Holiday rentals with lake access in Drenthe

The arrival and the key handover was very pleasant everything right away. The path to the chalet was also super signposted. The chalet itself is in a beautiful and quiet location. It's a really very nice chalet, it's all very well maintained and it's all on site, Really everything ! We all felt like at home. It is also very lovingly furnished. The terrace also offered enough relaxation and plenty of space. For our little one, there were plenty of toys, books and various games to spend evenings on the large terrace. You don't need the TV here at all, but it's also available. It is only recommended! There was enough space for relaxation. The surroundings are very quiet and really very beautiful nature. The path to the beach was not far, about 1 minute. Very pleasant All in all a really very nice holiday with great service. We'll be happy to come back.

We‘ve stayed a week there and really felt home. The place is directly at the lake. The neighborhood is peaceful. The house was well equipped. The fire place made it super cozy. We did not get lucky to catch any fish. Maybe next time! Definitely recommendable.

We had a great time in Dennis' super nice house. Everything is just right in this home. Beautiful layout of the house, perfectly equipped kitchen, great garden, comfortable beds, lots of activities (table tennis, billiards, darts...) and everything is clean. The house simply impressed us. The location is also great. Close to the supermarket and beautiful hiking and cycling trails in the area. The communication with Dennis was perfect. He was super responsive to messages. We can 100% recommend this place and will definitely be back.

Beautiful and quiet place. The cats are also very friendly and easy going. The view over the water is amazing and the house feels cozy and cozy. Definitely recommended.

All my questions were answered very quickly and kindly in advance 😊 The cottage has a nice kitchen with a large stove. Above all, you will find a large stock of cutlery, glasses, cups, plates, etc. You don't find that very often. The view is PRICELESS 😁 Good, quiet location- you are quickly in Groningen- we parked the car at P&R Meerstad and were quickly in the city and back by bus.

We will be at Karina's Cottage twice. It was wonderful again. Nice on the outskirts of the forest with fenced garden. The cottage has all the comforts and everything looks clean and tidy. Our children were also happy with the playhouse! Really a top place to stay!

We stayed with 5 friends between the ages of 25 - 30 for a long weekend in this beautiful house. The house exactly matches the description and pictures, the two house owners were very kind and accommodating without being intrusive. They even provided us with eggs from their own chickens. The house is situated in a village with a small supermarket and a drugstore and a small "vending machine village shop", everything is within walking distance. By car, several larger villages, with a variety of different restaurants, sights and various activities, can be reached in less than half an hour. Our goal was to have a nice time with our friends and our expectations were more than met, we highly recommend the place to anyone! Thanks for the stay!

Robert is a very kind host. The accommodation looks cozy, is clean and with a lovely large garden on the lake. Breakfast was various good! Glad we could leave the trailer for the surfboard until after the competitions in the garden. In short, a very nice place to spend time.

Martha was a wonderful host. Thw breakfast was the best we had in all of our Airbnbs across Europe. It was also great to explore the dutch countryside and get out of thd big cities.

To our lovely host Diet. She was excellent and very responsive. At the beginning it was little confusing about getting there but when we arrived it was very easy to find. It was excellent and peaceful for our family stay. We were aloud to use bikes so that helped us a lot for good shopping. Canoe rides were excellent. I think we cannot picked better spot for us. Neighbours were super friendly and welcomed us with smiles and fantastic attitude. We will for sure come back. 😊 Diet- thank you for having us 😊

Highly recommend! Staying at this Airbnb was just amazing! The place was exactly as described in the pictures – clean, stylishly decorated and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. By bike or car you can quickly get to Groningen, where you can do numerous activities! Our highlight was the hot tub, which was used diligently. We would come back.

A beautiful temporary home away from home! We were lucky enough to spend Christmas in Dina's tiny house. It was even more beautiful than expected, completely quiet and private....but with all the amenities we wanted. The sauna was a dream, especially in the cold, wet weather. Dina is a very likeable host and we were very happy to have decided on Ellertshaar. For us, one of the most beautiful Christmas we had. Dear Diana, Thank you so much, we will be happy to come back!

What an incredibly nice and lovely cottage, in the middle of the forest and at a window. Everything was present and clean. Furniture is slightly different than in the photo, but certainly no less bad. Beds are fine, we slept wonderfully! Terrace outside is also really nice, nice in the sun. Surroundings are beautiful and wonderfully quiet. Plenty to see and do. It's a bit of a search which small path to park, but the description clearly indicates that. Owners are friendly and quick to respond. Top!

Niels & Anniek were great hosts. Always helpful & quick to respond. Their place is perfect, so peaceful & relaxing with all the facilities you need. Nature on your door step. Only a short walk to the bus stop & a short bus ride if you need the bright lights of Groningen… I would definitely stay again.
