slano residents had no fears about it, as was natural. The pebble beaches were fabulous, salty and warm, our host had beach towels for us and a drying rack outside for our clothes ti dry. Our beds were very comfortable and quiet in the evening. We had a TV however had not much time to watch it, the outdoor dining table and view was more attractive. We loved it.

Lovorka and her family were extremely friendly and welcoming. They even invited us for dinner - which we were super grateful for. Their home is the perfect vacation home - it has its own private beach, where we sat and watched cruises and boats sail by. We swam in those lovely transparent waters every day, never getting enough! The entire apartment has been elegantly renovated and is only 15 minutes driving from Dubrovnik. The rooms are spacious and the beds confortable. It would have been nice to have comforters and extra pillows, as well as a center table in the living room, as there is only one small side table and not enough space to place things. The bathrooms were clean. We had a great vacation, were able to rest and disconnect. Old town Dubrovnik is beautiful. We had dinner there several times at lovely restaurants. Overall, we are super happy having stayed at Lovorka's home and hope to return next year. Thank you!

Natalia is such a great host! She was very attentive and took very good care of us. The house is beautiful, surrounded by gardens and very close to the beach. We stayed there in April and it was very calm, exactly what we were looking for!

This was my favourite flat on our trip to Europe. We booked a pick up. The driver took us straight to the flat. The flat was exceptionally clean. And it was thoughtful to prepare food for us. It is worth mentioning that the flat has a very large balcony. The whole town can be seen. This was really so perfect. It was also very close to the beach. As we were checking out in the afternoon Luko was also kind enough to let us check out a few hours late. This flat made our travelling experience in Dubrovnik a perfect score.

Great place—exactly as described! The apartment has one very large bedroom and a second decent-sized room, plus a hallway cupboard for hanging clothes. The living room downstairs is very spacious, and all amenities are provided. The shower was a highlight: roomy, with strong water pressure and consistently hot water. The location is a nice balance—about a 20-minute walk to the old town, so you’re close enough to explore but far enough to enjoy peace and quiet away from the busy areas. There aren’t many shops immediately nearby, but there’s a lovely bakery just 2 minutes away with delicious pastries, and two small supermarkets within a 5-minute walk. Only small feedback: the bedroom shutters weren’t blackout, so the room got quite bright in the morning—which might not be ideal for light sleepers (though that’s a personal preference). Overall, a great stay! The hosts were very flexible and even accommodated an early check-in for us. Would definitely recommend.

Nina's place is an excellentl flat that is perfectly situated right beside the beautiful walled city of Dubrovnik! The location is superb as it's literally a 2 minute walk to the beach and a very short walk to the Old City. The flat itself is well appointed, comfortable and very cozy. We as a family of four were pleased with the size and layout of the flat. Nina is an amazing host. She is very kind and was very helpful with anything that we needed even assisting with guidance on questions we had about the city. airport. etc and allowed us to checkout later than the time stated. She even was so kind as to leave us fruit when we checked in. We loved the location and actually preferred it over being inside the walled city. We can't wait to come back and stay at Nina's place again!

The flat is big, very nice and has a beautiful patio with an amazing view. Dijana and her sister were incredible. Not only were they there to meet us but they drove to the bank and the grocery store. They are two terrific ladies. The only drawback is that the bus to Dubrovnik does not run on the weekends so you have to uber into town and that can be expensive. If you are looking for peace and quiet and beautiful amenities and surroundings this is it.

Absolutely amazing. Gorgeous views, very accessible to old city via bus, super close to beach. Space was very clean and looked beautiful. Highly recommend staying here.
