The apartment was spotless, modern, and exactly as described—actually even better in person! The views of the city skyline were stunning, especially at night. The location is perfect—just minutes from Downtown Dubai, the Burj Khalifa, and Dubai Mall, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Check-in was smooth, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary bottled water, fast Wi-Fi, and a well-stocked kitchen. The building itself was secure and had top-notch amenities, including a pool and gym. If you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and a touch of luxury in Dubai, this is the place to book. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

What a great stay. We pent 4 nights at this apartment and loved every moment. Super clean, perfectly located, and everything was just easy and stress-free. Overall great stay, don’t hesitate to book. What stood out: 1. Location is amazing and the views from the unit are worth spending a few nights here. 2. Amenities are impeccable. You share the same amenities as the guests of a 5 star hotel. Be sure to check out the pool club. 3. Unit is very well designed and you’ll feel right at home. Will definitely come back here.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment with my family during our much-needed vacation after two years of hard work. The host was exceptional—very responsive and quick to offer support when we encountered a minor issue. The apartment was spotless, with top-notch cleaning and all the amenities we could need for a comfortable stay. The location truly exceeded our expectations, with access to more than three pools, a well-equipped gym, and a beautifully clean, serviced beach. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. I highly recommend this place and would definitely choose it again in the future.

The only place we could find with a clear view of Burj Khalifa like right in front of it as close as possible. Great place to stay with a grocery store just downstairs.

The place was amazing, Ruslan's instructions were excellent and the car parking a breeze. The area is incredible with Time Out Market just over the way and the Burj and stuff right on the doorstep. The apartment was pristine, amazing bed with bathrooms and kitchen spotless. Amazing views from the balcony and access to pool and gym easy to find, there is also a games room, steam room there too. Take three plus nights as its so nice to potter around the area and in the apartment rather than just an overnight stay. We will be booking again in the winter breaks for sure and will always use the place for any family that visit. Thank YOU !!!

We had great stay in appartment Carpe Diem in Dubai. Appartment is on the highest floor with beautifull views to Dubai marina. Appartman is very close to JBR beach with a lot of restaurants and malls. We are 5th time in Dubai and this our stay was the best. We will come back again. Thanks a lot. Anna

The location was perfect, it's a walking distance to Dubai Mall and the restaurants. The views from the balcony and each room were unreal. The host went out of his way to make it a great stay. This apartment has just breathtaking views. It's located in Downtown Views II, just opposite the Dubai Mall. It has clear views from the ground to top of Burj Khalifa. The apartment is located on high floor giving you the luxury vibe. The apartment is very clean. The host Ibrahim is the best, we faced some Air Conditioning issues on our checkin, but Ibrahim made sure to get it fixed on the same day. This apartment feels more like a home now. Looking forward to stay here again!

Location of excellent, walking distance to the mall, the property was very clean from the reception,Ferhat’s apartment exceeded our expectations . The pictures didn’t do it justice, it felt like home with all necessities, pristine and comfortable.
