Every detail has been carefully thought out to make your stay truly memorable. Amenities: Airplay your favourite tunes through the Bose in ceiling speakers around the house or whip up a home cooked meal in the deluxe kitchen or if you would prefer to enjoy the outdoor ambiance grill up something delicious on the big Napoleon BBQ. Take the matching bicycles for a ride around the neighbourhood then pop into the local for a refreshment before coming home for a quick dip in your private plunge pool. Rooms: 4 Bedrooms consisting of: 1 Master Bedroom (1 King bed) with parents retreat (private living area) 1 Deluxe Guest Bedroom (1 Queen bed), 1 Standard Guest Bedroom (1 Queen bed) and 1 Kids Bedroom (Bunk bed and 1 pull out trundle bed). To ensure a comfortable stay and to maximize your experience at The Lakehouse we can accommodate a maximum of 7 Adults and 2 Children (up to 12years old) and 1 infant (Baby cot available on request). Enjoy the villa in its entirety. We are available to assist with guest preferences upon availability such as provisioning groceries before your arrival, making recommendations etc to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Located in an exclusive gated community, the villa boasts intimate privacy with a relaxed ambiance. Just beyond, it's an easy walk to the expansive community pool, playground, and a selection of delicous restaurants and boutique shops. Bus stop pickup near main entrance and Taxis are readily available. Daily maid service is included for general cleaning and making up rooms. To comply with DTCM regulations Passports for all guest staying is required prior to check in. To comply with DTCM regulations 15aed/room/night is included in the nightly rate.

Luxurious, Independent villa, with live-in Maid/Cook. Garden Lounge/Dining/Bar/BBQ There is a community pool and park, basketball court, and playground 10 seconds walk from the villa. The lakes club (with licensed bar and restaurant called "reform", gym, supermarket, dry cleaners, ladies salon, gents barber, park, play area, dog park) is a 10 minute walk. Reform is one of the few licensed bars in Dubai that is not part of a hotel. The price quoted is for use of the whole villa exclusively.
