Bree was a wonderful host! Her place is fantastic and all the details make you feel right at home. From the fresh flowers to the children’s bubble bath! Her book collection is also superb. The location unbeatable! We loved it all!!

Went to Bottlerock and this was the PERFECT location. If you are driving and attending a large event like Bottlerock, you can’t use your car to go anywhere or your street parking spot will be gone instantly so plan ahead. Street parking starts filling up so early and this street is so close to the festival that it attracts concert goers. The parking on the other side of the street is limited to 2 hours and tow trucks were standing by from really early in the morning. I’m sure most of the time this is not an issue and only because of the music festival. However, we didn’t need a car for most things because everything was so walkable and there are great restaurants, bars, etc. all around beautiful Napa. It is a charming (aka older) studio as described. Everything worked and as others mentioned, the bed and linens were great. Lots of soft towels were available and other useful items were provided. Gloria was welcoming and checked in to see if we needed anything which was a nice touch.

We had a wonderful stay at Kate’s place! Very comfortable and well setup. I loved that it had a garage space being right next to Park Street. Getting street parking around there on an overnight basis can be a hassle so this was a huge plus for me. Highly recommend!!

This was the absolute perfect place for my family to stay while in SF. Kimberly and her husband were both so friendly and great to work with. We had a slight issue with fobs but it was taken care of quickly and easily. The location was wonderful with lots to do but not too noisy. Kimberly provided everything we could've wanted which made us feel right at home.

My wife and I stayed with our toddler and my mom. It was plenty of room plus the king size bed was big enough for two adults and one kid. We loved the place and Mary Ann was very accommodating.

Very lovely property in the perfect location near SFO and easy access to the City. Excellent space to work and great kitchen for cooking or chilling out. Lots of space to spread out and perfect for either a business trip or a personal trip and ideal for a combo trip.

Our family stayed here. It was exactly where we needed to be and what we needed. We had trouble with the electronic lock, but Mark had clear backup instructions that worked great and we did not have to ask for help. What some other reviewers have said may be accurate, but this rental worked out great for my family. Mark did get back to me right away whenever we contacted him. Thank you for having this rental where my family needed to be.

my stay was exactly what I needed as I was visiting 1 night for a concert at levis stadium. Alice place was located conveniently close to restaurants and transportation hubs. home was lovely and quiet kind of like staying at your friend's parents house.

Our stay at West Oakland was very good, we loved the airbnb. The house is clean and very spacious, moreover, it is very close to the BART station which made our journey in San Francisco very accesible. We enjoyed staying at Williams house and would definitely stay again!

Very nice place, felt like home

Anne's loft was a great home base for my very busy weekend in the Bay Area. My second-floor room and all the common areas were comfortable, stylish, and beautifully clean. Anne is a star host who is very responsive and easy to talk to. The loft is in a nice quiet neighborhood with a Little Free Library right out front. It's within walking distance of Cafe Buenos Aires and a park where I heard and saw four different songbird species. I would definitely stay here again. :)

We feel very lucky that we had a chance to stay in a historical Case Study House that has been maintained since 1963 in such an impeccable way. The owners were very flexible and helpful, and even the weather co-operated to make our stay delightful. Mary and Jim

Enjoyed our stay greatly. The flat is well situated for access to Berkeley University (long walk or short bus), the BART system and access to SF. Good location for accessing restaurants, bars and shops in Rockridge area. Quiet neighborhood but near everything. Easy road/car access to the entire Bay Area. Flat itself is modern and spacious. Second bedroom is on the small side, but fine. Both bathrooms were good sized and worked well. Furnishings were high end. Lots of character. Good sized kitchen. Lots of towels, washer/dryer etc. Well stocked! Everything you need to explore the Bay Area. Great view of SF skyline from the upstairs deck. If traveling to the East Bay again, would absolutely stay again.

Best house in the area a beautiful and very comfortable and quiet house, you can relax and sleep at any time of the day.

Our stay at Parham's place was enjoyable. It was clean and well equipped and perfect for our short stay with four adults. While the location is ideally located near all that Palo Alto/Menlo Park has to offer, it is located at an intersection of what can be a busy road (Willow Road and Gilbert). So, if you are a light sleeper, it is probably best to have the bedroom AC/Heater unit on, even if just for air circulation, for some white noise. Access to the garage via the Willow Road remote-controlled gate is a little tricky, but overnight street parking on the Gilbert Road side is not allowed, as we learned from a Menlo Park police warning on our car one morning.

Gorgeous loft-like home. Truly special and absolutely pristine. Everything felt new in a really good way. Boutique high street a 2 min walk with lovely shops and restaurants. The top floor doesn’t have its own bathroom or a mirror but other than that, it really was perfect.

This is the best Airbnbs I have ever stayed! I felt like I was in a luxury hotel with all the amenities. Susan was the best hostess, she made us feel right at home with a little welcome note and snacks after our long travel day. She always wrote back to us if we had any questions and was so kind. The set up of this apartment showed the utmost care for guests. Not only was it extremely clean, but it had all of these little fun items, like a towel warmer and lovely outside space. In the morning I was able to go for a run at a stunning nearby regional park that had a lake. That park also had a beautiful playground and splash pad, they loved it so much! We were there for a wedding at The Ranch at Silver Creek and it was only a 7 minute drive up the hill. The rest of my family was jealous we were able to stay so close to the venue! I cannot recommend this apartment enough, and if we are ever back in San Jose we will stay here.

The kitchen was very well equipped. Plenty of clean towels were in a cupboard. The washer, dryer, stove, fridge, microwave were all of good quality. A lovely home away from home.

Cecilia’s place was lovely and clean and perfect for our quick trip to San Jose, would have loved to have stayed longer, felt very at home. Excellent !

We had a wonderful experience staying at Stephanie’s place. The view is spectacular, absolutely loved the deck area. It’s peaceful and beautiful, with all the amenities you need. The house was perfect for our family stay and had everything we needed. Was a comfortable stay for us. Stephanie was kind enough to check in to see how we were doing and was always responsive and accommodating. Grateful for the priceless memories we were able to make there as a family. Nicole and Jonathan's place is a gem, clean, cozy, and comfortable. Modern amenities, full kitchen, bath, work space, and cozy bed and sitting area. Close to shops and restaurants in North Berkeley. The hosts were great with communication of all details. I would be happy to stay in their home anytime.

We had a wonderful family visit here in preparation for a larger family reunion when we will fill both the upstairs and downstairs units later this summer. The unit was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. It was a perfect place to spend time cooking and eating together with our grown sons and other family members. We enjoyed the way the kitchen, dining area, and living room are all one big space. We especially enjoyed lunch on the back deck. Looking forward to our next visit!
